I'm good thanks Lissie, relieved my exams are over but getting a bit down about this whole conception business. I know we've only been trying for six months but I have a horrible feeling it's just not going to happen. Got my period on Saturday and I was so upset, could have done with camping out in the hut with you guys for a while.

Anyhow, DH is going to the docs tomorrow about a lump on his leg and I'm going to try to persuade him to ask the doc for tests at the same time - because he had a tortion on his testicle when he was younger there is a possibility that it damaged something down there and if that's the case I think I'd rather know now than later on IYSWIM.

Hi ladies. Can i join this thread please?

I have one ds(4)concieved 2nd month of trying and have been ttc number 2 for 20 months, had a mmc in October and despite getting back on the baby making wagon straight away nothing is happening. Doctors are not helpfull at all and told me that they wouldn't do any investigations until I had 3 miscarriages in a row and even then they wouldn't do much since I have a ds and have managed to concieve since.
I'm sick of people asking when we are going to have another child and friends who know we are ttc ask me on a weekly basis if there is "any news yet?". I've asked them politely to stop asking me but they can't help themselves and even though I've now told them that we've decided to stop trying (we haven't) they still ask me the same bloody question! Aaaagh!!!!!!
Better go now though as I'm ovulating and don't want to miss the window, Jesus I really don't feel in the mood but a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do!

I don't have a date for another scan at that hospital, they are just looking at the blood test levels first, . But I will seriously consider attending a different hospital to get a decent scan. This not knowing is messing up my normally calm looking exterior, and making me look like the crazy that I am inside. Think I need to change my name here too rainbowdays sounds so pleasant and not how I am currently feeling.... any suggestions!!!!

So before I go off on a rant - have you got a test done yet lissie?!

As for me, ARRRRGGGGGGGGGGGG. I am still in fecking limbo land with no real knowledge of what is going on. I had a scan today, done by a useless doctor as the sonographer was unavailable, she supposedly measured the sac at 5w2d, last week it was 6w1d, so helpfully suggests I "probrably" will miscarry soon, SO, no I have not yet miscarried dispite all the cramps and bright red bleeding. NOW they are thinking I might also have an ectopic going on, so blood tests today and more in 48hours. FECK IT, why could the proper sonographer have given me 3 minutes of her time. ARGGGGGGG.

Please forgive the language slips, as those who know me here know, I am normally very polite.

Lissie - symptoms-smymptoms, no early testing girl......!!!!!

I have my scan tomorrow, I tested today, and test is slightly lighter, but still unfortunately glaringly bfp, I hate this. All the other loses have been at 5 weeks or so, and I have had negative tests within a day of starting bleeding, I hate this inbetween time. I can't ttc again until my levels drop and have stopped bleeding, but also still feeling horribly pregnant and emotions all over the place, sorry I have got into ranting mood now. It is funny how the stages of grief have to come in their own time. I have been in denial until today. But now I am starting to get angry. . So what is the next stage, guilt then acceptance, what have I missed out.....?
