trying for a September baby, anyone want to join?

Hi All, have been on a couple of ttc hreads but due to sad arrival of af yesterday and x2 negative pg testa thought I'd start a September one.

We are ttc#2 we already have dd(2) and had a mc in September this will be cycle 3 since mc.

Mc hit me hard, more so than other adverse life events for some reason also head full of other stuff such as trying to complete a Post grad Diploma in Cognitive Therapy!!

Anyway want to try to be optimistic and hopeful and not (too!) obsessive this month!

Anyone else fancy joining?? xx

Hello jumping I really admire you doing a PhD with 2 dcs already, wow! Don't think i will ever do one my concentration is SHOCKING!

Managed 1000 words today of case report that's in on Thur eek! Why oh why do I always leave things til last minute??! Having a xmas break then before starting horrible academic essay on cognitive change methods. oh the joys!!! Sometime wish i could do CBT on myself though becoming obsessed with being lucky now even though I try to be rational and not believe in luck.

Nice to be on this thread with everyone positive vibes, excited for when the BFPs start rolling in!

Never mind peace the others might come and join us on here.i know how you feel, this was my first month off the pill so i dont know if im working properly etc. so sorry to hear about your loss

PS. Bubblebell- really hope there is a good reason your AF is late and you don't have to join us for the rest of this thread- hope those horrid BFNs become BFPs, fingers crossed!

Hello can I join too?

We are TTC#3- have DS (3.7yrs) and DD (17 months). This is the fifth month of TTC, but not trying as hard as could be as stupidly assumed I'd fall preggers straight away (as this happened with my past 2, very lucky). I have a short(ish) cycle so if I did fall pregnant might be end of August but more likely Sept!

Peacelily- sympathy with your head being full of other stuff- I am trying to finish my PhD and this is my excuse now for not having fallen pregnant straightaway (working eves, so less opportunity/energy for BDing, and stressed!!).

Peacelily, 2manychips & wook- so sorry to hear about your MCs and chemical pregnancies

Hi, can I join? Just left the Aug thread Ttc#2 dd(19mo)for about 7 months. Had chem preg in May. I'm 37 and a bit concerned why its not happening as fast as the first time! I'm cd 10, so hoping to do some serious bding this week! Good luck ladies.

Hello bubble, didn't realise there was another thread didn't do mysearching properly!

How horrible for you hope af arrives soon to put you out of your misery. I'm still not sure how long my afs supposed to be. Before mc didn't count the days as wasn't relly actively "trying" just stopped contraception. Af arrived on day 29 but don't know if this is usual for me as sure cycle used to be longer (prior to dd was all over the place).

Getting anxious, dizzy head spinny feelings already about the epriod between xmas and new year as that will be when next af is due. How stupid am I??!

tell self to relax.....

I'll join, have just had a chemical pregnancy, and a mmc in August. DETERMINED to try again now, as soon as AF stops I'll be baby dancing non stop!
