Good Luck Angel Fairy...

RubyBuckleberry · 18/01/2009 00:37

I like www.birth.com.au too

MissieMoosMummy · 17/01/2009 23:50

That site looks like an interesting read AngelFairy - guess who's going to be pouring over the pg symptom page tonight?

With regards to the elastic band twangs you've been getting in your pelvis, I had those when I was last pg although I don't remember feeling them until after I got a BFP (about 2 weeks past missed AF since I wasn't ttc at the time).

I've started to feel rather nauseous this evening - isnt it a bit early to feel like this if pg? I'm surprisingly twinge-free, although somewhat windy, and no AF symptoms at all. I've gone and splashed out on a couple of Clearblues (told you I was weak) because I figure it will be better for my sanity to read a clear 'not pregnant' than to be squinting in hopeful denial at the cheapies at 6am.

Time to try and get some rest I think; got a fancy test to do tomorrow!
G'night & BFPs for all xx

Fingers and toes crossed all round then - it's gotta happen !
What's your CD Ralphie?

Good luck HomeInTheSun & Amanda!

amanda12 · 17/01/2009 20:46

Hi all we are on cd14 and i think im ov today got loads of ewcm and a few cramps so am waiting to pounce on dp when he gets in from work.
Is it me or is this month going so slowly!!! I concieved straight away with my 3dcs so am really hoping that this will be my month.

Good luck to everyone hope we start seeing some BFP's soon

HomeintheSun · 17/01/2009 20:26

This is my first month using ovulation tests, I got them off ebay, I had one dark line on CD12 but not as dark as the sample line and then only really faint lines, I started testing on cd11 and it now cd18 so I don't know if I have ovulated and if I have when it happened. I had some cramping on CD16, and my ewcm has now gone. Has anyone else had results like these. I have a 28 - 34 day cycle. Any ideas would be great.

Ralphie0956 · 17/01/2009 20:08

I know the feeling trust me! and patience certainly isn't my strongest point either.
I hope everything works out for you, i'll keep fingers and toes crossed for you x

AngelFairy · 17/01/2009 18:41

Thanks Ralphie x
I'm just so impatient, I've never had such a long, drawn out couple of weeks!! Ha..

Ralphie0956 · 17/01/2009 18:32

Angel, I'm not sure if it helps but I did 2 pregnancys tests 4 and 3 days before I was due AF. Both were first thing in the morning and both were neg, however I missed my AF and was actually pregnant!
Unfortunatley I lost it but it just goes to show that these pregnancy tests are actually only 99% accurate.
Personnaly I would either wait a couple more days and see whether you start your AF, or do another test in the morning this time.

AngelFairy · 17/01/2009 17:37

Ralphie... I did a test on CD21 & CD23 both neg, but not morning.

Ralphie0956 · 17/01/2009 17:22

Angelfairy have you done a pregnancy test?

AngelFairy · 17/01/2009 17:15

Hi everyone !

Bubble... I have no idea if baths have an effect on swimmers?? Sorry.

Implantation Bleeding:
Can anyone advise me on this?
This morning I woke (CD25) to find a light brown CM, but I'm not due my AF until CD28. Throughout the day I have been having elastic band like twangs in my right pelvic area... Are these normal symptoms?

This is all new to me and not usual AF symptoms, but she could be playing games?!

fatandiknowit · 17/01/2009 16:25

bubblebell oddly enough I was wondering about that this morning...

Glad someone ahs asked the question as I am wanting to know the answer too

bubblebell1 · 17/01/2009 15:38

do you think that ff could of got it wrong?? or could i just be having a short cycle this time?? opk was neg today aswell.. been pos since cd11.

devil thats another thing im doing wrong then. i always arrive before dh does that matter???

Right now im going to sound like a right twat but does having a hot bath kill of the lil swimmers?

OP posts:
DevilsAdvocaat · 17/01/2009 15:12

bubbles, don't worry about not bding on the ov day. i think i ov on day14 (me and dh bded 13 and 15). i think you'll be covered.

tmi alert:

can i also give you the tip of making sure you come after he does. apparently that helps the little buggers get there

when are people testing then?

RubyBuckleberry · 17/01/2009 10:10

that is supposed to read - and then poof!)

RubyBuckleberry · 17/01/2009 10:09

Hi everyone. Good Luck to everyone! What a long wait - I can't bear it! I last posted ages ago and have been keeping a low profile - trying not to think about it and get on with normal life after last months fiasco (tested positive early and then AF arrived bang on time boo - 48 hours of excitement and the poof! I did feel quite hideous with it though - sick as a dog, sleepy, ravenous and it kept going through my mind that my body was doing too much - I couldn't keep up) so am definitely waiting until have completely missed AF. She's quite regular at 30/31 days.

I don't count or chart but have BDed all month up until a few days ago so we're hitting and hoping so to speak.

As for trying to pre-empt the result: I felt dizzy the other day for 2 seconds. I felt sick in the middle of the night last night. My boobs feel fine - if a little bigger ;-) but that could easily be AF. I have had the odd funny taste in my mouth but I think that is me reading things into things. I do have quite a lot of creamy cm which is a little bizarre. I am eating loads but think it is a little bit of comfort eating, and I am loving coffee, which I went off last month and my mum went off coffee every time she was preggers too. So due to my taste for a nice cuppa, I might be out of this month - watch this space I suppose.

I am drinking whenever I like too as millions of women have drunk before pregnancy and if I didn't do what I want to do during this TTC business, it would turn me into a nutbar. Also, after last months alleged chemical pregnancy, i want a nice healthy strong bean that can survive the odd glass of wine or three.

Sorry for the essay . Good cyber vibes to everyone. Statistically, some people from our list HAVE to get pregnant this month so fingers crossed for everyone!
