Hey awen yeah we are going to keep going anyway, have some clomid int he drawer so if I have af I will take them. Hope ds2 is better today hun.

Aww clure think we are all liable to be stressed out during all of this so no wonder you feel like this, try to keep the hpt till your due on as they can be inaccurate when testing early. I know I havent ov'd but I was very tempted to test but cant face another bfn lol

Hey pinkypanther Step away from the testing kit, best wait till friday and lots of luck hun

Well today I am cramming have my exam tomorrow, feel sick with nerves already as not had an exam since high school. How are the rest of you ladies? xxx

lucygrif · 16/06/2009 09:17

Morning ladies, CD29 and the sore boobs have started so I think AF is coming still not tested so at least I haven't wasted any money

pinkypanther · 16/06/2009 06:31

Morning all. Am starting to imagine pregnancy symptoms (sore boobs and feeling sick today) - please help me keep away from the test kit as it is too early! Have decided to test on Friday morning as am going to a hen weekend and don't want to drink if I'm pregnant.

awen your poor little ds2, that must be traumatic for both of you, bless him. Know what you mean about them creating. My DD used to howl and kick when getting feet measured, me a sweaty stressed out mess!

stac thanks for bringing some sense into my mad world at the moment. Suffering the aftermath of an ofsted which didn;t go well, sister having a baby, DH grandad died at weekend. Yes, I need to get a grip and wait a bit longer. (the first response is burning a hole in the drawer!!

Had a good sesh doing a body pump class so released a bit of the pent up stuff, thanks to all your kind and supportive words all xxx

baby dust xxxx

MamaMaiasaura · 15/06/2009 21:24

Clairbear - hehe about your bunny. My bunny did that to telephone wire. Sadly he died during the cold snap but he was a lovely lop eared black bunny with a real funny character. He used to play football and come up for a nice cuddle though didnt like being picked up much. What sort of bunny have you got? Girl/boy?

Stac - how bloody annoying. Why cant they organise how they approach investigating infertility in a more 'organised' manner, like a checklist so they can give best treatment? Sorry you have to wait so long till treatment. Are you going to keep bding just incase?

Clure - way to early to test.. Step away from the clearblue It is so exciting to get test done to know either way. Have you have your day21 tests or did they follicle track you or are they just seeing what happens? ((hugs)) on the everyone pregnant. It is so hard when ttc and others already managed it. I hope you get your bfp soon xx

Took ds2 to eye hospital today for tests (poss lazy eye) and he created in a big way, poor boy. Made his pupils dilate so sunlight etc really hurt them so spent day indoors mostly. Had to listen to our diy obssessed neighbours taking down a wall whilst i was trying to settle a very tired and unhappy toddler. He is so frightened of strangers in general atm, even get his shoes fitted is a trauma for him. I know its a stage but so hard to see him so upset. DP out tonight on his monday night guys night so i get house (and telly) to self . Both boys asleep so just me and the buttons now... yum. Oh and ds1 and ds2 were wearing my lacy bra's this morning ds1 thought it was hilarious (he's 9) and so i snapped a pic of them haha... future bribery i think!

stac14 · 15/06/2009 20:22

Hey clure yeah its a pain in the ass lol I knew as soon as she said I was to get a scan that it would be weeks away, you know how you get that feeling. The scan is to see if my tubes are blocked, they scan your stomach but puff air into your cervix to see if your the air gets through. I read online that its actually a dye stuff they put in so who knows what will happen.
I know how you feel about being envious of others its very hard, as I said to dp today, any babies we all have will be more wanted than anything else xxx

Clure · 15/06/2009 18:08

stac its infuriating isn't it? What is an echovist scan? I have my next consultant appt on 4th august. Long wait

awen how are you? I have to say I'm really finding it tough holding off on the testing. I really don't think I am pg but just want to test to confirm the negative so I can begin next course of provera (assuming my period will need a helping hand again!!)

clairbear sorry to hear about your laptop (I did have a little chortle about your bunny - hope he/she's ok. hope you ok too

lucygrif know how you're feeling at the mo!

Found out today a work colleague is expecting. Babies everywhere I'm so pleased for them but can't help the "its not fair" feelings. Sorry, moan over

Have a great evening all xxx

stac14 · 15/06/2009 16:34

Hey ladies
Well went to the consultant who has decided I should have an echovist scan before they prescribe anymore treatment, which I am mad about as they should have done this before any treatment was started. Now the next appointment for the scan isnt until the 6th of August so looks like I am out the game for a while ladies. xxx

clairebear88 · 15/06/2009 15:12

Hey

Hope you girls had a nice weekend. My bunny chewed through the laptop wire so can only come on at work (which Im not meant to do ).

