gracie im so sorry you've had such a crap and frustrating day, but pleased you have a scan sorted to put your mind at rest. was thinking about you all day at work but sadly our internet useage is heavily monitored and blocked, i have tried and failed previously to log in there. never mind the fact that 75% of my work is internet based, it causes me no end of problems, i have to ask to do anything! anyway i digress slightly but just wanted to say i hope all is well tomorrow and sending you sticky thoughts xxx

Aww Gracie I wish I could make time go more quickly for you. FWIW when I had my MMC I only had a tiny amount of brown bleeding and then nothing, whereas both Blue and Vjay had a lot of brown bleeding and both their los are fine. I have to log off now as I've promised to go and build sandcastles but my thoughts are with you.

Yes. She's a funny lady. I've missed her nonsense over the last few weeks although I think it's a sign that all is well because she'd be on here otherwise, holiday or not.

Could you and your mum maybe go out for a (Decaff) coffee or go to the shops or cinema to pass the time? I'm really sad but what about a game of scrabble?

No luck with DH yet. If I ever make it to the Big Pants end of a pregnancy I'm really going to have to find better ways of contacting him! I did tell him to give me the number for his friend who lives next door as she's female and therefore much more responsible, but he never got round to giving it me. Oh Gracie please stop counting minutes! Any chance your mum has a weepy dvd in her collection that you caould watch and have a good cry at. It'd maybe help to relieve the stress. It's so hard when things are out of your control. I really hope you've managed to get hold of your DH and that he'll make it to the scan.

I camped out at the GP surgery until the receptionist got me an appointment to see the midwife. Midwife said 9weeks and 4 days was too early to hear a heartbeat so I've got a scan tomorrow morning at 10:15am. I've not managed to contact my DH yet though I have tried. Going over to my Mums for a bit to be looked after, but that won't stop me logging on to mumsnet every 2 mins!

oh Gracie - what a night/morning you've had . Sending you every sticky vibe I can muster for your scan tomorrow. I had stringy clot at 8 weeks this time and was convinced it was over as already had weeks of brown bleeding too. Please don't think the worst, I really really hope and pray you see your bean tomorrow unfased by all this fuss. Hope you have someone to keep you company tonight, will be thinking about you x
