Ok Ladies... new thread, since the old one was getting too long and dragging my computer (and Kat's) down with it!

MrsD - cant believe you are 30 weeks already! So you found that cutting out the lactose helps? It will be almost a week for me and I have noticed some improvement, but not a lot. Of course, he is still getting a milk-based formula supplement to the BFing. I am going to switch to a soy formula and see if it makes a difference as well. Until then... God give me strength!!! LOL

Diege! Hello! So glad you popped in for an update! Glad your lovely family is doing well and that Jacob is growing nicely! Must be hard with being back to work and managing the family. I am not looking forward to trying to figure out that balance!

How are all the mummies and beans doing???

Kat - How are you feeling? Not long now, though this part seems to go more slowly than any other!

Marco had a lovely first Easter.

Gotta keep this short and sweet, as DCs are bouncing around in the lounge and I hear tears. LOL... as long as the noise stays below a roar, all is well!

Diege · 31/03/2010 11:52

Hello! You've probably all fototten me (one of the first carrots) but just wanted to pop my head round the door and say hello!
Jacob (ds1 after 3 dds) is doing very well, 9 months now, and no.4 really doesn't feel that much more work than 3...Even thinking there may possibly be a no.5 in there too .
Good luck KAT!!!! Wow, where have those 34 weeks gone and a big hello to BABYBLUE and Marco xx
I am realistic to know that I'm a hopeless keep-upper on this thread, but wanted to say hi and let you know it's All Good on the other side! Ok, the washing's a nightmare and work is even more stressful to keep up with, but don't regret no.4 for a second

KatnKankles · 30/03/2010 23:18

6 weeks to go here and it's still draggingggggggggggggggggg. DD is 12th May.

I'm so ready to evict this baby, 37 weeks would be lovely but the reality is I'll probably go overdue as both my girls were 6 days late...

To make matters worse I think I'm getting SPD which I've never had before. The pain in my pubic bone is getting worse everyday. DH is off for 2 weeks over Easter which will be a great help, we'll get to spend some family time together too hopefully before this little Miss comes along and demands all the attention!

Means - I couldnt keep quiet even if it seems like a good idea in theory! Do you have a date yet for your 20 week scan?

Hey girls!!!

All is well here, just been away for a long weekend break. I'm shattered lol! I did get some book reading time while te kids were playing/swimming so it was a great break.

I think I will find out the sex but dh says I'm only allwed to do that if we don't tell anyone, so it allows us to plan but for friends and family to have a suprise..........can we manage that? LOL!

It's so quiet in here!

Kat, you must be getting close now, how are you feeling, nervous or ready to evict your little miss?

BB, is your little man walking? Sounds like he won't be long!

Steph, how's ittle Lacey? I hope all is well at home.xxx

Waiting for my food shopping to arrive.

babyblue4 · 27/03/2010 03:04

So how are all the little beans and their mummies doing???

babyblue4 · 22/03/2010 15:36

Kat - Its definitely worth it!! I remember all too well how hard the pregnancy was... although Marco's was not my worst (a close second though). In fact, I am still suffering the repercussions!! LOL. Still battling the bulge... now have mummy-tummy which by some miracle I managed to avoid with the first 2, achy hips, limp hair that used to be lush with curls and is now straight, and the list goes on. But, Marco smiles at me and gives me a sucky-kiss and I forget everything!!! I am turning him into such a mamma's boy!!!

Means - its nice to know the gender. I didnt find out with the first 2, but couldnt resist with the second 2. It was nice to call them by name as soon as we knew the sex. Also made it easier for the older 2 to start their attachments to baby.

Loopy - Its never too early to start thinking about your new bean!! As soon as I was preg I started planning what I was going to do during my pregnancy. We had a private 3D scan with Marco. It was a lot of fun! We had some issues with that pregnancy, and I ended up having an amnio, so I found out the gender by the 16 week mark.

