Great news Flibberty .

Sorry to hear that it's not your month Sunny .

I reckon that I'm also out this month, all symptoms have stopped and I don't feel preggers at all (been here enough times now to know what it feels like). Probably just fighting something off which was making me feel odd .

On the plus side, here's to a boozy Xmas !

smileycat · 20/12/2008 15:27

Flibberty well done you, fantastic news a lovely early Chrissie pressie

flibbertywidget · 20/12/2008 10:04

BFP for me --- I posted ages ago, but have been feeling shite after my IVF and had a mad dash to hospital with kidney stones...... I tested early on Weds. got a faint (very faint) line with a clear blue. Tested with a digital on Thurs afternoon, got a pregnant, did another one yesterday morning, got a pregnant and did another clearblue this am and got a stronger blue line. my OTD is tomorrow. so hoping and praying this little beanie (or beanies) stick around...... Best christmas present ever xxxxxxx

O yes, and I agree with Olivio - Digital is much, much better than trying to think if you are going mad searching for a sodding blue line

smileycat · 20/12/2008 08:30

Sunnydale so sorry this wasn't your month, don't get to down, enjoy Christmas & New Year

olivo · 20/12/2008 07:34

oh, sunny, sorry to hear this. i wish you lots of luck for the next time. take care.

Sunnydale · 19/12/2008 22:50

Congrats to Olivo and Villagemum - wonderful Christmassy news! Just goes to show that a BFN can turn into a BFP eventually!

Not for me, sadly - AF came yesterday so bye-bye lovely Christmas ladies, it was a v friendly thread and I'm wishing you all lots of luck for more Christmas beanies. Will check in now and again to see how you are all doing xx

VeryKeenForABean · 19/12/2008 22:14

Congratulations VM and Olivo - what amazing news!!

Am down to the 1ww and really struggling to resist the early testing. Symptom spotting much more this cycle too, have woken up the last few nights needing the loo. Fingers crossed that this thread's good luck spreads!

Baby dust to you all, xxx

olivo · 19/12/2008 19:40

first bfn was first response ( wed a.m), also did clearblue normal ( thurs, early hours) which in hindsight, may have had a faint line, then i did boots digital (thurs p.m) which was bfp. then also did another clearblue which was also bfp. AF wasn't due till today/tomorrow. ( i sound really onssessive, don't I?! )
i'd go for digital anyday if possible - no screwing up your eyes for a possible line!
go on, girlwithacurl, test tomorrow!

2manychips · 19/12/2008 18:40

Wishing sticky bean to villagemum great news. more dizzy spells for me,gonna test tomor a.m as I'm off to a wedding and want to watch the drink. Good luck anyone testing this weekend!

girlwithacurl · 19/12/2008 16:24

olivo the first test you did that was bfn, was it an early one ie. first response type, tell you before you are late, and were you late? then the BFP you did today, two days later right, when you were due to test?

as I got a BFN yesterday I don't know wether to test tomorrow? my usual cylcle is 32, so was due yesterday, but they have been longer since the MC so not sure uf I am late or not yet!

ISpyAMincePie · 19/12/2008 15:48

olivo, CONGRATULATIONS! That's fantastic, fantastic news! .....

.... and I'm joining you. 15DPO today and I've peed on that stick. BFP! My last pg ended in a mmc in September so this time I'm hoping and hoping and HOPING that this little bean will stick and grow and do everything that it should. Think I will go and book an early scan for 7 weeks. We're not telling anyone in RL yet!

olivo wonderful news! congratulations.

StealthPolarBear · 18/12/2008 20:04

I'd probably be better off at this stage dragging DH off to bed - don't have a clue when I ovulate but period was 30th November

twoturtledovesplease · 18/12/2008 20:03

evening,

(congrats again olivo - have also posted on other thread)
i'll join the testing on the 24th gang!! - that will be cd24 or 25 but i'll be amazed if af stays away that long as i've been averaging 23 days. aiming for the 24th might stopping me wasting tests (who am i kidding!!!

olivo · 18/12/2008 19:57

off you go, stealth.....you know you want to

StealthPolarBear · 18/12/2008 19:52

not convinced I can wait until 24th
And if it's -ve I'd like a bit of time before Christmas to get used to that
hmm
