Just a very quick post as there is sme snuffly crying starting up.... but, ei is that a + I see on your chart?!!

Caitni · 17/04/2009 13:20

Hi ladies,

happy friday to everyone!!

MrsH that is so sweet about your daughter - I'm so glad that she's showing such positive interest. I have two nieces in London and the older one is just so sweet with the younger one. I just love it (it helps that I'm quite close to all my siblings, my sisters in particular!). And try not to stress about the work situation - you can start humming que sera, sera as your new mantra . And if you fancy a little camper vanning then I can highly recommend Vanilla Splits (we chose Florence)

MOB I hope you're doing OK - I'd echo what everyone else has said about the unreliability of the scans at this stage. I'll be keeping my fingers fervently crossed for maximum cooking time for your little boys

GG that outfit sounds hilarious (though potentially a fire hazard ). I had to laugh at your Tom & Barbara comment - my best friend's two cats are called that after the show . My DH is keeping his distance a little bit (prob cos he knows the gardening is a ttc/IVF distraction!) but enjoys sitting in the garden drinking beer and chatting to me as I weed/sow/mutter to the plants to help them grow (he's also a little obsessed with all the "worm action" around the compost...if you ever meet him no doubt he'll quickly tell you that there's lots of "worm action"...can you tell I think it sounds wrong??). Still, since we're only renting I've decided to use this garden as "school" for when we have a garden of our own and I can really get to work . And you're right about the price of some of the Belfast sinks - seems that if the description includes the magic word "vintage" then the bids go crazy!

Bucky yay for the referral! And for filling your boots with Clomid . Lucky you getting Hammersmith too, like GG. The wait till fly, especially as you can fit in a girlie holiday in the meantime. Wish I could do you a porno bunny but will have to do instead!

Ei god, when you will you TEST woman!!! Me nerves are shot, I need some positive news!!! I echo with MrsH, don't you need to let your consultant know as soon as you're preggers? I'm so happy for you though, and will be keeping my fingers crossed for a happy and healthy 9 months for you

PnM sounds like you're pretty organised with your veg patch...so far I've planted spinach, courgettes, lettuce and some random herbs (like borage, to help the strawberries that are already there, and camomile). I've also got some carrots ready to show, and then need to sort out rocket, spring onions and whatever herbs I stick in the planter (am also tempted by tomatoes, potatoes, raspberries and blackberries, space allowing). I'm trying to do companion planting, so have things like nasturiums ready to plant out as well. Though I'd love if the grass looked like a meadow! I'm thinking of trying to work more clover into it (I have a personal vendetta against expanses of plain grass - terrible for insects!)...now if only there were more time in the week for all of this

JB wow, what a lovely honeymoon for your parents! So romantic...

RFN2&3 waves to you and your twins

So I was a bit mugged by my emotions last night - suddenly turned on DH as he innocently finished a beer, ranting/crying that if IVF didn't work it would be because of his beer () and also wondering whether we should just go to Norway for treatment instead...Felt much better by this morning though, so reckon it's just the stress of waiting for the AMH results.

Am so glad it's the weekend. A Greek Cypriot friend is having a big lunch tomorrow to celebrate Orthodox Easter, so reckon it'll be sore heads chez moi on Sunday!

MrsHappy · 17/04/2009 09:15

Hi all

Bucky that is good news about the IVF referral. So it'll take a while to work your way up the list, but at least you have got the ball rolling. And if you need to know anything about the Hammersmith you can ask GG about her experiences there.

MOB I'm sorry to hear you are having such a worrying time with your twins. Obviously the longer they stay in the better, but at least you are getting further along every day. I am told that scans are not as accurate re weights and sizes as people like to pretend, so hopefully you will get better news next time.

Picknmix as someone else said, charts often can be a bit bouncy in the first week after your period. Other than those two very low days your temps look pretty normal to me. I shall keep stalking your chart though, cos you know I am nosy!

Caitni I'm glad you had fun in the camper van. If it isn't yours do you hire it from somewhere? Can you tell I want famous five style camper van adventures? I'll be posting the stuff today, by the way. I completely forgot yesterday. You're very creative using a sink for a planter. Alan Titchmarsh will be looking over his shoulder!

GG that nun's costume sounds delightful. Just stay away from naked flames!

JB glad all is well and that the teeth have stopped coming. I have gardening aspirations too and have to buy lots of plants because only 10% will survive the Mrs H treatment!

RFN2 you are so lucky having one of each. I wish I could have done that the first time around - it's a sort of organised woman's way of having children. Like Margaret Thatcher.

