September is a month of new beginnings, maybe we'll have some new beginnings of our own. Hop on board the September Bus and let's see where it takes us.

Right - some catching up!

I haven't congratulated Redbug and HappyNappies... CONGRATS!

French - so sorry af got you...

And Nymph - any news? Any af?

I am just starting the 2ww... Am going to dole out far tmi, BUT.... not much EWCM this month (and it is usually plentiful..eww!) so not too sure when/if I ov'ed, but very annoyingly, dh was "too tired" to be persuaded to swi (ahem "shag with intent") on cd 13, 14 and 15... athough we had managed every other day befoe that, so we shall see.

Still PLENTY of time for lots more bfps on this bus...!

Anyone have any more news?

Thanks jollster will do. We'd given ourselves til Jan to keep TTC without a GP visit, and I was SO getting my hopes up after a week late.

I just don't understand what my body is up to.

randomimposter · 07/01/2010 09:47

aw French sorry to hear that. Fairly sure I will see you on October in a bit

Good luck with GP thing - keep us posted x

FrenchLimeBlossom · 07/01/2010 09:37

Nymph sorry to hear about your BFN, hope you don't suffer too badly today.

SB and Jollster in the nicest way fingers crossed I don't see you on the October bus, which is where i am headed now.

AF arrived this morning so am on the next bus and calling now to book appointment with my GP for DH and me. Will post elsewhere asking advice on what to ask/say.

randomimposter · 07/01/2010 08:48

Fingers crossed for you Nymph x

nymphadora · 07/01/2010 07:47

Trying to head off a migraine before it starts today as well as the stomach pains. Think my endo is returning hence GP doing tests sooner rather than later.bit nervous about results tonight and nervous about dh doing sperm count too ( he doesn't have kids)

randomimposter · 07/01/2010 07:47

Morning - how are the sick chicks today?
Sorry Nymph about the BFN.. how are the pains?
Sam how are you today - do you think they were implantation symptoms?

Still no sign here of AF... just the usual twinges I've been having for a few days. Still resolved NOT TO POAS until at least Sunday... but I'll probably be off before then.

Good luck to everyone! And hope the BFPs are all doing ok too - you have not been forgotten! x

SamanthaB123 · 07/01/2010 07:30

nymphadora Sorry about the BFN, are you feeling any better?

nymphadora · 07/01/2010 07:19

Morning -BFN this am for me but I only tested so I can have some guilt free painkillers anyone else testing today?

Wow I love the new bus...it'll be really coomfy for those who are still mid-cycle and a great place to spend the 2WW.

Snow day again today, really must do some work though rather than making snowmen . Fx for anyone testing...SB

bunnygirl80 · 06/01/2010 23:15

Points I'm also planning to test on the 16th if you want to be POAS buddies. If I manage to hold out that long....

pointsmakeprizes · 06/01/2010 22:55

oooh i love the new bus!!

Congrats happynappies and redbug. Excellent news, hope everything goes well for you.

Think I will plan to test around the 15th/16th Jan if anyone wants to join me? Though did a sneaky test today at 4dpo!!! what am I like???

bunnygirl80 · 06/01/2010 21:34

Yay grads!!!!! Congrats happynappies and redbug SB I think this has always been quite a small, and I like to think, quite select bus. Seems like everyone either got a BFP last month, ir is taking a break so they could get pissedrelax over xmas. There's still enough of us to get plenty of grads though.

Sugar I love that bus, especially the way you can fit a car in the storage space!! And we definitely have caterers on board

Nymph I hope it goes well at the GPs for you

drkgpink · 06/01/2010 21:34

wow what a busy thread, congrats redbug and happynappies.

fingers crossed still FLB

well, still no af for me after BFPs then BFN, first response ovulation test giving 2 strong lines all the time. who knows?

If i wasn't a GP myself would go and ask for blood test but a) don't want them to know i'm TTC and b) too embarassed i don't know whats going on with my own body.

I know ovulation sticks can pick up B-HCG but if this was the case surely HPT would pick it up, also i know LH can be high in PCOS etc but no history of this and the lines weren't as strong earlier on in december?

Time will tell

baby dust to all

Meanbeansmum · 06/01/2010 21:17

LMAO...just realised how I sounded pmpl.....dh is a more than willing participant lol....just he can't cope listening to my neurotica!

Sat here tonight wondering have I or haven't I ovulated lol.

nymphadora · 06/01/2010 21:08

OMG I didnt see the Grads Congrats!

Have an appt at Gp tomorrow about the test results, fingers crossed

SugarMagrundy · 06/01/2010 20:52

Congrats to the 2 new grads, and welcome to MeanBeansMum too. Lucylev, good luck for the a.m. !!!

SamanthaB, did the August bus look as good as this ? .... The September Bus!

...lots of beds for those BD-ing
...luxury bathrooms for those POAS-ing
...recliner lounges for those relaxing (yeah right) on the 2ww

I can't see a kitchen. Maybe we have caterers!

kawaiiko · 06/01/2010 18:58

Yes, SB, people like me who are just beginning the 2ww! I've already fallen off the bus once but after a bit of moping am back feeling ridiculously optimistic Let's give this bus a couple more weeks, yes?

Oh, and at the idea of Meanbeansmum "going mad trying to conceive on my own"! Sorry - of course I know what you mean but I sometimes feel a bit that way myself! Dh is so relaxed about the whole ttc thing, he would if he realised just quite how obsessed I'm getting...

Nymph, so sorry to hear you're having such a rough time again! x

lucylev · 06/01/2010 18:53

Hope your okay Nymphadora, Fingers crossed you dnt come on..and hope tomo goes well

Congrats to the grads- Great news

I will be testing first thing in morn, will let you all know

nymphadora · 06/01/2010 17:14

I'm STILL getting the pains, doubled up at one point today with a really bad one, going to be laid up by the time I come on at this rate

FrenchLimeBlossom · 06/01/2010 16:00

SB, have to say when i can be arsed am not too down about TTC nightmare to do my charting, my temp charts are also very regular indeed. I know it is easy to say but everyone is different and at least it is easier to see a pattern if you are regular!

In terms of this bus, I have to say if by some miracle there is a determined little zygote hanging on in there inside me, apparently my due date would be 11 September, so there's a good 2 1/2 weeks' worth of ladies who could still be September graduates and are still to SWI let alone test! Hopefully there will be plenty of good news coming up throughout January.

Muser · 06/01/2010 15:58

I was unknowingly pregnant when I started the thread Samantha, but then had a m/c. Hence slippy womb. So it could be my bad luck rubbing off on everyone else!

OP posts:
SamanthaB123 · 06/01/2010 15:46

Muser 'Slippy womb'? What do you mean?! We could just trade our bus for a smaller, more plush model. It was always your bus, you should pick your seat first and take pride of place. There are loads of people testing soon, you are right.

I just feel sick, so to be honest I'd be pretty fed up if I felt like this for nothing. Still way to soon to test for me . I'm looking forward to a rash of BFP's though , SB

Muser · 06/01/2010 15:22

I think this has always been a smaller bus, so we wouldn't get as many graduates (as so many got diffed last month). And there are a whole bunch of people coming up to test.

But I may have jinxed it with my slippy womb. We could always create a shiny new bus, someone luckier could start it!
