Yes I'm outing myself here. Those of you who have been told you are infertile might be a bit more hopeful after reading this:

Oh and yes, that is cake fat and not baby fat in the pictures, they were taken a month or so ago and I started my christmas gorging early

What a lovely story. You and your DC look lovely too! Thank you so much for sharing it

LucieLucie (and actually anyone who reads this and who has unexplained subfertility) - have you read Zita West's Guide to getting pregnant? It really helped me understand practical things I could do to help. I can't say which one worked obviously but I did find this book really helpful.

Wow you look good in those pictures!

I took
"Yes I'm outing myself here."
along with the thread title
to mean you're pg again!

cazzybabs · 10/01/2009 12:25

How amazing is that...your children are lovely. I don't think I knew your story before I read that (I am sooo nosy).

ilovelovemydog · 10/01/2009 12:19

what a kind and generous soul you are, WMMC

whomovedmychocolate · 08/01/2009 23:26

beanie - that was my choice. DH's first wife never got a shot at being a mum But Poppy will be told about her and how she got her names when she's older. I called her Poppy because they are the flowers I associate with hope. In battlefields, though horrible things have happened, the next year Poppy's rise up and life starts again.

WMMC - wow - I remember you when our DDs were both small and never knew you had struggled to get her We struggled to, not to the same extent but I can imagine how you felt

It is a great article, the photos are fab - and not an ounce of cake fat showing imo.

Niecie · 08/01/2009 23:24

Ha! I read that in the paper today and knew you had to be a MNer! (Though obviously I didn't know who). I was right for once!

Lovely story, beautiful photos.

A true story of hope.

Actually you are probably right, I do actually own a few doilies Princessmel but I categorically do not knit my own yoghurt.
