Congrats lizzie!

lizzie9442 · 21/08/2009 07:30

Morning everyone, how are you all?

I'm really happy as got a bfp yesterday and another one this morning, can't believe it doesn't feel real. It would make me due 30th April/1st of May I think.

Fingers crossed for more bfps xxxx

Kaystar · 21/08/2009 07:02

Oooh, sweetkitty, thanks - this site is great. And according to it today is implantation for me. Hmmm, maybe this is why I woke up at 5.20am with stomach cramps...

Love to have something to obsess over

Good luck to everyone!

HarryJoesMummy · 21/08/2009 00:11

Hi everyone can I join this bus please?

My stats are:

TTC 2 Cycle 4 UCL28 CD 8

We had what GP termed "failed pregnancy" after cycle 3 at beginning of July so had a month off last month to allow cycle to return to normal - so not counting that cycle even though still made DH perform every night for 7 nights! But think we missed the window as after being UCL 28 every cycle since I was 14 (a long time ago!) this cycle was 36 days long so completely mistimed.

But - this cycle I am going to start POAS so we don't miss the window this time. Although going to MIL tomorrow for the weekend so will have to hide the sticks as not telling anyone in RL about TTC.

Looking forward to seeing lots of BFPs in the next couple of weeks!

giantjamsandwich · 20/08/2009 23:26

Hello. Can I join the bus too?

TTC 4 Cycle 7 UCL30 CD8

Must admit that we haven't tried that hard before now so that's why I'm on cycle 7 DH said that if we were going to try to conceive it had to be on a 'if it happens, it happens' basis. I have now told him that I'm never going to get pregnant on only three shags a month. I want to get a move on with it but he's a bit reluctant I may well just have to jump him every other day for the next couple of weeks

Good luck to everyone!

WickedWitchSouthWest · 20/08/2009 22:57

it's possibly the most perfect website for obsessive 2ww'ers ever. I SO love a list

sweetkitty · 20/08/2009 22:51

sorry everyone

WickedWitchSouthWest · 20/08/2009 22:42

ok sweetkitty this is ALL YOUR FAULT! According to that website, if I had caught, then I would get implantation symptoms TODAY so today I have had some really awful period type cramps and that sort of dull aching low down. Now I'm obsessing over whether or not that could be an implantation symptom? What do you think?

MrsRigby · 20/08/2009 22:31

sweetkitty great idea, might try it .

MrsRigby · 20/08/2009 22:30

Evening everyone.

Bloody hell (thankfully I'm not in one at the moment - and with any luck not for 9+ months) you miss a day or two and it's impossible to catch up.

I'll have to read backwards.

You can blame DH for this, he want's to go away next week for a week, so I've been on the internet night and day trying to find self catering accommodation in Cornwall for less than £500. Not easy. And he's so particular about everything. Absolute nightmare . I've sorted everything out now, DH is very pleased and I can finally resume normal service - obsessing over my pregnancy symptoms .

So did we get any BFP whilst I was gone, god knows how I'll cope next week with no internet. Any chance some one could post an ombnibus edition of the May bus?

I'm still having cramping, got blue veins on my breasts and feel uncomfortable. Please, please, please - fingers crossed.

Someone asked me on the April thread (only 3 of us left there) what CD I'm on. As my last period was about 6-7 days at the end of last month, I'm guessing I'm about CD26/27. I'm going to try and not test until 1st September and hopefully then get a BFP.

Okay, now I need to read backwards...

WickedWitchSouthWest · 20/08/2009 22:19

aaaaaarghhh!! that website is WAY too detailed! Also, if by some miracle I am pg this month my edd would be my 30th birthday!

sweetkitty · 20/08/2009 22:08

This is a good website, this is my details, it is wrong as I know from OPKs I ovulate CD15 but it's a good source of info

sweetkitty · 20/08/2009 22:05

Do you think a sure fire way of getting a BFP is to spend a small fortune on tampax, always, wine and brie???

