TTC#2 cycle 18 I think now, don't know anything anymore, loosing plot big time! UCL used to be 31 but last 2 months have been 38 and 34 I think so I'm dammed if I know, but I do know I am on CD1. [again][sorry]

I am on day 8/9 and was planning on getting some action everyday this week. According to the MN ovulation calender my most fertile days are this tuesday,weds,thurs,fri and saturday, so we thought we would aim for every night this week to cover it However, DH is out tonight (home around midnight) and abroad from tomorrow until wednesday so ggrrrrr, how dare he have plans!

Just did a test, showed up positive but can't quite believe it so I'm going to do another test on Thursday...so far so good ladies

chulita a test would be accurate at any time of day once your period is due so long as you haven't drunk to excess and I would wait 4 hours between wees.

I've got 2 pg tests teasing me but I'm determined to wait til tomorrow. I was due either yesterday or today but so far no sign of AF - sod's law I test this evening and then she rocks up tomorrow. I've got the odd backache crampy twinge but not the usual cramps but at the same time I just don't feel pregnant...ARGH! I'm waaaaay too nervous to test but bursting to at the same time.

BFN for me today on ebay cheapie. Am sure its accurate though so am a bit fed up now. No news from docs either so god knows when can expect those results.

LOL @ teafan! I know, I keep seeing these kids on talk shows all of 15 always pregnant from that "one time" they apparently did it!! I have heard that the every 2nd day is best for quality but who knows... I just noticed I didn't put my stats on here... ok i'm new to the lingo but here goes

I have been using the OPK's and got a +ive surge on day 15 (yesterday) and have "tried" on CD 12, 14 & 15 so far. I can usually tell when I O with the pains however this time it's been not so obvious, and it's difficult to know as they say that O'ion happens 12-24 hours after the OPK is positive so I'm thinking we should try tonight as well since I got the surge yesterday morning, however that would be 3 days in a row so the swimmers might be struggling!
I must admit i'm getting quite obsessed as with #1 I got pg first try and expected it the same this time anyway, sorry to go on and on. I appreciate the replies.

Oh mabh it will happen i'm sure. I do know how you feel though, i'm the same every month, just want it so bad ... DP is in his forties and I am in my thirties and neither of us has managed to procreate before either. I think all those TTC#1 harbour little niggles that they can't be sure everything works until it happens but I just try not to think about it. Your highs are a great sign tho, apparently those CBFMs are as accurate as the tests the doctor does and if they say you are OVing then you are

Shirazz I tend to OV around day 15/16 so I aim for BD on days 12, 14, 16 and then one more for luck! Cycle 7 and no BFP tho so would be interested to hear what others say. Have read up on the net and every other day seems to be the advice on the whole. Doctors say you are in with a good chance if you BD 2-3 times per week.

DP has done his back in, Day 14 and no BD yet He's in agony but has promised we're on for tonight... am considering getting drunk/high and wearing shell suit bottoms - seems to work for the chavs that only do it once!

shirazz, I'm only on my first cycle so I'm not much use for advice, although fingers crossed we got a right!! My DH works away @ sea every 5 weeks for 2 weeks so once we'd decided to go for it we 'got busy' everyday esp the days I was fertile... we even tried different apparently more effective positions, which was rather amusing! sorry if I've grossed anyone out x

teafan sorry I'm never around at the weekends. The Monitor said 'high' on Sat, yesterday and today. Don't know when it will hit 'peak' (assuming it will. Actually I'm not assuming at all) but presumably in the next couple of days.

Quite reassuring that something is happening... obviously I worry about my age and the fact that neither I nor DH have had children before, but I am least reassured that AFs slotted back into place, to the day, after I came off the pill and have regular cycles.

Sorry to bore you all but I think I'm telling myself, really - every month comes and goes (well it's only cycle 4 now) and I think shoot, I'll never get what nearly every woman has got...

i've just done two more tests and got dark pink bfp,now i can finally believe i am pregnant, although i cant believe it's happened on cycle 1. i'm amazed.

I have to confess I did a cheeky test yesterday afternoon, it was of course a BFN and it was silly of me to A. do it in the first place and B. do it in the afternoon, I mean what did I think I would achieve!!? anyways hoping it was far too early and will hopefully hold out until Thursday.

Morning all. I've just done an ebay cheapie and got a BFN . Sorry Lia and MrsZaC but I just caved.

I know its probably too early as if I ov'd at all it was late and I'm on CD26 but I am driving myself MAD. I just want to know!

I still have none of the usual pre-AF symptoms. Which probably means AF will be late so I have more time to get even more mental!

I'm really finding this months 2ww SOOO much harder than usual. I think its because of the impending visit to fertility clinic on 1/12. I SOOOO wanted to get a BFP so that I don't have to go [shame]. I've probably stressed myself out so much that I will have the longest ever cycle!

Anyone else feeling as mental as me?! No?
