Anybody testing on or around 25th Aug ?

Hi there... as title says really. I am on CD 36 of a usual 32 day cycle, however this is 2nd cycle since last mc so I am trying to wait another week at least before getting too excited.

Mega symptom spotting, knicker checking and general madness associated with TTC.

Please feel free to join me and hold my hand while we wait to test.

History:

TTC#2 DD aged 4
Been TTC for 16 months. Have had 3x BFP's unfortunatly all ending in early mc's.

look forward to chatting/ moaning x

thanks 1littleprincess i am back from the docs and have an appt tomorrow for a beta HCG blood test to find out for sure...so i will no for sure by the middle of next week!

i keep telling myself the tests are wrong...when i used CB it was because they arent sensitive, then sainsburys own whichh are very sensitie was wrong because its an own brand!! why does baby making turn us into crazy people!!

Also got BFN today. Of course I am not believing it and am blaming the test (superdrug own brand) or the mehod, dipped stick in and swirled it aroud for 10 secs. Never use this method so dont know why I did today. So yes I am not believing it

The thing is I feel soooo pregnant.

Boobs look bigger and are sore, sensitive nips, sickness, dizzyness, heartburn, bloating.

Worried that maybe I am but HCG levels are too low, so will end in another mc.

Think I will wait for the weekend to re-test if AF hasnt turned up by then. Trying not to let it but its really consuming my every thought.

I'm confused.com today. Another BFN today but no sign of af yet and i'm now a day late but only 10dpo so I guess a bit early yet!

Good morning ladies!! I have given up and am going to the doctors today!

I was diagnosed with PND a few months ago and have been taking medication however as soon as there became a chance of me being pregnant I stopped taking them in case of potential harm...and I have taken a massive downward spiral the last few days! With it taking almost 4 weeks to get a BFP with DS1 I donn't feel I can wait another 2 weeks without medication or I will end up a complete wreck!! Going to see if they will do a blood test for me.

Really hope they will.

Hope you are all well today...and hoping for some BFPs in the near future!

Thank you 1Littleprincess I think I will do that if no af after today, 18 days would be today funny enough, woke up feeling sick and nearly threw up today, could be a bug though ,I will keep you posted. Lol men they just dont understand us women haha but I understand about the tossing and turning part when they decide to prove a point.

Ha Ha Ha mine just went to bed saying "join me when you have calm down." Might sleep on the sofa to prove a point lol!

Actually scrap that I'll go to bed and toss and turn all night.... that will teach him

I am sure that I read some where that you should test 18 days after intercourse if you are unsure of when period due. Dont quote me on that, but Im sure when I was testing after mc and unsure of cycle etc. I read/was told that.

Hi 1LittleprincessIm so sorry to hear about your mc's that must be so hard for you, buut you sound so strong good on you for trying to take the relaxed approach.
The last day of my period was 2nd Aug Af normally 5 days which would make it the 28th next does that sound right? but just had mirena coil taken out periods irregular so dont know.
Im sorry to hear about your row but I understand my DP said tonight to me bite my head of why not becuase the internet broke down and I needed to get onto mumsnet, his answer was to go.

Thats how I usually am, just keep testing till AF turns up, but after 3 mc I am now trying the relaxed approach. When are you going to test again? How many days are your normal cycles

Pfft its not really working lol
Forgot to buy a test for this morningbut still analysing every little twinge and feeling. Feel likemaking a chart Prg symptomsoneside and AF the other lol.

Why do they both have to be so similar. I have been feeling very positive that I was going to get my BFP this month, but have just had a blazing row with DP and he said that he whished I'd come on because 'aparently' I have turned into a stroppy cow.

Felt like saying..."Is that a normal AF sign or Preg sign??" but thought better of it

Hello all baby dust and love to you all, this is such a trying time we are all doing it, knicker checking, getting angry wandering where are you af are you coming or not, put us out of our misery.
Im on cd27 had 4 negative tests becuase im impatient aren't we all. havent been trying but last done the deed on the 7th aug, been having really bad bloating, cramps today could be sign of af.
Had the mirena coil taken out becuase of endless problems with it tried the pill but forgot a few days and we tried the withdrawel method which was on my fertile day and now I dont know when im due af, please words of encouragement would be great as Im going mad anyone feel the same.

WoW SKY that'friend' sounds horrible. Sorry that you are having to deal with that!

The knicker checking gets to us all lol I made my poor DD leave the clown show in the shopping centre today as I felt... ahem... wet, and wanted to check.

Didnt test this morning as didnt have a test. Completly forgot about being able to test today.... very unlike me, usually have an alarm set

So I have one ready for tomorrow morning.

Baby dust to you all, heres hoping that the BFP's start rolling in soon.

Im now on CD43. UCL 32 ish days. Have mega achy boobs, heart burn, waves of sickness, and low abdo aching! However, this could be sign that AF is just around the corner. Grrr

sky27 she sounds like a total cow! What business is it if hers? If she's any sort of friend she should be supporting you!

When I was TTC DS1 even my frineds who had previously mc'd were supportive and happy for us when we got pregnant.

Unless she has a VERY good reason then she is just being very, very cruel.

I'm sending you babydust and lots of it! (I have very fertile babydust...got pregnant with DS1 on cycle one after implant removal and DP has low sperm count!!)

Does anyone else have a friend who so desperately does not want them to get pregnant that they gloat when you say your due and have cramps?!? She has just made me cry twice Unfortunately I can't get away coz she's staying with us for awhile, which is the only reason she knows we are TTC.

Feel really low, af is chasing

hey ladies! despite my resolve not to test...I was out and about again today and walked past boots...i say walked past, I went in and bought a test, and just did it...another BFN! Though thats not a huge surprise considering its only 16 days since we did the deed and I didnt use FMU and it took 3 weeks to get a negligable result with DS1!!

sky27 i get that same panic whenever I feel even remotely damp!

Godbless do you know when you ovulated? Or your normal cycle length?

I'm holding in no sign of af yet. I caved this morning and BFN - what did I expect, only 8 dpo I don't care, i'm gonna test everyday until af arrives.

Anyone else test this am?

Im new please help ttc on the 7th aug im on 27 day of cycle ,AF lasts 5 days when could I test next to know for sure preganant or not please help going mad.

i have caved 4 times already!!! With my son it took ages for my HCG levels to get to a reasonable level which ended up in scans for ectopic pregnancy etc! So i dont know why i bothered testing less than 14 days after we did the deed!!

I am now resolved to not testing until at least friday possibly even next saturday!

How is everyone? anyone caved yet? I thought I was done for last night, even put a pad on I was that sure af would arrive in the night but I woke up feeling fine...bloody body lol.

OK so I am now on CD39 getting really desperate to test, but worried incase its a BFN. Although I am convinced that I Ovulated early for me around CD 10-13 ashad EWCM and Ovulated pains, I also had EWCM on CD29 so could only be 10 DPO!

Still at least 25th is nearly her. Wonder how many of us will test before then

How is everyone going on the symptom spotting?

My jeans are feeling incredibly snug today, I am convincing myself that the bloating is down to being PG. It is however, more likley down to the fact that I cant eat 'meals' due to sickness so am instead pigging out on biscuits

Thanks everyone. Still a bit in denile (sp?) about it. DH actually said to wait till I got tested at the docs before getting excited and I had to explain that they don't bother doing that any more as home tests are so reliable. Good luck everyone and hope you get some BFP!!!!!
