meanbean - here is my tried and tested way to find out if you are pregnant using a ebay cheapie, collect and either get your other half to pee in other jug OR use water, dip two tests at the same time and compare ANY line on your test is a BFP IME

MrsR, the inlaws sound really bad, why are DH's so blind to it all??!! I really don't know what I would do if I were you...maybe subtly ask his mum what her inlaws were like when she was bringing up a baby and see if she gets it? Right, having a head ming! Since BFN on sunday I have been veering wildly between absolutely positive I am about to start my period any second to asking my DH to feel if my boobs feel bigger to him and allowing myself to get carried away with wishing that maybe just maybe. Well CD14 today and I thought my "busy" week had got off to a disastrous start last night. DH works crazy shifts for one of the emergency services and was due home before midnight last night, but true to form he got stuck at a job and it was nearly 3am when he got home. Of course, I had previously warned him of the importance of this week and despite the ridiculous hour, he didn't disappoint! Bless him!

Fingers crossed for a quiet shift for him tonight!!!!!

Sayanything are you Greek? I am but managed to have quite a small (well 80 day guests - which is small for Greek weddings) Greek wedding. Though not religious so was in a church. Lots of lovely food though.

Am feeling sickly / nauseous but still got to wait to Monday for period. Though if it is coming there will probably be some spotting on Sat (TMI). Just had some cake and that wasn't appealing, Ribena tasted foul. Also, got nipple pains though they are probably imagined.

Hi I've just realised that no-one has put me at the back of the bus (and I'm too thick to be able to do it myself!). I'm now on CD8.(don't know if I'm entitled to still be on the May bus but I'll lurk here for now!).

Need to vent (sorry in advance). DH has given up smoking!!!! Ok so I nagged him telling him at every opportunity that his little swimmers would be deformed with 2 heads and 2 tails but now......well now I just wish he'd have a bloody fag! He's in the vilest of moods, snappy and miserable. Everything's my fault and he looks at me with definite dislike. There's no way we'll be bonking tonight or any time in the near future if this mood carries on. Damn Damn Damn for two reasons: we haven't had a bonk since not long after I last ovulated (that was about 3 or more weeks ago) and I'm absolutely gagging for it!; I'm hoping this dry spell doesn't carry on when I'm ovulating otherwise it will be a complete waste of a cycle!! Grrrrrr
