you get pregnancy symptoms ? I think with DS1 and DS2 I noticed on about day 22. Anyone noticed any earlier ? TTC DC3, currently on day 18 and must be imagining that I have tingly boobs and am incredibly hungry.... ?

i get positive tests very early like 7dpo but like pacificdogwood - never get any symptoms until 6 weeks

( tell a lie i did open the fridge door one morning v early pg with dc6 and my tummy lurched!)

Louja78 · 09/07/2009 22:25

Last time was convinced I would struggle to get preggers so was not obsessed by symptoms. In some ways that was easier.

Tummy feels bloated but think its just gas.

Got positive opk test on Thursday (day 12) and ewcm on the Sat. So would it be Sat that I ovulated? Can't remember the mechanics of it.

Claire2009 · 09/07/2009 22:18

Just had a relaxing bath & now have an itchy right nipple, get that before period is due.

And also left shoulder blade aching a teeny bit..

Really don't think this is my month, testing in the morning, worked out last period started 17th June, so based on a 28 day cycle I'm due Weds, maybe Thurs...so should get an accurate result tomorrow/saturday don't you think?

Claire2009 · 09/07/2009 22:16

I never ever get boob symptoms, ever!
The only time my boobs get sore is right at the very end of pregnancy, and when milk is in!

Tobago, Dd slept through from 2wks, Ds 6wks. All in all easy babies

tobago04 · 09/07/2009 21:43

Hi lulubee,i didnt have any symptoms with either pregnancies either, when are you due on? When are you going to do a test? PD my mum said the same thing!

PacificDogwood · 09/07/2009 21:41

Eh, no!
Am currently 4+6 pregnant with 8th (DSs x3 + MCs) pregnancy and first symptom was usual sore boobs, both of them though! This time round I am feeling quite sick already - have got myself worried sick (pardon the pun) about twins as I have never been bothered by morning/all day sickness before...

Lulubee · 09/07/2009 21:36

THANK you PD, that has cheered me enormously

Tell me, did you ever get one sore boob and one not sore boob!??!

PacificDogwood · 09/07/2009 21:33

I have lurked on this thread before and am amazed at how many of you get pregnancy symptoms before you miss a period.
I have always been at least 5-6 weeks from last period before I felt anything, so usually knew from BFP rather than anything else.
BTW, my mum tells me that in the 60s you had to have missed 2 periods before the doctor would even consider doing a test!
Good luck to you all

tobago04 · 09/07/2009 21:33

my first was a bit of a nightmare and did'nt sleep through till she was 1 and 2nd slept through from day 1,think i've forgotten about the sleepless nights! I'm from warwickshire

Lulubee · 09/07/2009 21:29

Sigh. I am sure I am NOT pg, I have zero symptoms apart from a sore right boob (wtf!) and a not sore left one (sure if I was pg they'd both be sore). And felt faintly nauseous in Asda but that could have been what was left on the sale racks.

Has ANYone had zero symptoms til after AF was due? I just think that somehow I'd know...

Claire2009 · 09/07/2009 19:39

Btw, dd/ds were v v easy babies, toddlers is a different story but they're def fun!!!

Claire2009 · 09/07/2009 19:38

Thanks, I got ms all day... everyday with dd/ds from 8-22/23wks! Ginger biccies saved me! So this is odd, I had a dry mouth when I woke, but was fine other than that, lower back/kidney area on the right feels a bit achy which is odd...
I had a kidney infection when I was preg with Ds so

Where abouts in the country are you girls?

I'm in Plymouth.

tobago04 · 09/07/2009 19:35

Claire2009 · 09/07/2009 19:03

Claire2009 · 09/07/2009 14:06

Aha! Thanks Jools!

Joolsiam · 09/07/2009 14:03

CM = Cervical Mucus

EWCM = Egg White Cervical Mucus - looks like egg white and when you see it, you are fertile

Claire2009 · 09/07/2009 14:00

Yes, what is EWCM & CM? I'm not really with the lingo here yet..

Claire2009 · 09/07/2009 13:59

Soooooooo hungry today!!!

Claire2009 · 09/07/2009 13:50

I'm sorry to hear that Jools I had a m/c in October myself.

Fingers crossed & lots of babydust for us all!!!

Joolsiam · 09/07/2009 13:44

Claire - this will be my first, but I've had 3 mc's in the past year, so am fairly used to the early pregnancy symptoms !

If I get BFP this time, it is likely to be on the anniversary of my first BFP - I think that must be a good sign

I went out and bought the First Response twin packs today too !
