An idea for you why don't you take the next 10 days or so off, party, drink (but not toooo much) & enjoy life without trying then just before OV start again with all the Bding, temping, CM & all the extra stuff we go through at that time of the month..its what I am planning for this month, hopfully my body will feel more relaxed & ttc will be fun as well as fingers crossed sucessful

Yellowflowers - sorry to hear you feel so down and can I join you? I have been so over emotional since yesterday morning when AF arrived. Cried myself to sleep last night (DH was lovely) and just feel like it'll never, ever, ever happen for us. Every month I get my AF I am reminded of the MCs I have had and all the pain comes flooding back. I HATE ttc. I keep asking myself too why it is so hard trying to become a mum, and why me etc.

DH thinks we should have a month off and go out to loads of parties and drink our blues away. I on the other hand can bear the thought of potentially missing my month...

Sorry. Very self indulgent rant. I'm just feeling so, so low.

just managed to log in on work computer. laptop still broken. Am on 2ww tried to do DP but didn't work too well as DH got bit stressed out by the responsibility on his shoulders and couldn't (shall we say) perform!! so did CD8, 10, 12, 14, 15, and 18 which uis a pretty good go!. Did get pos opk on CD14 so hopefully in with a chance. By the way TMI i know but if you stand up too soon do all the "little swimmers" come out? As i went to toilet once and bits came out. I did lie foir about 5 mins first though. Congrats to those with BFP, hugs for those with BFN and heres waiting for the BFP for those on the 2WW. x

Back from our weekend away. Thanks again for all your lovely messages, makes me feel all warm and fuzzy!

Did another cheapie test yesterday. It came up faster and stronger than the first one, thought still not as strong as the control line. I had a first response one left over from a while ago, so I did that too and the line came up before the control line had even appeared, so that made me feel more reasurred. We were staying with my brother, and one of his friends was staying whose wife is 12 weeks pregnant. She's lovely and it was so hard not to say anything, but I'm keeping quiet for now. Have booked a private early scan for the 29th december, which we can't really afford, but I just want the peace of mind over new years. I should be 8 weeks by then and if everything is ok, I think I'll tell my mum and dad as we're going up later that day for new years eve.

It still feels like a dream - but a very nice one. Had a few waves of nausea, but nothing too bad - to be honest had more symptoms last month when i wasn't pregnant.

yellowflowers sorry to hear that you're feeling down. It's funny how you can feel so positive one day and then completely sad the next. Really hoping for a nice BFP for xmas for you.

My office is right next to a Nursery & I see babies comming & going all day long & my 19 year old niece is now 8 weeks pg with No2 so I know exactly how you feel, don't let the bas*ds get you down, keep smiling, our time will come

Googmorning. It's actually Deeja here but I have changed my nickname because I was bored with what I had. I've changed my list name but I think we are a bit out of date.

I'm on the two week wait. I managed to bd on days 5, 8, 12, 14, 18. Not quite as much as I had hooped for but I never caught my LH surge and never got any of the other signs of ovulation. So I'm running on the theory that it's not going to happen.

Morning all - feeling a bit better today I have to say, the solution seems to be to keep busy and keep mnetting to a minimum, as it reminds me too much of what I've lost It is like an addiction though

I'm actually getting bored - so used to knicker checking but there is nothing to see - it just looks like normal non-fertile week 1 of the 2WW, only this time there is no anticipation associated with it. Am just hoping now that AF will arrive more or less on schedule so I can get busy Have read lots of stories of people getting AF bang on time even after an mc, so am hopeful - if she arrives on time, then the bd fest would be over Christmas - perfect time to soften DP up with a few drinks and seduce him on a regular basis whilst we are both off work and having lazy lie ins

He keeps asking me where my sudden love of fresh (not from concentrate) grapefruit juice has come from !!!!

Our bodies are horrible things, my temp dipped on Sunday so after a small amount feeling sorry for myself I told myself not to be stupid & look forward to Xmas drinking & trying again for a Christmas baby. I then got up this morning to take my temp expecting it to have dropped a lot for AF to arrive later...it hadn't, it didn't go up either just stayed the same which is still fairly high compared to last month, so of course I got a glimmer of hope & did a test (clearblue) & got a BFN, so back to feeling horrible again. No AF yet but its just a matter of time as clearblue are supose to pick up the hormone 3 days before AF due date & I'm due today or tomorrow at the latest, Ah well at least I can have a couple of drinks at the do tonight & not feel too guilty about it

Thanks Smiley. We're not using contraception so it could happen, but we're not keeping a check on temp or anything. The New Year however will be a different matter entirely (cue mad glint and scary determination).

AF arrived today with a vengence. So no BFP for Xmas. Instead, just the last few days of the 2WW. What joy!

Smiley - don't know anything about temping but fingers crossed for you. It sounds like you've got a good attitude though re BFP or fun at Xmas parties!!

Smiley don't give up yet, I've seen charts on FF that show a slight temp drop but then the temp shoots up again and they've got a BFP! I guess you'll know in a couple of days - but the waiting is torture! My fingers are crossed for you, sweetie xx

I had a slight temp drop this morning so feeling a little down today, but at least I only have another day or two to wait until I can find out for sure & start again.

smiley i am totally with you, i have a really good feeling about this month for you, i have had for weeks and am just waiting for that bfp. Sorry if i am building up hopes but i truly believe it is your month and i do believe in signs, my sister died suddenly last year and she has been sending signs all the time ever since! like you i am not religious at all but i do wonder, and with each time a picture gets moved or something happens like that i smile and think of her.

Lots of luck for tomorrow and monday ... i will be watching with baited breath! Plus i boosie and i need company in the early PG stakes!!
