nunnie · 20/06/2009 13:44

Can't keep my eyes open and very irritable VERY VERY IRRITABLE!!! is it too early to be a symptom?

iateallthecreameggsyummy · 20/06/2009 13:22

angel that sounds very very promising!!

Doing my first early tests lines at the start came up outside the time limit but...... if the line has colour in pinkish for tescos then its a line! Grey/colourless is evap line.

I've seen many faint lines on tescos tests so fingers def crossed for you! Keep us posted wont you!!

Angelfifi · 20/06/2009 13:07

love all the early symptom spotting!!!! Great!!

Angelfifi · 20/06/2009 13:06

Hi all,
Pme so sorry you sound like your in lots of pain, hope it gets sorted soon, lots of hugs for you.

Lissie fingers crossed for you, hope its good news mon. How exciting!

Well i still have no arrival of af, so i'm giving it until next fri then i'm going to the docs, i did a internet cheapie test and think i can see a very very very faint line, even dh thinks it is!! so i did a tesco test and a line came up but not with in 5 mins, so i shall see what happens over the next few days, fingers crossed!

nunnie · 20/06/2009 13:01

thought it might be!

iateallthecreameggsyummy · 20/06/2009 12:59

hmm nunnie maybe day 6 is slightly early.......

nunnie · 20/06/2009 09:53

iate, I would love to move onto symptom spotting but as of yet nothing , day 6 today is it still too early to test?

Fingers tightly crossed for you lissie you deserve some good news

AF should be on the move soon very soon, then we can get back to some bonking madness, bring on the lube

lucygrif · 20/06/2009 09:40

well, i have started spotting, very very light pinkish (tmi, sorry) for the last 24 hours so no doubt AF will be in full swing by tomorrow and I will be in agony

iateallthecreameggsyummy · 20/06/2009 09:33

aww pme im sorry you've not been well! Sounds awful! I hope your own gp will be more understanding a refer you, esp if he/she knows your mums background too.

Nunnie testing already hows about moving onto symptom spotting lmao.

Lissie all sounds positive about doing blood tests! I really hope this is the month for you both. Sounds like they are taking it all very seriously with ectopic history too. Along with pme an showering you with babydust heaps of it so it gets in your eyes and everything!

Lemon did you finish the dining room decorating? I've thought about sorting my flat out, thats as far as i've got though! Will seriosuly have to sort things out in next couple months though so any angry woman feel free to come help smash up a huge wardrobe which takes up most of our bedroom! Chucking out 2 filing cabinets full of bike magazines which dh feels the need to cling onto for some bizarre reason Redecorating the bedroom to make it look nursery like in one corner. Taking down my beloved dining table putting it into storage due to the size and so much more! Cant do to much cosmetic stuff to the flat as we will eventually move into a 2 bedroom flat and will need to save some money for carpets etc! All this to make room for a cot etc! It will be worth it

proudestmummyever · 20/06/2009 09:03

hi girls! A am bit better today thankyou. Lissie i am soo soo hoping this is yr month! Throwing lotsa babydust yr way and everyone else! Mwah! Cd3 today. Can i test yet?! Lol! Going back to bed for little while. X x

PistachioLemon · 20/06/2009 08:47

OP posts:
OracleInaCoracle · 20/06/2009 08:19

morning all, how is everyone? PME, hope you are feeling better. sorry, have totally lost track of everyone!

well, spoke to nurse at fertility unit yesterday, explained that period was 5d late without any sign of it at all and she said that clomid can give a false bfn and because of my history (7 mcs and an ep which i lost a tube at 6+4) i need a blood test. spoke to gp then who has told me to bring in a fmu sample on mon morning and shes done me a form for hcg bloods. she was lovely and said she desperately hoped that i was pg.

so it would appear that it really aint over yet!

PistachioLemon · 20/06/2009 01:05

Night night

OP posts:
Clwc · 20/06/2009 00:59

Phew, pme. I'll shut up about it now then And I'm glad you're going to see your usual GP.

I have had a tiny bit more spotting today. I imagine AF is on her way, and probably with a vengeance!

G'night all. xx

proudestmummyever · 19/06/2009 21:00

Hi all, to be fair dr wasn't my normal dr, who is just fab!

And I am planning to speak to my own gp..

I am in excruciating pain first 2, 3 days of every period, terrible pain, I can't even turn around SLOWLY in bed, it's like contractions, ths morning I was holding something in the kitchen and dropped it when pain hit, and was sobbing

But clwc I know bout co-codamol, and dangers so don't worry

Thanks for being concerned bout me, bn on diazepam(stress, mostly bcause of Jack's probs, and my ocd of course, and depression) coming off it nw, but became self reliant on them and it is horrific so I do know the dangers unfortunately, personally know the dangers

xx

Clwc · 19/06/2009 19:26

Agreed, PL, mind you, I'm not really sure what their 'bedside manner' is like. I've never had a bed at a hospital, and if you can't justify having a bed in the first place, you're shoved out of the door almost before you can say "Hello" to the receptionist

With nurses, if they're good, they're extremely good (nice, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable), but if they're bad, they're atrocious and should be shot! lol.

PistachioLemon · 19/06/2009 16:49

LOL Nunnie, I was wondering for a split second where 'all the right places were' and if I was doing it in all the wrong places

PME I agree with the others. Go back to the doctors and don't be fobbed off. If you're in that much pain, they need to do something more than give you co-codamol. at them for not being better. In the meantime, I hope you're feeling better soon.

Clwc, ah, I see why you might be reluctant to go back. Honestly, bedside manner seems to be severely lacking - maybe they forget to teach that at med school.

OP posts:
Clwc · 19/06/2009 14:39

Hiya pme,

Very sorry to hear about your pain.

So, what treatment is the doc giving you? You can't just hide endo with painkillers. I'm sure your Mum can tell you that! Make sure you get yourself referred asap.

As far as co-codamol is concerned, I have no idea why GPs still prescribe that stuff without a second thought, nor why you can still get it over the counter. It is highly addictive, and can cause your liver to pack in, so take it with caution. Sorry for going on about it, but it really hits home with me.

nunnie, My 30th birthday (in May) was the best birthday I've ever had! I hope you enjoy yours just as much. It still hasn't really sunk in that I'm no longer in my twenties.

nunnie · 19/06/2009 14:25

I shall be bonking in all the right places this month (by places I mean days ) however won't be gutted if AF comes next month, cos I turn 30 and am having a bash so wouldn't be to upset if I can drink there .
