oh diddle im so sorry that AF came,, it will be your turn soon, i promise.

Diddle · 10/06/2005 13:19

I have come to a decision, that i'm not going to build my hopes up this month. I'm not going to work out a due date based on my period, or do any tests until AF is due, not get my hopes up and look on baby websites until i need to, because i'm just setting myself up for a possible fall.
I'm going to eat weel, and be healthy and look after myself and my DH and if we get pregnant then it will be the right time.
I had forgotten about the green tea, will have to go and get some over the weekend, and see what its like, and if its horrible i think i will have to hold my nose and down it

Lottielou - if you have your BFP this month, which i really hope you do, we will still be pushing our little bundles of joy around merryhill, there might just be a few months between them, fingers crossed for you, are you due on, on Tuesday???

thanks rachelrog - got loads of opks thank you for thinking of me though.
It is gutting, but you're right, my body must not be ready. i'm alright i think, just in a lot of pain, seems more painful since the m/c's very achy. horrible actually because it just reminds me of what it felt like losing the babies.
But i've go plenty to do the keep me busy.
Took the little ones to the garden centre this morning and we've bought them each a little plant to look after, they loved it, plus it has a pet centre too, so we watched the hamsters and rabbits for ages.
Cheered me up just watching them enjoy themselves.

Diddle......so sorry. It's absolutely gutting isn't it......when I didn't get pregnant straight away I consoled myself by thinking that my body must not be ready.....

your body has been through a really traumatic time with your 2 m/c very close together and sustaining a little beanie needs your hormones and everyting else to be tip top......doesn't help with the pain but bet you that it will be you saying you have a BFP in 4 weeks time!

Do you have any OPK's left cos I have 6 that need a good home if you want them. My email address is [email protected]
Email your address and I'm post them to you chick.

Hello to all and think I will hang around with you all until I know all is well with my little beanie.

Hi to everyone else, haven't had time to read all of the thread, just checked in to see how you all were, will read up at lunch! x
Love Ya'll x x x

HellKat · 10/06/2005 11:03

Aww sorry to hear that Humphreys. It's a total b*tch having to wear pads in this heat I agree. Feel like I'm wearing a nappy. Grr at you mil! I'm lucky, mine's lovely. Can't ever imagine her buying dp knickers and socks though.
Well done for chucking the old ones!

HellKat · 10/06/2005 10:55

Thanks Strike!
I'll be at the ttc as soon as this af comes too!

HumphreysCorner · 10/06/2005 10:54

Morning all

Not such good weather today so I will have to do some housework now.

Hmm-spoke too soon as the bleeding has returned, I am now getting thrush due to wearing towels in this heat for so long Mother Nature works in some strange ways.

Diddle-sorry girl. Here's hoping it will be next month for you.

HellKat-glad to hear things are much improved for you and hoping you get your AF soon.

Went to my friends house yesterday and our 2 girls played beautifully together for the first time EVER! What a relief.

My dear MIL turned up last night to bring my DH's birthday present round and sat at tutted and criticised my choice of TV (Ladette to Lady & Celeb love Island) Well, she could have gone home!!! It's his birthday today and she has bought him some more white knickers and socks which has really irritated me as I hate him wearing them and I HATE washing them. I have thrown some old ones out today while he is at work. Ha!

Diddle-I read through your joke from yesterday-has cheered me up a little as these B**y hormones are doing my head in. Didn't think I had any tears left but oh yes I have!

Right, housework here I come so will check in later.

Lots of love flying round this thread so
love and hugs to everyone from me

Morning all. Lovely day....not for the hayfever sufferers though, my DH is sneezing like mad!

That herbal remedy was from tesco! It's called herbal concepts and you can take it after the first four months and while your breast feeding, but if your ttc it's safer than the pharmacy stuff (according to my herbal friend)

Sorry to hear about your af diddle I'm just dying for mine so I can join you all ttc. It will be soon, oh yes it WILL! Maybe you should try the Green tea idea this month diddle?

HellKat · 10/06/2005 10:18

When's your birthday Cori?

