Poppin in quick to say thanks as always for ur support & well wishes u lovely ladies! Baby is measuring perfectly, all organs look good, a n d....... although baby had its legs crossed & sonographer wasnt sure, it might be pink one!!! Obviously dh & i dont care either way so long as its healthy & we get to meet 'her!' Oth good news is no protein in wee today! None of the following matters now, but ive got a truly rotten cold, took 2hrs to do 10min drive last night & after hosp today we tackled the chaos that was sainsburys, dh now has start of cold too, however we have spent afternoon curled up on sofa watching xmas film Santa who, its been sheer heavenly bliss! ....... Im absolutely thrilled & so excited for Blue! its all gone a bit quiet Im itching for news! ..... Also still so pleased for Mermaids christmas miracle! I prayed for us all at the hosp chapel today, for ALL our babies, our lost angels, those yet to be made, those yet to be born & those already here.... ....... I promise promise that tomorrow i will do a mammoth individual post to u all! ....... In the meantime, if a new thread is started, PLEASE can we keep weebles in the name, its a good omen & seems to be working for me so far, i know it may be silly but im now highly supersticious about it! Got a call last night from my sis, she is 13 weeks pg, so so happy for her, she started trying for a baby the same time as me April 08, and it has been quite a journey for the pair of us, but am so pleased she is nearly there now . Also mermaid she's the one that had the fibroid problem and had them removed, but at the scan there are now 5 more, but it isn't affecting baby so that is good news.

Hope everyone is ok today, ds1 is back in school though we are scheduled for more snow tonight.

Hello! I escaped! Thank you all for thinking of me and "the George" (if MrsKate can call hers Boris then mine is the George - "baby" is still a bit scary). I saw the midwife yesterday morning who got the fetal heart beat at 195, she checked about 4 times over about 20 minutes and it remained that high, then my pulse went really high too (probably cos the midwife had scared me) so she admitted me to hospital. They did bloods and left me on the continuous fetal heart monitor for most of the day and the George' heart rate settled down. I did get into trouble though as when Neeko texted me the wonderful news about Mermaid my mum showed me the text and I got a bit excited whilst on a monitor which is never a good plan! My heart rate went up, the George's went back up and I had 3 contractions! oops! Brilliant news though Mermaid, I'm so pleased for you! I've been let out but I have to promise not to rush around after everyone and rest.

Hello everyone

Phew just sat down after marathon door-waxing session. I've just got to go round the corner bits with cotton buds, clean the glass & get all of the bits of wax off the floor then I'm done. I've done six doors & I've worked out that since Friday I've spent about 30 god damn hours on them & I now have hands like a 60 year old builder & my nails that I have manicured religiously since I was about 16 are now split, dirty & manky - buy hey it's only 4 more sleeps until Christmas so who cares!

Mermaid so happy to hear things are going positively for you. I guess this is one Christmas & New Year that you'll be wishing would hurry up & go so that you can have your next scan & start to relax a little bit.

4ever all of your aches & ailments are normal in pregnancy. I'll be thinking of you tomorrow.

I have to go now as am off to the UK tomorrow straight from school, so have lots of packing to do! There's nothing like being organised and leaving everything to the last minute is there

Anyway, am not back till next Monday, I will try to come on to see how you're all getting on and whether there's any news from anyone (Blue - good luck!!!!).

Quick post as my normal 1 hour commute took 3.5 hours tonight!!
4ever I also get pains in my stomach when I bend over, especially when I've got tight trousers on like today. Think it is just the LO objecting to being squashed and kicking back - really, don't worry. Likewise bloody poos - again, happens to us all! Looking forward to hearing more good news from you tomorrow!
