I have a hunch.

This morning I woke up with a funny hunch, IYSWIM.
Now as the morning goes on I am thinking either, I am getting too fat and squashy for my clothes, so they don't fit comfortably anymore...but that wouldn't explain the sensation in my boobs, or there might be another reason for the strange period like feelings.

To be honest, I'm mid cycle so I have no way of knowing. If I was, (I daren't even say it) I would be pleased but at this point there's no way I'm going to get excited.

But I am interested to know about this. Recalling stories I was told when I was pregnant with dd, many mummy's are aware as soon as they have conceived. What do you think?

Midwife is coming around this afternoon ... with tests.
I'm going to have a struggle to keep my hands off them.

Yeah... not so much 9 days after ovulation (no idea when I ovulated) but 9 days after conception.

I would say you need at least 9days post ovulation but for me seems about 17 before I show up a positive.

Is everyone pretty much of the same opinion that I wouldn't be able to test yet?

You are probably just ovulating, or ovulated a couple of days ago.

Wait a week then test. GOOD LUCK YOU LOOOOOOOOOOOONY!

Well with dd tantrumming at the moment, dh can't believe I want another. He's also shocked because he can still hear me wailing at him in the labour room!!

We were using condoms, so now we are having great fun
A little sooner than dh would like but I've convinced him it'll take a while.
He said last night that a couple of pints last night (he went to the pub to watch the football) would reduce his sperm mobility! So it was fine, as far as he was concerned. Nothing for him to worry about yet....

ooh, it's so exciting {smile] My dh is being boring and saying we can only start trying when ds is 2!! But tbh that's quite good cos not so long ago he was adamant he didn't want another

I had a funny feeling a few weeks ago and had a bit of bleeding so I thought uhhmm! Now got the metallic taste in the mouth and feel a bit sicky - and pregnancy was confirmed yesterday! I had two negative pregnancy tests before a positive one (and followed up with a visit to the docs).

I agree you seem to get a sixth sense about this - although I lived in denial about dd and did 4 tests - and they were all positive!
