Very frustrating here today, pains have stopped and no ttc symptoms.I guess having my mirena removed may be buggering up the system and I'll need to wait a few cycles to get back to normal.

Just done my second OPK of the day...quite excited as luchtimes OPK had a feint line (my 1st) and even though I know it has to match or be darker than the test line it was quite exciting. Results in 5-10 Mins.

Spirael This is my 1st moth temping too...I was quite stable until this morning and it shot up...OPKs not reading anything yet and I'm not due to ovulate until Friday, so will let you know how it goes.

Hello again, I'm on the April bus but is there any chance I can jump onto the May bus too?? I think my cycle has placed me in a situation where I could end up in either month! April bus is getting a bit quiet now, lots of graduates or people moved to May, and I was a bit afraid of being left sat there all by myself!

I'm a bit confused on the ovulation front currently, if anyone can offer me any advice? I've been temp checking very carefully each morning... Had two slightly higher readings on Saturday and Sunday, then a dip for Monday, then back up on Tuesday and today. Can anyone advise what that's likely to mean? Maybe just a dodgy reading on the Monday, or is a dip normal?

Only other unusual thing I've had is discomfort in my lower back since about lunchtime today. I don't usually get back ache of any kind, but I'm not sure if maybe I just slept tied up in a knot last night, or some equally non-TTC related reason!!

Im also on 2nd month 'official' TTC, and defo agree, its so exciting. Last cycle during the 2WW I found it very hard to not be impatient. I ended up testing just for the sake of testing, knowing full well that it would be too soon...

hi everyone CD5 here boring limbo land trying not to think too much about it really, AF eased off thankfully. There's quite a few of us having a hard time from the evil witch this month.

Ladylou - love the wedding present, talk about dropping a hint lol

My MIL (she passed away 3 weeks agao v ) a devout RC, DP and I have never married, variety of reasons we just haven't got round to it) anyway I think she just gave up on us in the end and she adored all the DDs especially DD3, one of the hardest things is that she won't be around to see them grow up now . One of the worries we had about having 4 was financial and a lot of those worries have been eased now die to her passing and it made us realise life is too short and we should go for another baby.

Tobago - I would think you are fine CM wise if you are TTC no3, I don't drink enough either am trying to drink more water during the day as I think it's part of the reason I am so knackered too

Have to say my MIL is pretty much a legend, but possibly being a "bit" pushy when it comes to TTC, bless her. Think it might be a good thing she lives in Spain, otherwise she would always be on about it, more so than now. Dont get me wrong, I REALLY want to be preggers, DH and I are as ready as I think we can be, and the timing seems right, but am going to do things at our speed and not MIL (and sometimes SIL) speed.

ImmaterialGirl I know 39 isn't old. But he seems to think it is. Daft bugger.

SummerC I'm so sorry to hear about your DH refusing -and 39 is not old at all!

And Ladylou83 your MIL sounds great! Mine are nice but rather religious, which might become a problem as me and DP are not married. I'm not that bothered but DP says we might have to announce we are getting married before announcing a baby...

I guess I'll worry about that when the time comes

All Im gonna say is: Meet my MIL! She is absolutly lovely, but is truely batty as well. Apart from on the subject of having children, I couldnt ask for a better MIL, but I think she is so desperate to have more grandchildren, she dotes on my niece, but is quite aware that my niece is likely to remain an only child, hence her "support" is coming my way...

Thanks everyone. DH says absolutely no way. He's 39 and starting to "feel his age" (!!!???) as he says. I think he worries about being an old dad. I don't know. I'm going to be patient and try not to get broody. I'll work on him again in a couple months.

Just wanted some advice,been doing some reading on cm and am now a bit worried,i don't seem to have much cm (sorry if tmi)and a few months ago whilst still on the pill i had a couple of times where i was so dry it was uncomfortable when walking,anyone else had this? Do you think it's down to the pill?
I don't really drink enough either,am ttc no.3 and did'nt have problems before
