Hi everyone! Hubby and I are desperately broody and have been for a few years. We're hoping to TTC later this year, we're having to wait til Hubby finishes his degree as we just can't afford to have a baby whilst he's a student. Am wanting to come off the pill round about May, and hopefully TTC about Nov/Dec. Want to come off the pill a few months early as I've been on it for over 14 yrs, and would like to know what its like to have normal periods!

Be nice to know if anyone else is in a similar situation.

Hiya mumnosbest and claireinthecommunity!

I forgot to say that by the time we start TTC I'll be 33 and this will be our first too.

I'm also a little scared by it all too but so excited!

Hi Hobnob and mumnosbest, husband and I will be ttc from June onwards. I've been broody for a couple of years but waiting for finances/work to be in the best possible position.
I'm 33 and this will be our first child, all very exciting (if a little scary)

Hi! Not quite the same situation but I too am very broody. I already have 2 DCs, one of each which should be enough but would love another, just don't have the money. I wander if I'd ever stop feeling broody, even after a third?