Welcome to the new mummies

Thought i'd come and say hello as there aren't many of us loons mothers of 4 around by us, 2 seems most peoples limit.
Am due number 4 in June, am on a complete mission to sort the house and the older three's summer out before he arrives so we can have a stress free summer.
Are other people finding pregnancy number 4 the hardest ?
I cannot stop moaning about every ache and pain, feel sick all the time, hardly eat but have put 2 stone on.
Basically he cannot come out soon enough

Meanbeansmum · 22/03/2010 08:12

Kat, it is worth it. The hell is a right of passage to make us appreciate the lush squidginess of our newborns lol!

BB, omg at Marco!!! How big is he getting, what a little superstar!

Smith, hi and welcome!!!

I might just have that gender scan. I wasn't going to find out the sex this time BUT there are now 4 family members pregnant and I feel the need to lay my stakeon my chosen baby names lmao!!!! Hi all can i join you?
We have 3 DC aged 5,3 and 19 months and have decided to stop not trying to get pregnant and hope the lord blesses us with DC4 sometime soon. I must be mad

KatnKankles · 21/03/2010 22:57

Aww babyblue he;s growing up so quickly but he'll always be your baby!

DD2, my youngest is 6 1/2 and still my baby, she's going to find it hard when DD3 comes along I think but she is very excited and is enjoying helping us to choose things for the baby, she also kisses my tummy goodnight before bed

All this gender chat.. I had a gender scan this time at 16 weeks with babybond which cost me £79 I think? I didn't have a preference on gender but I had an inkling from day one that she was a girl and wanted confirmation! It was well worth it.

Anyway, I need a whinge... I have heartburn constantly, restless legs, PILES and insomnia

Tell me lots of times it'll all be worth it please?? I'm desperate to meet my baby but too impatient to wait!!I want to sleep for the next 7 weeks, I really can't remember feeling this bad with the other 3..

OOOhhh... I cant believe you ladies are already far enough to start talking gender scans!!! How exciting!

Marco has been keeping me busy. Most days I am completely shattered from lack of sleep. He is just getting over croup and also has a tooth coming in, so he has been fussy to the max! He wakes up 2x a night at least, so its not a happy time in the Blue household at the mo. Oh well... he is cute as anything so it makes up for it . Little devil started cruising steps today for the first time, so it wont be long before he is walking. My baby is growing up too fast!!!

Meanbeansmum · 20/03/2010 09:09

So sorry for typos, on the laptop and the keys need to be bashed!

Meanbeansmum · 20/03/2010 07:48

Loopy that's awesome! It must be more fool proof than the bloods. The bloods sound fab but I wouldn't believe them lol!!!

Dh and I were talking about a gender scan last night,I could have one in 21 days!!!!! How freaky is that!!!!!!!

Oh 3 family members are pg at the moment, I'm worried about my chosen baby names, will be gutted if someone else gets there first. I know it's silly and unlikely but it's my hormones lol!

What's eveyneup to, this grou is too quiet, anyone would thin hae of us have newbrns to care for tehee! How are the gorgeous babies and mums?

My scan was with babybond and was in 2007. I'm sure it was £79, just a gender check though. The nhs sonorapher was very put out that we'd ha a gender scan at 16 weeks lol!

Can I resist finding out this time??

KAt, omg no way 32 weeks!!!!!! You are going to go POP very soon lol!

Steph, how's gorgeous Lacey doing?

Shettles is fascinating isn't it.

There was definitely a difference in my babydancing timing and diet when we conceived DD.

With the boys we'd done A LOT of baby (twice a day) dancing and my diet was pasta/potato laden. With ds1 and 2 my sickness was horrific and extended to 18 weeks. Sickness several times a day.

With DD we hadn't done much bding (3 times that month) and I was on a health kick having salads and quorn ham and salad cream for lunch. With DD my sickness was manageable and gone by 13 weeks.

Technically looking at my past, with babydancing I'd guess boy but m sickness I'd say girl, so who knows lol!

I think trying to tip the scales is well worth it. All babies are scrummy but I totally understand the wanting a crtain gender. I floated for a week when I found out dd was a girl.

This time I hae no preference, a snuggly little bundle of love is what I've ordered.