HellKat · 10/06/2005 10:07

Just ready your joke Mad. very good

HellKat · 10/06/2005 10:00

{{{{{{hugs}}}}}} Diddle.
It'll happen soon.
Cori- That's what the hospital said to me about low immunity. Thank goodness, No one's had any bugs to pass onto me. We're leaving it until next month (or after af whenever that arrives). Just want to make sure everything's 100% first.

cori · 10/06/2005 09:51

Hi,
never had it before either. Dont know how long it will last, have some canaesten cream hopefully it will work.
HellKat,
is definetly because of the antibiotics I was on combined with low immune system at the moment.

Am thinking maybe it is a sign I shouldnt be trying this month as my body is not fully recovered yest .
On the bright side, it is my birthday next week. If I am not TTC then I plan on drinking a bottle of Champagne.

Diddle · 10/06/2005 09:38

i will xena, and won't be drinking too much wine either. Just a little bit.
has its good points, and now my baby will be born further away from xmas which i wanted really. can you tell i'm trying to make it into a good thing? it will all be fine and i'll survive another month or stressing myself out, maybe if i just forget about it, it will happen

OP posts:
HellKat · 10/06/2005 09:33

Xena- I'll be at Holland and Barratt either later today or in the morning. I'm getting some so I'll be able to give you the name.
Strike- What one's do you know of?

Xena · 10/06/2005 09:32

p.s. Diddle you must still stay away from all those tempting cheeses that they lay on

Xena · 10/06/2005 09:31

Oh Diddle I'm sorry

HellKat · 10/06/2005 09:30

Sorry to hear hun.
Mind you like you said, at least you can have a drink while you're away. You never, I might be testing next month to (if af ever arrives first).

Xena · 10/06/2005 09:30

Goodmorning
Arghhh Hayfever still bad the antiH's are working a bit but I still feel tired and bunged up.
Still seems strange to see Em walking she seems so small, still expects everyone to clap her.
i'm so sad everymorning I think how much closer I am to my AF then TTC.
Diddle are you waiting till next weds to test? Or are you still doing them everyday?
Strike or Hellkat could you recommened any herbal antih's as I am going to swop to them

Diddle · 10/06/2005 09:28

no BFP's for me this month, AF has just arrived not impressed. Better luck next time, i know we could have BD more around the right time so we'll just have to try again.
Glad to hear you're ok HK, yes looking forward to me hols very much, at least now i know i can make the most of the all inclusive wine, and i won't be having a period while i'm away, can't wait. Plus we will do plenty of BD on holiday, always do, so maybe next month will be our turn.

Song's finished and I'm still chuckling away

HellKat · 10/06/2005 09:26

Ok I need help.
Sat here in fits at "The book of pooh" on playhouse disney. Ds2 is watching it then looking at me like I've lost it. They're singing a song about dinosaurs but they're calling them "Dinosnoars" And talking about how "Scareful" they are. Lol! I'm not sure why this has tickled me so much. {grin]

maddyd · 10/06/2005 09:24

Morning All. Well af has finished so ive decieded to body temp chart as i really want to get pregant soon.

Sorry your feeling bad Diddle, it prob is a bug. If you had enough hormones to make you feel ill then there would be enough for a positve test i would have thought. But saying that theres still time, how long now till you are af is due????

We are off to Marwell today so hopefully will catch up with everyone when i get back. have a loveley day, im sure the sun will pop out soon, its meant to be a hot one.

Heres a joke to start your day

"If there are any idiots in the room, will they please stand up?" said the sarcastic teacher. After a long silence, one student rose to his feet.

Now then mister, why do you consider yourself an idiot?" enquired the teacher with a sneer.

"Well, actually I don't," said the student, "but I hate to see you standing up there all by yourself."

HellKat · 10/06/2005 09:22

I know there are alot of things flying around.
I'm great ty hun. Finished anti-biotics. Still bleeding but easing off loads. been enjoying the sunshine here the last couple of days. How are you? looking forward to your hols?
