Thanks so much ladies, tis sinking in now.

wwsw I was gonna come look for you but wasn't sure of your thread.

Great news of your scan kaylo lovely to see your little bean. Exciting now for you.

Feel great at the mo, but sickness will start to kick in over next couple weeks if past history is anything to go by.

Hope everyone else is feeling well, and if you're not, just remember, it's a means to an end.

hohohojollster · 11/12/2009 10:56

ok Louja, it is a DATE! Sorry you are having a rough time; sounds like your DH is being a peach though. And you'll have your hands full tomorrow to keep your mind occupied .

Catch you later x

Loujalou · 11/12/2009 10:48

Jollster am due around Tuesday due to sort cycles - so we could do it then. Think I need to get some medical help to cheer me up. Its not helping this whole process. I do have a history of mild depression - so am going to see what the doctor says - might even say I have been trying a bit longer than I have.

TGIF and tomorrow am having lots of little monkeys for a Xmas party :-)

hohohojollster · 11/12/2009 10:45

haven't been online lately as laptop needed re-building, and here is ALL this news!!!

Congrats to all the new BFPs ... partic Lia (remember reading an earlier post from you saying you didn't think you were going to get to 6... well bloody marvellous for you!! Am delighted! Us more mature and post MC mums are inspired by your success ).

Also to Muser (if you're reading) fingers crossed - here's hoping the "starting the bus" tradition is lucky again.

Right Louja, my POAS buddy, you seem to be a bit low ... Have been feeling rubbish this end with bad chest and sore throat, and driving myself bonkers symptom spotting... metallic taste (but intermittantly), some strange low tummy pains, tiredness... all the general "could mean anything" stuff that you twist into significance! When are you POAS, or are you just hanging on for the duration. I thought I might do next Tuesday which would be CD26 for me... but I am happy to hold on if you want to coincide.

Good luck to anyone contemplating a weekend POAS x

The grads list is almost as long as the rest of the bus - that's good to see!

Congrats to all those with BFPs.

Muser · 10/12/2009 23:10

CONGRATS liaghen and lovesaruby.

Little August update for me. I left the bus as I had a 'period'. But I'm pregnant. So really I'm an August graduate too. I'm sticking to my lucky September bus though, I started it so can't abandon it!

I'm currently waiting to see if this is a keeper or not. Having blood tests over the weekend to measure hormone levels and see if they're going the right way. The 'period' and current spotting I'm getting are worrying.

WickedWitchSouthWest · 10/12/2009 22:52

oh lia !!!!! I'm so pleased for you I don't know why I decided to check in here today but I'm bloody glad I did!

Hope you have a very healthy and happy pregnancy

take care x

liahgenispreggerswithnumber6 · 10/12/2009 22:10

thanks everyone, still hasn't quite sunk in, bit nervous but no reason to think there will be problems this time around.

Used FR and only having 25 day cycles so only 2 days early, (to whoever asked)

I have a thermometer and some ebay ov sticks if anyone wants them, only cost price of a stamp to pop them in a jiffy bag.

I am so happy, I can't believe it.

Did I mention I was pleased?

stuffedmk · 10/12/2009 20:07

Thanks vix will have a look for a suitable thermometer.

vix206 · 10/12/2009 19:37

stuffedmk you need one that you use orally or vaginally, and preferably with 2 decimal places. I got mine for pennies (£1.99 I think) from babymad on eBay. This cycle was my first temping and I really think it is the reason for my BFP because I ovulated on day 16 and not textbook day 14. Without temps I wouldn't have known this and would have stopped trying at day 15. That's what we did the month before.

I signed up to Fertility Friend and would highly recommend it.

Thinking about temping if we continue trying.
This may be a dim question but does it matter what sort of thermometer you use? I have one of those digital in the ear ones, will that do?

stuffedmk · 10/12/2009 18:03

I'm reckoning AF will show up Sun or Mon but it is torture waiting.
I do karate on Sundays and would prefer to know one way or the other so I can either skip certain bits of it or enjoy the fighting lol

lucybrad · 10/12/2009 17:06

i have no idea when AF will arrive, as last month was 36 days. I think usual for me though is about 28-30 ish... No symptoms except lack of cm and slightly sore boobs (no more than i randomely get at any time. clutching at straws really as i find it impossible to wait for anything. also incredibly stroppy (but thats usual PMT). i wish when we got pg it said instantly on yr head 'pregnant and a sticky'

nymphadora · 10/12/2009 16:55

yay Lia had been thinking of you yesterday.

stuffedmk · 10/12/2009 16:35

Last tuesday being cd15 I think.

So I knew it was stupid to test yet but I couldn't help it lol!!

stuffedmk · 10/12/2009 16:30

Ummm, I think I ov'd last tuesday (going by cm and tiny bleed) Haven't gone down the temping route yet. Was going to this month but then got bad bug at start and kept getting high temp with that so figured it would be too confusing for a first month charting lol.

lucybrad · 10/12/2009 16:10

bloody hell lia your only cd23. What did you test with? I want one of those!

lucybrad · 10/12/2009 16:08

stuffedmk same as you. I am testing early because I have loads of internet cheapies. Do you kbow when you ov'd? I think mine was about day 13 thus making me 11dpo.

stuffedmk · 10/12/2009 15:42

WOW! Congrats to all the graduates!!
POAS today BFN as expected.
Still fairly early though.
Feeling pretty much the same as last month during the week leading up to AF so I doubt I am pg. Still keeping fingers crossed though.
Have worked out that if AF turns up when expected, but I happened to get pg next cycle (if DH stops arsing about!!!) I could end up due on my birthday next year.
Yes I have too much time on my hands lol
Just have to get DH back on board now

PollyPoo · 10/12/2009 15:22

Lia that is BRILLIANT news!! I am seriously chuffed for you me dear!

lovesaruby · 10/12/2009 14:58

Thanks growing! Well done for holding out! Yep, we have two girls, 5 and almost 3 and also dh has a son 14 so we'll have our hands full, but wouldnt have it any other way! Ill be looking out for news of your no.2, fingers x'd! Lia same due date as me! Congrats to you.
