Hey everyone

Hope your all well, joy have you tested?

I have a question for everyone...DO any of you get EWCM after af? I got it on CD 7/8. My cycles are usually quite long nearer 37-40 days, so surley this cannot be ovulation?! Im a bit baffled by it as last month i had EWCM on CD18 but af didnt arrive until CD38, that would sugggest my later stage too long, no?

I'm just so confused by it all. I tried temping, but I just get different temps every day and dont see much of a difference really, but I do have to get up in the night sometimes with DD1?

seanybosmummy · 30/05/2009 09:25

Forgot to say on my last post that i have changed angelfairys cycle number as i saw her on another thread saying af got her.

Morning everyone,

Joy i have my fingers crossed for you-let us know how you get on with the test. Good luck!!!!!

Bubble im glad you had a lovely holiday Hopefully you get some answers from your doc on Thurs. I had my app yest and ive to go back on 13th june for 21 day blood test, so i have decided not to worry about anything until i get results from that. He told me that i am letting it take over my life too much and i need to relax about the whole thing and 13 months isnt a long time!! eh helloooo???

Ray that was a really awful thing for your friend to say. Bubble is right though if she is quite close you should let her know how it made you feel. sounds like she has a serious case of foot in mouth, and prob wanted to kick herself after the words escaped from her lips. I really sympathise with you

Antomg what is going on with your cycle? Your head must be pickled with it all. I agree with bubble, i would stop the AC for the moment and speak to your doc about it cause 12 days is so short a time.

whitty have you tested yet?

kaylo, plant and everyone else, how are you all?

Hi girls im back!!!

seany im so sorry af got you. did you get to the drs? have they referred you? 13 months is such a long time to be on this ttc rollercoaster. i really hope something happens for you soon.

ray im sorry hun! if she is a close friend then tell her how shit she makes u feel when she goes on like that. when i had my mc in feb i told this woman at play group and she said wouldnt it be funny if i fell pg before you???? i mean please what a bitch??
I hope your cycles get back to normal soon..

rtuff im missing you already. I hope the break gives you the peace you deserve and you come back with a bfp

whitty how was your holiday? tested yet?

ant how are you chick? its gone from 1 extream to the other! If i were you i would stop takin the AC for a while to see if your cycles even out and perhaps ask your dr for some advice.

joy welcome back!! and at such a critical time in your cycle im so excited! this could be a BFP!!!

Hi and welcome to kaylo and plant. Good luck

well i had a lovely time away. the weather was gorgeous and we had so much fun. BUT still no af. i have a drs appointment thurs so i am going to insist that something is done. i cant get pg if i dont bloody ovulate can i???

Antdamm · 29/05/2009 19:59

My fingers are firmly crossed for you Joy!!

Will check back in tomorrow

Joy27 · 29/05/2009 18:02

Hi girls, it's me again, visiting from sabbatical.

Rtuff, you're doing the right thing. A break has been just what I needed to give me some perspective (er, even though it only lasted a mont- maybe longer, let's see).

Ray, sorry you're feeling so shitty. I'm not surprised, you've had a hell of a time.

Ant sorry you are having such a frustrating time.

Everyone else, hope you are good today.

I'm posting because I'm feeling anxious over here and could do with some support. Ironically, the month when I decide to forget about ttc is the month when af doesn't arrive.... I'm now on CD38 (ucl 30-31) with no af. Had slight spotting when period was due... then nowt.

I'm going to test tomorrow and I should be excited- the signs are good- but I'm not. I have been here before just two months ago, when I had that 42 day humdinger. Back then I was convinced I was pg only to be disappointed. The prospect of not only failing to conceive, but having irregular periods, is not a good one. I know some of you ladies here are going through it.

The stress has forced me to suspend my sabbatical!

So anyway... keep your fingers crossed for me please! I will report back tomorrow.

Hey Ladies,

Rtuff - sorry to hear you're off for a while. Hope you get the relaxation you need and get a BFP to boot!! Good Luck.

Ray - Sorry to hear about your insensitive friend, sometimes people dont realise what they are saying at all.

