Nah, extreme, TYF doesn't look much like Damien Rice, although that is a nice comparison. He most resembles Shaggy off Scooby-Doo. But better looking. There's a young actor he really looks like, but I can't remember his name (odd for me not to recall the name of a jailbait I fancy). Helpful, eh?!

erm... NO.. however my monitor now has lick marks where Damien Rice face used to be. I used to love young, fair haired, slimmeny beardy men. And Irish men. Now in RL I stick with one buff english man. But I can still look

scorps - belatedly coz I have been at lunch - you said it yourself - TYF is your dream man. How many people would give anything and everything for that? Noone ever makes crappy Hollywood films or bad pop songs about having an exciting job or a fecking Crueset frying pan. What we all want is to find someone who we love who loves us - end of. I hired recently and basically told senior management I was putting talent before experience - because I wanted the right person for the job. I got my way and my girl got her dream job - but wasn't expecting it cause so many companies want experience. She thought it would take five years.

I'll let you know if/when I get to hire again. Might be a bit far away across the country for you though. And I don't want to hire someone who might use their maternity leave to study for a PHD
