Hi everyone
I am TTC after 2 miscarriages and queue one long drawn out week of smyptom spotting. I keep trying to bang my boobs off things to see if they hurt!! Think I have tingly nipples but it comes and goes so I don't know what to think. Also I have been taking aspirin to help with the miscarriages and I am worried it will stop a bean from sticking!! you would think I would be a pro by now at this! Anyone else want to join me so we can try and keep each other sane and away from the First Response sticks? xx

Massive congratualtions sonsmum !!!

Get yourself to the due march 2010 thread!

sonsmum · 29/06/2009 12:05

hi - i'm a complete finisher, so heres my last bit of news.....
after promising myself i would hold off testing until saturday I succombed on thursday.....(I was so encouraged by dalymps' results)..test looked BFN though am sure I saw a faint line....temps were still high and started to get that slightly full feeling below the waist which i had with ds.
Dh made me wait until today to take another test this morning, and it is BFP, no doubt!
Very pleased indeed, especially as was 1st month of trying.
I put this success down to watching my temp dip and rises and using OPKs....I know people have mixed opinions on those but for me they worked.
Plus proves i tested too soon last week and faced diasspointment when there was no disappointment.....
March 6th due date if on time (DS arrived on due date!)
Good luck to everyone TTC.....I know how both upsetting/joyous this event can be.

Dalrymps · 25/06/2009 08:39

Sorry AF got you , here's hoping for a BFP this coming month, fingers crossed for you!

greenbeanie · 25/06/2009 08:21

Congratulations Dalrmps, af arrived for me today so no luck this month.

Dalrymps · 25/06/2009 07:40

Did another cheapy test this morning, still a faint pink line but ever so slightly darker than the one yesterday eek.

Dalrymps · 24/06/2009 23:13

Thanks Beanmum...

So sorry AF got you, glad to hear your back on track, this month cold be your month

Beanmum · 24/06/2009 23:03

af got me yesterday (2 days early, CD 23 - the witch!) was v debounced at the time, but back on track today. wonder if the 'symptoms' were entirely in my head, or if it was another chemical pg. hmmm

Did another cheapie test this morning. It came up with a very faint line within the 5 mintute limit. No darker than the line I got on the one last night though, will have to wait and see I guess!

Dalrymps · 23/06/2009 21:25

Did a cheapy, very faint line within the 5 mins

Will test agian in the morning eek!

sonsmum · 23/06/2009 20:00

wow dalrymps...sounds pretty promising...if you test tomorrow, the line should be darker...fingers crossed.

I am due af same time as you, so you are making me think there is a chance i could get a faint line if I have hit the jackpot this month....however I did promise myself I would stay away until saturday at the earliest.

after my excitement yesterday I have no lasting symptoms anymore, apart from the high temps, so that alone gives me hope!

ozbride - you started this thread....are you testing tomorrow? fingers crossed!!!

Dalrymps · 23/06/2009 11:42

Eek, I really hope so. Trying not to get my hopes up cause i'll be so if i'm not.

greenbeanie · 23/06/2009 11:27

Dalrymps, sounds very likely that you will get your BFP soon. Congratulations

Dalrymps · 23/06/2009 11:11

Greenbeanie - Hope it's just too early to tell, theres still chance of a bfp yet

I also succumbed . Did a test with FMU today and after 10 mins got a faint line. Not sure what to think though cause test instructions said not to read result after 10 mins (it could have developed earlier than that but I went away and came back).

Gonna buy some cheapies and test again tomorrow I think

greenbeanie · 23/06/2009 09:38

So impressed that everyone is holding off testing. I'm afraid I succumbed and got a BFN, af due on thursday.

Still got low abdo ache and occasional waves of nausea...

Why do the 2 weeks go so slowly.

Good luck everyone.

Dalrymps · 22/06/2009 21:27

Argh! So close to testing today, far too early. Want to wait till sat morn ideally. HAve even considered using the opks I have as pg tests today...

Only symptom to far, slightly tender/enlarged breasts. I so hope this is a sign!!!

Beanmum · 22/06/2009 20:05

Oh, sounds promising, sonsmum...

I have managed to get through another day without testing (don't want to try til Friday), but the not obsessing part is really not working out.

sonsmum · 22/06/2009 19:39

so much for not obsessing....I'm on here again!!....however had some major symptoms today....my temp showed a dip this morning plus had some spotting during the day....I am 9 or 10 DPO...really convinced this is implantation, but trying to be diplomatic. Think I will know much more tomorrow....willing that temp to rise again!!
Hang in there everyone - stay off those first response sticks a few days longer!!!

papoushado · 22/06/2009 12:58

Oh hello, can I join in too? THANK GOD I've found you, I am going out of my mind. I'm in my 2WW after our 7th insemination treatment. If this doesn't work, next stop is IVF!

Since the insemination last week I've been thinking about my pelvis so much that it seems to have had a constant ache. I have been really zonked too.

However, on the HELLO YOUR PERIOD'S COMING! side of the fence I've had a few spots, been irritable and (ahem) the usual windy factor...

I'll know by the weekend.

Good luck to everyone!

greenbeanie · 21/06/2009 19:21

Hi Ozbride, yes it is a low achey feeling of fullness. I have also been feeling a little nauseous but ds2 has a tummy bug so it could well be that!!

Good luck everyone, lets hope there are lots of BFP's on this thread.

Beanmum · 21/06/2009 12:08

Yes! Af due 25th and last week had nausea, twinges in abdomen and dizziness... Have just developed a cold, so worried some symptoms might be down to that, but haven't given up hope as still have sporadic nausea and aversion to coffee (generally a caffeine addict). Second month of ttc No 2 - ds was unplanned, so haven't been through this process before... Trying hard not to obsess throughout the TTW and hold out til the end of the week to test!

Fingers crossed ozbride + everyone!

Dalrymps · 21/06/2009 11:02

Weetiger - So sorry you've got the shingles Hope they go away soon!

I'll join in here too, 7th month TTC #2. AF due 26th.

So far I have had a little tiredness and according to my dh my breasts look bigger , they feel slightly tender, I keep poking at them to check. Hmm, no concrete evidence yet really!