Ei I agree with PNM, test please! Aside from anything else, don't you need to start drugs if you are pg? Plus I am v nosy (but you already knew that ).

News from here? Well the nausea seems to be letting up a bit but whenever I think that it clobbers me again. I'm getting a bit stressy about the lack of work - and I am not going to fit into my interview suit before long (since I have bloated out really quickly this time), but hey, it'll come good in the end. And either way, I get to spend my time knitting baby blankets! We've finally told DD about the baby. I expected her to just sort of forget about it, but she is really interested. She's been telling me that the baby will have to sleep in my room, asking if I will breastfeed the baby and telling me she is going to share her baby toys with "our baby". It's incredibly nice.

Just a quick one from me.....

Ei I think I speak for all the WIMBEWAI[N]Fers when I say TEST WOMAN TEST

Of course, no pressure or anything.....

xx

SmilingEi · 16/04/2009 22:04

hi ladies
hope all is well
bucky good news about the referral and clomid so hopefully you wont need the referral after all
MOB when do you have to go back to find out what is what with the boys?? i hope all is well and 26 weeks!! thats flew over!!
PnM i couldnt see your chart for some reason!! boooo!! i love a good nosey at a chart i do
here is my chart if ya fancy a look
so no news from me yet except no AF, loads of CM, pains low down, and a general feeling from me im now 14DPO and my usual LP is 11 days so...late what dya'll think??
xx ei xx

BuckyIsLucky · 16/04/2009 21:24

Hey JB very impressed with your blackberry bushes! You girls never cease to amaze me . Glad Jollycub hasn't had further toothage before time!!

PnM I'm rubbish at reading charts, but it looks very pretty .

MOB 26 weeks ???? OMG when did THAT happen??? . It was only the other day you were having IVF . I think JB did a fabulous job of being objective and sensible so I concur with all she said...Let us know how the next scan goes and lets hope than twin 2 was just hiding behind twin 1. Just playing a little bit of hide and seek perhaps .

Well, I went to the hospital and waited forever as they were running 2 hours late! Never played so much solitaire on my iPhone! . Anyway, you all know how it goes now...we were referred for IVF. So DP and I have to go back for blood tests for HIV, hep C etc and I have to have a scan to check ovaries etc. Then depending on my scan date, I get an appointment see the nurse who sends off the forms to Hammersmith Hospital. Then off we go to waiting list for 6-9 months. Apparently the wait is about 6 months including one cycle...whatever that means! I have also been sent home with a prescription for loads of clomid that I have to continue to take in the meantime. So, credit where credit is due, they were very proactive, but the wait , AGES!!!!

Ah well, I am already planning my next girls holiday so I will get to fit that in in the meantime .

Hope you are all having a good evening. Just wanted to fill you in on what happened.

JollyBear · 16/04/2009 21:04

Hello peeps,

GG Sounds like quite the outfit! I do like a fancy dress party, it does liven things up. Hope you have a great time.

bucky Hope the appointment went well today.

MOB What a worry. Scans can be wrong so things might actually be fine. I suspect it is really hard to get an accurate measurement with two of them in there. Hope you get good news on your next scan and your boys get longer cooking time.

PnM I agree with MOB that give it a few more days and your chart should hopefully settle and make more sense. It is a bugger that going private would mean you'd have to do all the tests again. Your PCT are crap.

Your garden must be huge to need a pony as a lawnmower! Our garden is tiny but we have two blackcurrent bushes and a rhubarb plant - they are much easier to grow than vegetables! I plant beans and other veg every year and spend vast amounts of time trying to keep slugs off them.

ei Love the Easter name! GO and test NOW or at least post your chart so we can have a nosy .

caitni Your holiday sounds lovely. My parents went round Europe in a camper van for their honeymoon. I've always fancied one myself!

MrsH Hope the nausea eases up soon.

RFN2 One of each, how lovely!

No more jollycub teeth to report, thank goodness!

Madoldbird · 16/04/2009 16:32

Hi ladies

Bucky Hope the appt goes really well for you - have been thinking of you.

EI Looking good for you... let us know if you test

Caitni Your trip sounds like it was fantastic! Sorry to hear your blood test result was a bit mixed - I'm sure this one you had today will show you have lots of lovely eggs left.

RFN2 Glad your scan went well - and congrats on one of each! How's the bump?! Mine's enormous now, but i still can't quite believe there's 2 babies in it

GG With all that nylon - don't stand too near a naked flame at the party!!! We MUST have pics of you in this outfit!!