Sounds like evryone else is having a right old time of this TTC stuff. Its driving me a bit mental.

I am now on CD4 as I had a 12 day cycle??!?!?! Don't have a clue as to what is going on there, it was a relief when my last AF turned up, even though it was a 19day cycle, but now its down to 12. I'm a bit worried. Anybody else had this? Should I stop the agnus castus, I havent even been taking it everyday which I know is a terrible waste of money, but I seem to be very forgetful when it comes to taking it.

Kaylo · 28/05/2009 16:35

'had' severe SPD

my grammer/spelling again!!!!

Kaylo · 28/05/2009 16:35

so for you ray

I really hope you get a BFP this month, I'm sorry you're so down.
Your friend really is ruthless and I'm ashamed to say I did a similar thing when I was pg with ds (2nd pregnancy) for one reason or another - I have severe SPD and was in agony most of the time...

But that doesn't even matter, maybe she's grateful she has someone to talk to about all her worries and plans. I still think perhaps she could have invited you into the conversation to talk about your concerns as well though.

I'm sorry if this doesn't sound helpful - I hope you feel better soon.

whittywantababy6 · 28/05/2009 12:38

Welcome back ray sorry about your ruthless friend, some people think the world is all about them and its not. Hope you feel better and get lucky with a bfp just because you think you wont

ok ladies I need your opinion.....this morning when I wiped I had a streak of pink right...which is normal I always have for some reason now before af...well this time I wiped a second time and their was a drop of blood kind of burgundy not really red...then I wiped a third time and everything was gone. my tem was 98.5 which is the highest this cycle so what do you think implantation

ray81 · 28/05/2009 10:06

Hi guys sorry havent been on for a while been very hectic with new job.

Need to have a moan just had a call from my friend who is 39 weeks and all she talked about is the birth etc i have had 2 mc since she has been rg and last one only 2 weeks ago while do people not think about how others feel.
The last time i talked to her she i told her i was going on holiday and she said "i'd give anything to swop places with you, you have this baby and i'll go away" i very nearly hung up the phone she is so insensitive. Anyway rant over.

I am the same as you guys and fel better knowing i'm not the only one that looks at the mat clothes and dreams of mat leave.

It has been just over 2 weeks since i had the ERPC and no signs of Ov as of yet, we have managed to do the deed a few times so if i have we may have caught it but doubt i have as of yet.anyway not holding my breath for a being pg this month things like that just dont happen to me.

Kaylo · 28/05/2009 08:50

see what I mean lol, missing words out left, right and centre.

I give up...

Kaylo · 28/05/2009 08:49

whitty lol, I don't think a spell check would make any difference for me anyway...just looked at my last post and I forgot to "I" on the first line.

So it's my grammar as well

Oh well...I guess it's still readable

Hope everyones ok!

whittywantababy6 · 27/05/2009 23:49

Hello Ladies,

I've decided i'm going to take a break from Mumsnet, i find myself thinking about TTC way too much which can't be helping things so am thinking as i'm holidaying this month also i'm going to (try) and have a wee break and see how things go... i will come back at the end of the month/cycle to see how many BFP's there WILL be and have a little catch up with you all... so....

take care all and good luck!!

PlantASeedWatchItGrow · 27/05/2009 09:51

2WW two week wait, to test after ov.

Kaylo · 27/05/2009 09:43

Hi everyone, you're right seany everyone is lovely on here

Can I ask what 2ww is please? I'm still trying to get my head around all the abbreviations

Feeling good today whitty thank you, hope everyone else is too. Caught myself gazing at maternity clothes before had to reign myself in...
Oh Well, I guess it will soon be time to start ttc. Trying not to be too impatient cos I know it's a good compromise from dh and it makes sense, this way when #3 arrives dd and ds will be in full time school so will make daytime catch-up naps easier

Anyhow - gonna go to work now I think - dammit - roll on maternity leave

whittywantababy6 · 26/05/2009 20:15

I'm on my 2ww but Im sure not testing lol
