OK girls, will go and get the list, but have lots of comfy sofa's and chairs, chocolate cake and virtual champagne.

Good luck and positive vibes to us all!

Hello

The house is now empty and i have rescued the laptop from behind the sofa. Hope everyone has had a bit of a rest...and feels relaxed...

I have drunk too much, as knew I was not PG and just wanted to check my CD as have lost track. Will have a break this month and start again in January....

Good luck to everyone for this month!

theboob · 26/12/2008 19:46

Happy Boxing Day Girls
Hope you all had a wonderful day yesterday, sorry to those that had an extra unwanted visitor

Good luck to those of you testing in the next few days, no pressure but we could do with a BFP lucky start to the New Year!

Come on girls

SparklyPseudonym · 26/12/2008 09:43

AF arrived during the night (as expected). We're not actively TTC until Feb after everything that has happened. We decided we needed a few months off but it would be lovely to have a BFP before then....
Hope you all had a fab Christmas. Happy Boxing Day all.

Beanie How come only second ever dinner? Are you still getting highs? Fingers crossed for you.
Theboob Good luck!! How long has it taken you to get pg with the other pregnancies?

ShayeraHolly · 24/12/2008 19:11

Good girl for stopping beanie! I had similar thoughts this morning, but then realised that it's CD19 and would be daft! Luckily I have none in the house, and first chance I'll have to buy any will be Monday. Phew!

MollieandtheIvy · 24/12/2008 17:58

Happy Christmas Girls

Just a quickie to say thanks to you all for the support and friendship you have all given me this year. Let's keep our fingers crossed that 2009 will be our year!

Beanie Step away from the tests you naughty girl!

beanieb · 24/12/2008 13:52

Ha ha! I just peed into a jug with the intention of testing (God knows why!) but managed to stop myself

silly!

Another high

I am not going to get a peak, I think that's a certainty, but when will I get a low! I think my period is due around the 29th.

ShayeraHolly · 23/12/2008 15:43

Happens, Mollie. Here is where we rant! Feel free to rant more if you need to.

MollieandtheIvy · 23/12/2008 15:06

Beanie I usually reply "Well it's not for the want of trying!!!" That normally shuts them up!

Sorry for the rant yesterday, I was incredibly narky (not much better today) but a little less angry feeling
Thanks for your comments girls.

tinselroundtherock · 23/12/2008 14:29

Beanie...saying it is the sure fire way to stop people asking that question.

I was asked if I was pregnant last week. I am constantly told that we need to fill the rooms in our house....

Take Care

ShayeraHolly · 23/12/2008 12:54

Hey folks.

Sorry I've been offline while some of you have been having a shitty time - hugs to all.

beanie - say it! Or words to that effect. I've done it a couple of times in the last month and actually it's quit good, gives you someone new to talk to about stuff. Not recommended for wider consumption I guess, but I ended up telling my hairdresser and a friend from work after the dreaded question came up. It's nice not to have to pretend, and when I was really down having someone to chat to who isn't family was really useful.

beanieb · 23/12/2008 10:52

Oh and ... I am not sure if something has happened to me to make people look at me and ask but in the last 24 hours I have had three people ask me 'so are you going to have children then?'

No one has ever really asked me this. Most people who know me well, know I am having issues. I amm a bit about it because it seems everyone is now looking at me and thinking 'she should get on and have kids' and I have to say 'well, I don't know - maybe'

would it be awfully rude of me to say to people 'well hopefully, I have been trying for a year with no success' just to shut them up!

beanieb · 23/12/2008 10:29

Still a High! my instruction booklet suggests this means I have not ovulated. Hrrmmph.

Feel like I was a bit mean about my family. I know they have problems talking to me about it because I can be so emotional. My sister helpfully mailed me some stuff about adoption telling me to tell her to back off if she was doing the wrong thing. I told her to back off. but we're ok now.

Welcome theboob

Sorry you are pissed off mollie rant away, I went to see my friends and her three kids last night and I didn't think of my 'situation' once which is a move forward [famile]

ClaireDeLoon · 22/12/2008 22:21

Welcome the boob and good luck for a 2009 baby.

Mollie I'm sorry you're feeling so pissed off, I wish I could change things for all of us I really so

Beanie sorry you didn't get the response you wanted, silence must have been hard to bear. But you were very brave to raise the subject. My family know about the mc but no-one seems to care or ask how things are now. I remember saying to my mum we were going away because it was our due date and we didn't want to be at home and she changed the subject. It all gets very hurtful when you want to share things with those that should just care unconditionally then you realise you can't.

theboob · 22/12/2008 22:06

thanks molly
it sounds like your going through i rough time, but think positive and all the best for 2009 also for you x

MollieandtheIvy · 22/12/2008 21:21

Beanie So sorry you didn't get the support you needed from your family Like Blackrock said maybe they were worried about upsetting you, but still a few words would have helped really
theboob Hello and welcome, good luck for 2009

Well I'm really p@ssed off at the moment I'm fed up of people going on and on about Christmas being for kids and how they can't wait to see their LO's faces opening their pressies, it's quite obvious that when we grow up Christmas is for kids without people going on and on about it! (I know I will be like it if and when I have a LO )
I think as it was Christmas Day last year I started having spotting and realised things weren't right doesn't really help as it's all I can think about, and here I am three pg's later and no baby or bump! Really had enough at the moment, and with no end in sight and not able to TTC until Feb (at least) I am struggling to be positive about anything! Somebody please slap me!
Thanks for listening girls, sorry to be so miserable but I needed to vent!