PnM Had a peek at your chart. Don't worry too much about the fluctuations at the beginning of your cycle. I used to find that mine were all over the place in the first week or so(so much so that on several occasions i went out and bought HPTs ). Hopefully it will settle down. I'll keep an eye on your chart in a non-stalkerish kind of way!

Several of you asked how many weeks i am - i'm 26 weeks tomorrow. So i'm at the stage where they would stand a chance if they had to come out now, but the longer they stay in there the better the survival rates.

PicknMix · 16/04/2009 13:04

Afternoon all!

Am liking the name Ei, have all limbs crossed for you - when are you going to test!??

Good luck at the hospital today Bucky, really hope its a positive experience for you, will be thinking of you so make sure you pop back and let us know how it went

MrsH I'm really pleased to hear that the scan was all good and you're able to put your feet up a bit now. Going to have to get cracking on a cyber name for him/her soon - 'Happylet' doesn't really work

Its lovely to hear from you MOB but I'm really sorry to hear about the scare you've had. Step away from google and try and get some rest. Really hope the twins can stay put a bit longer, will be thinking of you next wednesday.

GG the outfit sounds v fun - not so keen on the nylon aspect but am sure you'll do Julie Andrews proud .

Am deffo up for the camper van WIMBERWAI[N]F meet - my friends have converted their transit van (we're so classy!) to accomodate surf boards plus beds for riders, it even has a little fridge so kinda counts as a camper, can I come in that!?!?

Sorry I can't help with your blood test results Caitni - I did read your thread and was pleased to see someone could alay some of your concerns though. Congrats on the sink buying!!! When you finish your garden do you fancy doing ours?! Its like a meadow at the moment - my friend offered to bring her Shetland pony round to trim it down . 'We' (and by we I mean DH ) managed to dig over the veggie patch so its ready for planting (bit late this year) so just have to decide what to grow. Am gonna go for salad'y' and fruit things as we get a veg box delivered from a local farmer.

I'm supposed to be working from home but its just not happening today!

Temps still all over the place here for anybody who wants a nose

or maybe here?

GorgonsGin · 16/04/2009 11:40

p.s. - our next Wimbewai(n)f meet up should be a campervan convention or brownies 'n' guides style camping session

GorgonsGin · 16/04/2009 11:38

Bucky - I remembered that your hospital appointment was today, so wanted to check in and wish you the best of luck with it. If your health authority gets a move on with a referral we could be IVF cycle buddies Please come back and let us know how you get on and what the doctor says.

Caitni - I LOVE the idea of a Belfast sink planter for growing salad leaves and £5 is SUCH a bargain. I thought you'd be fighting off DIY enthusiasts who wanted authentic sinks for their country kitchens to drive the price up. Well done! I am so jealous of you having a garden (GG an her DH = urban squalour flat dwellers) and can just imagine you and your DH being like Tom and Barbara from the Good Life

Readyfor2and3 - I share caitni's envy of you having twins and one of each too. You and MOB are so lucky. Maybe IVF will bless me with two little ones, although even one would be perfect. Congratulations on a good 20 week scan and hope the baby readying preparations are going well!

Ei - love the new Easter name . If your AF is late, you've got to TEST woman! We need some more good BFP news round here!

hello MrsH and everyone else. MOB - thinking of you, if you are about.

I got my Naughty Nun costume in the post this morning . Had to sneak it out my pigeon hole and dive into my office in case anyone say it . It's a bit cheap and nasty (thin static inducing nylon - nice!), but, hell, it will do the job for a party! I'm not splashing out £50 for the full Vatican approved, as seen on Julie Andrews, suitable for your very own "Climb Every Mountain" moment stylee, habit and wimple you could hire

speak later and have a lovely day whatever you are up to.

Caitni · 16/04/2009 10:35

sorry Bucky - I meant DP there (must stop faffing about on t'internet and actually get down to work!)

Caitni · 16/04/2009 10:34

Hi Bucky - your DH is a wise man with his camper van obsession - I'm totally converted (though reckon we'll stick to camping for the time being) - the folks in the van next to us not only had their dogs but also brought their bird feeder, so we all got to enjoy the robins/sparrows/blue tits/coal tits that came to feed. I loved it!

Good luck this avo - I'll check in later to see how it goes xx

BuckyIsLucky · 16/04/2009 10:29

Hey Ladies

I, like MrsH wrote a novel of a post last week and then it disappeared!! Think there is something wrong with MN and it is broken!