Lucy - HAPPY BIRTHDAY

Isle - Hawaii how gorgeous !! I keep thinking the ladies on here from UK which is stupid I know. I am so jealous. That is rubbish about how much you have to pay to get what you want.
Good luck

Awen - pains sound promising so hope it gets the BFP you want so much.

Congrats Aunty Clure x
I spent the day with my nephews and nieces yesterday having a bbq and a water fight. It was a nice day

Frida - Plenty of other threads which may be a little bit more understanding. Bye

MamaMaiasaura · 15/06/2009 12:51

frida - this is a trying to conceive thread so hearing of possible unwanted and unplanned pregnancy dilemmas on here is probably not too appropriate.

Stac - aww that was very soppy but thanks. I will hang around. x

Clure - GOing to start testing around day 35 and then every 2 weeks till we get our positive (i hope) How about you?

Lucy - resist the clear blue fairy happy birthday for weekend. My mums was on Saturday, lovely time of year for birthdays i think

stac14 · 15/06/2009 12:17

hey lucy
when you due on? its a nightmare having to wait isnt it lol xx

lucygrif · 15/06/2009 11:00

hi ladies, had a wonderful birthday weekend with the family but now i am desperate to test!!! argh!!

stac14 · 15/06/2009 10:58

Hey ladies went to the nurse this morning and she had no idea why the doc wanted to retest, still no sign of ovulation or af so on to the consultant this afternoon to see what he says.
clure sounds promising with the oving pains, and dont get down heartened you never know you may be lucky xx

frida5 · 15/06/2009 10:25

hey stac14 yes im not tryin for a baby i just very recently got married and me and my husband are stil young..hes 27 and im 24 and stil enjoying the blissful moments and we dont have any savings to start a a family so yes im a bit worried...hopefully i wil do the test on 25 june..home pregnancy test and by then i should know for sure...thanks

stac14 · 14/06/2009 22:38

oops hope that didnt sound soppy

Clure · 14/06/2009 22:37

stac didn't get cd 21 day blocds done. Not sure if ov, had far more cm than have done in months. Maybe taking that as a positive, also those funny little ov pains that awen mentioned. Other than that anxious to test!! But not holding out much hope really-just wanting to know where I stand

Awen its so tough. You're trying to do the right thing by your Ds2 but feel it may compromise your immediate fertility? Whatever you decide, please stay in touch on this thread!! When are you going to test?

stac14 · 14/06/2009 22:36

Hey awen please dont leave, think regardless of what any of us are doing for ttc we are all in the same boat. I wont be taking clomid anymore either but I still want to speak to you all, we all kind of know each other well and want to help, hope you will stay hun. You never know you might be oving late like you did last time, will keep my fingers crossed for you xxx

MamaMaiasaura · 14/06/2009 21:49

how are you all doing? Am getting some strange pains here. Lower down, kind of period type aches but also sharp pains from ovary region. Trying not to symptom spot as prob all for nowt but can help it.

Re the ttc thing dp had a talk and we are still goign for it but i have had a good think about the whole bfeeding ds2 and its affects on my fertility treatment. Have been doing some reading up too and have decided I am not going to try and wean. Going to let him (ds2) take the lead. It is what he needs and I dont feel happy to refuse him. It is a lovely thing to do and so comforting to him and relaxing for me. Sooo dont know if i should hang around as not on clomid now or whether its better if i hop onto another ttc thread.

Clure · 14/06/2009 20:34

throwing lots of babydust to you all this evening

stac my nephew called William and 6lb 13. Haven't seen him yet as sister lives 150 miles away Hoping to go visit soon.

islegrin my dear cousin went through a torturous route to try and have a baby "naturally" - it was not to be, they ended up adopting and have THE most gorgeous little boy

stac14 · 14/06/2009 19:36

Hey clure forgot to say congrats about your new nephew whats he called? what weight is he? bet he is gorgeous.
Hey islegrin I know what you mean, hopefully it will happen for us all soon, how are you?
xxx
frida I take it your not trying for a baby?

islegrin · 14/06/2009 19:25

Congrats Aunty Clure!!!

Funny - what so many of us want and have to struggle for, there are so many others that end up pg accidentally and/or aren't happy about it. That's why I support adoption as much as possible, even though it's hard, it does give wonderful opportunities to those involved. If the cost was more reasonable to adopt, DH and I might not even be going through fertility treatment.

frida5 · 14/06/2009 18:47

thnx...

stac14 · 14/06/2009 18:29

hi frida you may be having an implant bleed, a pregnancy test would be negative at the moment as its too soon to test, you would have to wait till your period is late before you test, hope that helps