I'm away to check out my due date just in case you knwo for research purposes you know

WickedWitchSouthWest · 20/08/2009 20:23

looking forward to a bfp for you tobago!

if I'm not drinking wine & eating brie come Tuesday, I'll be testing too sky

sky27 · 20/08/2009 20:09

My earliest testing could be tuesday as thats when af is due. Although it could be another 5 days after that if the old witch doesn't come calling

Good luck everyone, we need more graduates!

tobago04 · 20/08/2009 19:41

How exciting its getting close to people testing! I'm holding off testing as i did 5 tests last month and i'm only on cd 31 and my last one was 37but will do one in the morning just incase!!

WickedWitchSouthWest · 20/08/2009 19:02

hello everyone

loving ladylou's symptom spotting list. I might nick that for myself (I pretty much do shifts with my 3 year old who is allergic to sleep!).

A 30 day cycle would put me due on Monday. Hmmm. Luckily we've got a busy couple of days now so hopefully I won't be able to drive myself crackers until Sunday. I do feel like I'm going to be needing the grudge pack of Always tho, really crampy today

bluesnowfalcon · 20/08/2009 17:22

lucylev keeping my fingers crossed for you for tues hope you graduate!

sweetkitty · 20/08/2009 16:44

Same as sky 2ww but can't even test yet, think Tues would be the earliest, don't have a good feeling though

tobago - you are very good I would have tested now for sure

lucylev · 20/08/2009 16:29

Afternoon all,

My 2ww is nearly over come Tues so fingers crossed, have been feeling pretty much myself although a little more stressed out then usual and yday got myself in a complete pansy for missing the train and had a slurt of tears!? have started to eat very well and havent seen much of my fav wine

fingers crossed!

bluesnowfalcon · 20/08/2009 13:08

ladylou I love the ways to avoid symptom spotting will have to give it a go! Let us know how it is going tomorrow tobago hoping for a BFP for you x

Ladylou83 · 20/08/2009 11:18

Morning Everyone. You do one night shift, and the bus grows so much, took me ages catching up on everyones post.

Ilovetoshop sorry to here that ur leaving us for a bit. Fingers crossed on the job hunt. There are rumors going round our airport that 20% of us are being made redundant, and I keep questioning is it wise to get/be preggers at that time? But DH seems to be ok with it, he has a cunning plan! I've told him, Im not whoring myself

Anyhow, I'm now entering the joys of the 2 week wait. Here is my plan of action to stop my over eager sympton spotting:
*Every cramp I shall try to ignore, I get them everymonth.
*Sicknes= gonna eat a bar of chocolate, prob just got low sugar levels.
*fat belly=well U have been eating alot recently, and no ur not preggers because ur eating more, ur just greedy.
*Moods=well lets face it, im a moody cow at the best of times.
*Tiredness=I work shifts, when am I not tired?
*POAS=Boots is banned till 6th of september, where I will be allowed in to buy one test and a box of bodyform (well its best to be prepared either way).

Its not fool proof, but it is Lou-proof! If u see me on here sympton spotting, kick me off the bus!!!!

morefaith · 20/08/2009 10:00

morning to everyone.
ilove all the best for the future.

tobago and skilhorse positive vibes to you thing are looking up.

nancypreg l wish life was that simple but l have a bit of pessimism because l tested last week on day 27 and got a BFN this is why l had to wait at least a week to test again.you know if you get a bfn you can never be sure.DH off tomoz so will see if l can convince him to test then he wanted me to do it saturday. My friend announced she is 10weeks pregnant didnt even know she was trying, really chuffed for her though.

tobago04 · 20/08/2009 09:45

Fingers crossed for you Liahgen
Good luck skihorse, maybe you just ovulated later so its taking longer for BFP,fingers crossed for you too
Am going to test in the morning!

skihorse · 20/08/2009 09:29

mampam seems to be one of those horrible "how long is a piece of string?" questions - you might have a very determined bunch-of-cells who race down the main straight and burrow in... or you might have a little blastocyst who casually meanders down your fallopian tube and when it can be bothered it'll look for a nice place to have a wee sit down. There should be RULES!

liahgen glad to hear there's someone doesn't think I'm a total nutter then!