The only thing that I wrote that I remember now was peeing my pants laughing at Caitnis psycho bunny comment . And then apologising every time I utilised the psycho bunny throughout my post.

MOB Please let us know how things go (higs) and yes, as per GGs question, how many weeks are you?

Glad you all seem to be ticking along nicely....having fun in the sun and eating chocs. My DP has started obsessing about campervans Caitni (he wants hols that we can take the pups on!), maybe we could have joint venture and go halves LOL .

Nothing really to report here. My hospital appointment is this afternoon when we get to hear if they will refer us for IVF....will let you know how it goes.

Still super busy at work so gotta run.

Much love. xx Bucky

Caitni · 16/04/2009 10:10

Ei OMG!! Looking so good for you (love the new name too ). When are you going to test?? Sending you lots of positive vibes

RFN2&3 yay for your good news! One of each - how utterly lovely (can you tell I'd not so secretly love twins? ).

Waves to everyone else

So I had my AMH blood test this morning - I won't get the results until at least next Thurs so just have to keep my fingers crossed that it comes back showing a good ovarian reserve.

But in good news I just won my first ever ebay auction! A Belfast sink I want to use as a garden planter (planning to use it to grow more salad leaves) for only a fiver! I pick it up on Sat morning. It makes me feel so chuffed! (am currently all about getting the garden sorted out).

HappyEIster · 15/04/2009 18:38

hi ladies
just a quick one while im on my dads laptop
MOB sorry to hear of the worries over the twins xx hope all turns out fine and you have some weeks stretched out ahead of you to cook the babies a bit longer
RFN2+3 nice to see you glad all is well with your 2
hello to everyone else
well AF was due tuesday morning (when it usually arrives) and up to now there is no sign so who knows but im not feeling up to testing as im not wanting to be as disappointed as last month with BFN and then AF not long after so there we are!! late and not tested what am i to do??!!
hope all is well
xx ei xx

readyfornumber2and3 · 15/04/2009 17:07

Hi all hope you are all keeping well and that things are good for you all x

MOB Hope the next scan shows better growth and that they can stay put a bit longer x

MrsHappy Glad the bean is still doing well and glad that you can put your feet up now the outlaws are gone

Caitni Glad you enjoyed your holiday and hope the tests go well x

GG Glad things are resolved with your DH and heres hoping for some great summer news from you

Hi to everyone else not mentioned x

Just thought I would pop in and let you know that I had my 20 week scan today (am 20+6)
and everything is good with both babies and we are having 1 of each its finally sinking in that there are 2 in there now lol

Caitni · 15/04/2009 14:55

Afternoon all

MOB I'm sorry to hear of the stress you're under after your scan news. It must be so worrying (though I had to at your typical males comment!). I'm going to be cheering your twins on so that they can both stay put in there for as long as possible . How many weeks are you now btw?

GG the fancy dress party sounds v funny (cool costumes!). And glad to hear that you and your DH have sorted things out . Though sorry to hear that work is so stressful (was at the working on Good Friday!).

PnM so glad to hear that the wedding went well (and that having your dad stay wasn't too bad!). And glad to hear you're temping too, though it's a right pain in the arse when your temps just won't behave (I've temped the last two months and am officially sick of it again already ). I hope it helps you get to the bottom of your mysterious cycles...

MrsH yay for a good scan!! I'm so happy to hear that little beanie is growing well. Though sorry to hear you're still feeling a bit rotten - fingers crossed it settles down soon

Ei any news from you? I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the witch stays away

JB wow, jollycub has two teeth! Sounds like she's thriving (and that she's keeping her mummy on her toes!).

Bucky hello m'dear, hope that you had a good break from work over Easter.

We had an utterly brilliant time in Snowdonia, had glorious weather the whole weekend and it was so much fun to be in the camper van (I, of course, want a camper van of our own now! Though they're £10k a pop so I reckon we'll just have to wait until we get through IVF successfully and someday buy a flat before I can seriously convince my DH that we need one...). Though our enjoyment was a teensy bit interupted by the arrival of my AF two freakin' days early [annoyed] (PnM this was after temping too, but I guess FF hadn't picked up my ov date properly [sigh]).

Still, I could still do my day 3 bloods today (on day 5). But now I'm stressed out as apparently my oestradiol is elevated (301 when they look for under 200) and this could be making my FSH appear lower than it really is. I'm going back for an AMH test tomorrow (my antral follicle count was good so the nurse said it's likely that my AMH will be fine). This probably all reads like gobbledygook so I'm going to post a thread about it and hope to get some MN wisdom on it...

