the test is still in tact laurielou!! No-one really knows I'm TTC (other than DH and even then I don't want him too involved in the nitty-gritty in case it starts to freak him out) so I'll have to trust myself not to give in... Actually your impressive CD31 without testing has given me a bit more willpower.

Also I've convinced myself that it's too late in the day now. Tomorrow morning however is another matter entirely...

higglepig its a bad idea to test now because if you do my resolve will also melt & I'll have to do one too!!!!

Can you give the test to someone to hide for you? If I had one, I'd be testing right now, but if I manage not to have a test to hand I reckon I'll be OK.

OK, I'm on CD29 and UCL is around 33 but I have a first response kit sitting under my bed and reeeeeally want to test today just so I know.

Can someone remind me why that's a bad idea?!! Maybe they don't even work that early and it would be a waste of a test?

Today is CD31. I'm running to the loo every 5 minutes to check - so far so good!!

Am going to resist the urge to test until at least Sat. Although the last 3 months have been a regular 29, 30 & 30 day cycle I did have a few longer ones last year. So not getting overly excited yet..........

kay i know what you mean, its so much better when you dont bd just to conceive as it can get so monotonous (did i spell that right lol), its good to remember to have fun. there is def no harm in bding every nite , god loves a tryer lol

dont worry cc, ocd def kicks in when ttc lol i was at desperation point for a while there, but i have been alot more relaxed about things this month. I didnt have much luck with opk so ive really just been monitoring ov cramps and ewcm. Im still a bit confused about it all even after ttc for 11 months with no luck, but at the end of the day i think our bodies always find diff ways to confuse us and give us false hope, so im just trying to be a bit more led back about it all.

May I join you. We are ttc#4. MMC last month discovered at my 12 week scan so I'll call this cycle 1 to give myself a fresh start.AF arrived today so feeling more positive.

hi all,
welcome gemstones and kay4matt - kay you are same cycle date as me! Well I've had weird stomach pains so am hoping I am ovulating. I did my stick but I don't think I'm doing it right as even the test line wasn't very good - think I'd probably drunk too much! We're still on our every other day bd'ing - very unromantic - but really hoping. Have been knicker inspecting but not ewcm. I know people seem to think that ewcm is better than the sticks but is pain better or worse. I also know there is a timing thing as I did get a positive stick on Thursday so has it already happened?!? Am I a fruit loop or is everyone as obssessed as me

Afternoon all.
This seems like a nice thread so wondered if i could join in?

Wont beet around the bush me and my DP have been TTC DC1 for about 10month. Been haveing problems with ovulating . We have a GOF very very regularly, but still no luck. Also, i have been getting very of people around me that are already pg or people who already have a DC, but oh well. I am currently on CD10. So just waiting for ovulatiuon CM if it ever arrives.
