Evening all

Dawni for you! Really sorry you are feeling so down about things but you do have a lot to deal with at the moment - I guess all you can do is take one day at a time.

HC am sure everything is completely fine but totally understand why you are worried. Will really keep everything crossed that this beanie is a sticky one

MJIM I am sure the styes are because you are so tired and probably run down. Glad Naomi slept better last night - hopefully this will be her turning the corner

Detox gosh those early days of pg are so hard aren't they? Particularly with a toddler in tow aswell! I used to go to work for a rest but was so knackered by the time I got home and picked Josh up, I always fell asleep on the sofa whilst Josh was watching ITNG or whatever his viewing of choice was at the time! In fact, just watching Rubbadubbers now brings the general crapness back - it was on the Bedtime hour during my worst period

All well here

Im back again for a whinge !!! Cant get to see my own doctor as she is only doing morning appointments then off on friday !!! I will just have to see anybody i can....Ive been feeling sick the last 3 afternoons, and im just feeling very down in the dumps at the mo, dont want to show it too much at home as DH has enough to cope with, we see the orthopedic surgeon tomorrow, hope he has something good to say. I dont want to give up TTCing but feel its fruitless at the mo and things are going against us . Bought yet another fertility charm, i am such a sucker eh !!
I could run away and hide right now, i just wanna eat shit and cry, ive not felt this bad for this long in a while, i know i should be happy with a beautiful healthy son and understanding husband, but i need something more in my life, i feel so empty and useless and just plain shit.....
Sorry my lovely ladies, just had to get rid of that

HC How you feeling now hun ??

Willmouse Has it sunk in fully, you lucky gal'

Detox Hope your keeping well hun xx

And hows things at the MJIM household ??

Hello and love to everyone else

D xx

HC - try not to worry. The cramping could just be your stomach muscles stretching already, as well as the bean settling in I found the cramping a lot more noticable this time.

Dawni - sending you lots of good wishes for the results you want soon.

Willmouse - oh no another case of internet chickenpox Hope ds is not suffering too much.

Just woken from another snooze on the sofa Dd is being a little star - we cuddle up on the sofa with cbeebies on and I doze for an hour!! Took her swimming this morning so I think that took it out of me as well!

MrsPuddleduck · 11/02/2009 15:55

HC - hope everything's OK with you. Perhaps you ate better yesterday? Does the cramping go when you put your feet up an totally rest? If so do it! Thinking of you

Dawni · 11/02/2009 15:52

Oh HC Hope you are ok, try not to read too much into it, maybe your body is just giving you respite for a day xx

HumphreysCorner · 11/02/2009 15:47

Dawni-sending you virtual hugs and hope an appointment may help you on your way.

I am feeling doomful today as my symptoms seem to have disappeared overnight and I have terrible cramping. Have no bleeding so will sit it out and see what happens. Last time this happened it was another few weeks before the bleeding started so obviously don't want to wait that long.

Hope all OK.

Good afternoon ladies

I thank you all for your sound advice, i couldnt bring myself to take the clomid this morning so will make an appointment with my doc, i dont want to make things worse for us by being stubborn and stupid. Although AF arrived on CD25, i have only had spots and brown yuck since, now on CD5 and the big AF is yet to begin, my worry and reason for not taking the clomid is, i want to ask the doctor why do i get my period around 7-10 days after ovulation, my body doesnt even seem to try, i shed whats there before anything can happen , i feel i will never have the BFP we so desperatley want.

Hope everyone is well

I have already had it anyway so I think I am ok I have had double exposure now anyway so its a bit late!

MrsPuddleduck · 11/02/2009 10:51

I have a feeling I was told I was immune last time I was pregnant - do they do a blood test for it?. Would it be in my notes? What can happen?

OOOh! Congratulations Willmouse!!!

So excited for you and so pleased to hear some good news .

Ceebee74 · 11/02/2009 10:19

Yet again me and MJIM seem to be on the same wavelength - I was just going to post to Willmouse that you should check your immunity - when I was reading up on it when my boys had it, I kept coming across info about chicken pox and pregnancy - hope your DS2 is ok and not suffering

Hi all

Just a quickie today - DS2 has just come down with chicken pox!

Dawni - we will let you join another thread as long as you don't leave ours! Sorry you felt so low yesterday. I hope you got some support on the other thread - I think clomid has a good sucess rate (and for twins as HC said).

Hi to everyone else!

pureeandpearls · 11/02/2009 07:47

Yippee for Willmouse- send some luck my way won't you?!

Dawni- don;t worry about the Clomid. OPKs aren't very effective, but the point of Clomid is that it TOTALLY sorts out your cycles, so they become very predictable. I couldn't use OPKs because of PCOS and have a happy healthy baby as a result. IME EWCM becomes a very reliable method of predicting ovulation but be very nice to yourself; for the five days I was taking them each month I was ridiculously emotional to the point where I tried not to go out!

I can't help you make the decision, and my five=pence worth might be too late, but I would do it all again (and may have to.) in a heartbeat. Babypearls totally rocks my world. HTH.

Dawni · 10/02/2009 21:04

Have poured my life story onto another thread in hope of help, a nice MNer has replied so here's hoping to lots of support yet again, i will not leave here though as you ladies are fab, just need a little more support from the other side iykwim

Hope everyone is well

Hello all,

Willmouse, Congratulations!!, That's great news hun!!

CE, great news that your little one has turned - although the story does fill me with horror... You know about my sickness phobia so seriously, if my little girl ends up being breech, I'll be praying for her to stay there!!!

DH has started to feel our little girl kicking now which is lovely and since we have this week off work, we went to Ikea and bought all the nursery furniture. The rest of the week we're just going to chill out I think after all the decorating that poor DH has been doing.

I'm still really congested from my cold and unfortunately it's meaning that I can only sleep for an hour or so on and off through the night so I'm really knackered. Has anyone ever tried those "Breathe-right Strips" that you put on your nose to help you breathe. If I don't find something to help soon, I think I'm going to start going a bit doo-lally!!

I hope that everyone else is Ok today. I'm off now to make a cuppa before Holby's on.

xxxx

CONGRATULATIONS WILMOUSE

HumphreysCorner · 10/02/2009 18:29

Dawni-never feel you can't post. This thread is about sharing everything. I have no experience of Clomid but my friend took it for her first DS and she conceived fine. It is now called the twin pill now BTW so be prepared if you take it. I don't know about side affects or temping and using the Clearblue monitor but if you visit this thread I'm sure you will get some answers.

Wooooooooo!!!!!!! The BFP's are flying in this month! Well done willmouse! As soon as you said about the vile taste in your mouth I thought you might be! And you're right - October is a fab month to have a baby! Don't worry about going on holiday at 27 weeks - you won't have a massive bump and it will be nice to get a little break before the hard bit comes!

I'm really happy for you! WELL DONE