GorgonsGin · 15/04/2009 10:38

MOB - it is great to hear from you again. I've been thinking about you and your two little ones. Big ((((((higs)))))))) to you for the tough week you must have had and I am so sorry to hear your worrying news about twin 2. How many weeks are you now? Fingers crossed for the scan next week and that your little-er one is growing strongly again. Please let us know how you get on. I am sure they will both be big strong boys. Is your doctor good and reassuring?

I think we've all said on here that Google is the work of the devil and leads to all sorts of worries. Please don't goggle again! If we can help, please post here. I'm thinking of you lots.

MrsH - poor you feeling so sick. Glad to hear you survived the in-laws staying and you can relax again. Really pleased to hear that the scan went well and let us know how the Downs test result is fine - is it neucal fold test you are having (I am quite ignorant of such pregnancy things )

Big hello to caitni, PnM Bucky Jolly and ei.

Nothing to report here really. DH is abroad again and I am off to a Tarts 'n' Vicars party this weekend in Stirling at my best friend's house (Mibbes if you still lurk here, I think you live in Stirling? Please tell me you are not going to this?!?). I have bought myself a rather fetching nun outfit (I'm sticking with the ecclesiastical theme), which I got delivered to work! I live in an flat and they can't deliver there when I am out, so had to come here. I was a bit concerned that there would be a notice on the Intra-Net under Unclaimed Post - "1 x Naughty Nun outfit with wimple, fishnets and silver cross, size 10. Please claim from Post Room" I think DH is sorry he is working away .

He's decided to go as a rabbi and has the beard and everything!!

Madoldbird · 15/04/2009 07:59

Good morning ladies

I hope everyone is ok, and had good Easter weekends.

JB I can't believe our jollycub has 2 teeth already! Before we know it she'll be doing GCSE'S

EI Sounds like you had a lovely weekend planned. Hope you had a great time. I shall have to do a bit of stalking as well and peek at your chart

PnM Definitely at the thought of a sporty two seater! Go for it, and book a holiday involving something like abseiling / scuba diving etc to further envoke the laws of pregnativity. Infact, book a week long pate making / wine tasting course as well Glad your sister's wedding went well, and i second the request for pics!!

Caitni Hope you are having / have had a lovely trip away.

GG I'm so pleased that your cycle seems to have settled down so quickly, and also that things with DH have also sorted themselves out. My thoughts were similar to PnM, in that rather than him trying to be deliberately cruel / penny-pinching - his actions came across as those of someone who is actually rather fearful, and worried about failure. From what you have said he has a successful career, (and obviously a successful marriage) and this is one thing he has less control over. Not that i am excusing him being horrible to you!! Glad thing are sorted though, and that it is all systems go for June.

MrsH So pleased to hear the scan went well. Hopefully the MS will ease soon, and you will reach the "blooming" stage

Bucky Hope things are a bit better with you now.

Bit of an anxious time for us at the moment. I had a routine scan last week, and they discovered that twin 2's growth has slowed. He is slipping down the growth charts, so obviously they were concerned. i saw my consultant in the afternoon, who said they will monitor me closely, and, if he doesn't pick up, they will have to get them out. I have the next scan a week today, so we are hoping and praying that it is just a blip, and they can stay put for a while. I initially googled myself into utter gloom and doom, so i am trying to avoid doing that any more. Typical males - they are causing trouble and worry already

MrsHappy · 14/04/2009 21:19

Hello all

I wrote a mahoosive post almost a week ago, askiong GG whether detente had been reached in the Gin household and checking on the rest of you but now I look it isn't bloody there.

I can't remember everything I wrote and am queasy again but suffice it to say I have been thinking about you all.

I had my scan last week and bean looked good. We're still waiting on the results of the downs tests but I reckon all will be ok. I also feel so rotton I reckon this one has got to be a boy. It's measuring a bit big too so I am taking that as a sign.

The in-laws have finally left so I can put my feet up anywhere I like!

