ToffeeMuser · 11/11/2009 21:56

PoppyIsApain · 11/11/2009 21:35

PATIENCE PATIENCE PATIENCE i have none, would love to announce xmas day to family about brilliant news, CD1 and fretting, i know im being stupid, but feel it has took me so long to say yes to a baby due to fear, i have done my waiting in my silly head

bigmuther65 · 11/11/2009 21:19

sat Quietly at the back here waiting for AF to go,my birthday 2moro oh asked what i wanted (ever the romantic) told him just be wiling and able lol going to try the every other day approach this month.

Loujalou · 11/11/2009 20:22

I have bought lots of things this month which wouldn't be suitable if pregnant. Got some very cute patent heels and skinny jeans. Also bought some nice underwear. So bound to get pregnant

That is if I have ovulated....

liahgen · 11/11/2009 19:54

well I have my 19 day progesterone test tomorrow and so that will tell me if my eggs are any good or not. Fairly sure I ov this month and if FR are to be believed, I could possibly test on Friday.

I have no money though so that'll stop me.

nattie hope it works out for you next month.

TeaFan · 11/11/2009 18:50

Hi all, to those of you feeling down about not getting the timing right don't beat yourselves up please! You never know and I get it wrong virtually every month and am going to get pregnant very soon regardless!

Quick question, CD9 today for me and still bleeding slightly, normally finishes on CD5 and definitely 100% gone by CD7 so not sure if this is normal?? Apart from that everything was on time so not sure what is happening... although I have been getting some fluttery tummy ache so maybe I have a bug or something.

nattiecake · 11/11/2009 18:31

did you make an apt at the doctors yet??

PlantASeedWatchItGrow · 11/11/2009 18:24

Oh Nattie

I was hoping for some good news, is anyone else due to test?

I'm still waiting after my -tives. Although I still have the test from the other day and can still see a line on it, I have compared it to the one I did the day before (same brand) and the other one does not have a line??!! But no more testing for me yet, too expensive buying all those tests.

We need some BfP's to lift everyones mood!

Will be testing again at the weekend as my last cycle was only 32 days, so this months looks likely to be another short one!

nattiecake · 11/11/2009 18:09

ok leebob

mrleebob · 11/11/2009 18:00

Plus, it'll happen next month. And at least you won't be as pregnant in Prague. It's small consolation I know but you gotta reach for positives.

nattiecake · 11/11/2009 17:53

Ilove i think it depends how much you drink tbh. I don't drink much coffee, but drink quite a bit of tea, so have tried to cut that down more because i am anemic than anything else and being pg makes me more anemic, so trying to get as healthy as possible before to give me the best start to the pg (last pg was a struggle)

Cazzr · 11/11/2009 13:10

I've gone decaff over the past few months for tea and coffee (but then had wanted to for a while) but I didn't last time... infact had cravings for proper filter coffee last time but didn't consume in excess..

ilovethebeach · 11/11/2009 13:06

Good luck to all of those near the front of the bus, I feel very behind at CD6!!
A question for anyone around- have you given up coffee or limited it at all? I'm talking proper coffee rather than instant.

Chulita · 11/11/2009 09:56

Thank you!

Cazzr · 11/11/2009 09:42

poas = pee on a stick..

Chulita · 11/11/2009 09:31

Ok, so what's POAS?
I've got 4/5 days til AF is due and I don't feel remotely pg. I might have bd'd too early too, I did follow some fertility calendar online but maybe it was off...all that effort for nothing!

Loujalou · 11/11/2009 09:27

Does anyone know if you can get a positive OPK and not ovulate? Just first month of temping and my temp does not seem to have gone up.

Also think I had sex too early in my cycle so might hop off bus too

Cazzr · 11/11/2009 09:17

Feeling like I might as well hop off this bus as very much doubt i'll be pg in 2 weeks. Dh has not been in the mood as he is tired and stressed bout work.
Feel pretty rubbish and paranoid now.
Please someone poas and brighten up my day..

I think i am going for the 'hop on every night all next week' approach

According to the MN ovulation calender it is tues, weds, thurs, fri, sat next week, but because i get ovulation pains early, i will be starting from the day after AF finishes (covering all bases)

Even though i know that the majority of women don't fall pg immediately, i was pretty sure i would so still a bit gutted that i'm not. How sad.

ToffeeMuser · 11/11/2009 08:20

I've never used ovulation tests Poppy, I'm going for the "see what happens" approach.

Is anyone at the front of the bus going to POAS soon? I feel the need for excitement!

PoppyIsApain · 10/11/2009 21:59

I give up with these silly ovulation tests, I have had signs and tested twice and nothing , so demorilising im just going with the flow from now on and try to make it fun IYKWIM.
Anyone else having problems with cheapy ovulation tests or is it just me?