Back soon.xx

GorgonsGin · 14/04/2009 11:39

hello there everyone.

i was quiet on the boards over the weekend . You were all too busy downing Mini Eggs and scoffing chocolate. I hope everyone had a lovely break! I ended up working on Good Friday (horrid work!) and spent the rest of it spring cleaning every nook and cranny until it shone like some kind of mad woman. I must be nesting . DH was forced to do the ironing and bits of DIY

Picknmix - do you have any photos of your sister's wedding and you in your bridesmaid dress? Dying to hear all about it. I'm glad it went well with your dad staying too. It's a nightmare here when the ol' folks come to stay with me, waiting on them hand and foot I think buying a two seater car is the perfect way to get a BFP. What are you looking at . Friends of ours did exactly that (they bought a Porsche ) and she was up the duff two months later, so it is definitely worth while and lots of fun in the meantime, 'specially because its summer and you live in a loveyl part of the world Ooooh, how exciting, a holiday! Where are you going to go?!? (You know it's my chosen specialised subject )

I think you may have hit the nail on the head about DH not really accepting his infertility and that's why he won't "through money at it", but I don't know what i can do to help him realise it and accept it as a fact.

Caitni - how was Wales in a camper van. Hope it didn't rain and you got to see some pretty countryside.

Ei- what did you buy in the continental market? Jealous of you! Congratulations on having a fab chart! It is really exciting for you this month.

Jolly - LOL at Jolly Cub having two teeth now! Jolly Cub will have shed all her milk teeth and probably be reaching her teens by the time I get my baby

MrsH - are you surviving the out laws being in town? Thank you for your common sense the other day when I was having my melt down about DH. We have made peace (he cannot hold a grudge) and will be booking the private session for June, with NHS to follow if necessary (although hopefully not needed!). Thnak goodness the funding thing went his way, or I would be finding a new husband I think

Bucky - soooo eeeee! We'll be sending out search parties to find you at this rate!!! Come and post, woman!

No news form me, except that AF arrived! It was quite a shock, as I had absolutely NO symptoms this month to indicate my cycle was back on track - no PMT, mucus, or sore (.)(.) (he he, I haven't made that symbol for ages ). It's a proper full AF so I think that makes me about 7 days late compared to when the bleeding started for the early m/c. I am really pleased that things have got more or less back on track so quickly. I have never felt to glad to have an AF since starting this TTC lark all those years ago!

Hello to MOB and readyfor2and3 and anyone else missed, if you are still about.

Must dash and do some work - I have another horrid week ahead

PicknMix · 14/04/2009 10:23

Morning all,

Hope you all had a fab Easter and mucho chocolate was consumed?!

Did you get some yummy things at the continental market Ei?? Sounds like you had a very packed weekend, hope you're not too exhausted today!! Have to admit, saw your name on another thread and then had a sneaky peak at your FF chart (stalker alert?!) - have my fingers crossed for you for today!!!

How is Jollycub now JB? Hope the teeth aren't giving her too much hassle and the affects of the jab have worn off a little now? I was put off going private by my GP as she said my pct won't share the results of any tests I've already had so therefore I'd have to have them all again privately which would cost a fortune.... Tis truely a little bit crap!

So so pleased to hear about the nhs funding regardless of private attempts GG although I do understand when you say its not really about the money. You didn't sound like a spoiled brat at all - I would've been just as angry as you in that situation. I hoep you've been able to enjoy your Easter and to sit down and have a rational conversation with your DH about it all. It took him a long time to come round to assisted conception, yes? Maybe this is just another step in his journey that he needs to make. I'm second guessing here (obviously!) but he's had to come to terms with the fact that the fertility issue is with him - maybe having to pay to sort that out is one step too far for him at the moment? I'm prob talking crap actually so I'll stop... I just hope you've got it sorted out ok

How has the in-law visit gone MrsH? Oh, and thank you so much for the pre-seed - I apologise as I meant to email but life has been ridiculously manic here. How is the ms? Are you still suffering?

How was your trip away Caitni? I think you had perfect weather if you were in Wales? My friends were there camping and said it was fab - they surfed every day (!).

How are you doing Bucky???? Are you still there somewhere?

Thanks to all for the advice re my cycles. I have started temping again and my temps are literally all over the place. I had to when you all suggested hpt testing - can you belive how much of a cynic I am now as the thought of being pregnant didn't even cross my mind, I just assumed there was something wrong with me!!

I haven't tested as no tests in the house and am pretty sure I'm not pregnant, just messed up! Have been getting more and more negative about the whole process - even threw away my baby book the other day that I bought in the first flush of ttc. Am currently on the hunt for a new car with only 2 seats and am going to book a holiday for the summer. Not even doing it to tempt the laws of pregnativity, just can't stand being stuck in this limboland anymore.

Sisters wedding went well though and having my dad to stay for 5 days wasn't quite as bad as I had feared! Just wish I had another week off to recover from it all now!!
