OK well not sure my title is good enough really and feel honoured you let me start the thread. So heres to a new month and new start on my cycle! TTC is going to be a very nervous and aprehensive time for me but i know oyu are all in the same boat and with your support im sure i can do it. So im on day 1 of my cycle. Should ov on day 10 although am not certain if D&C has mucked up my ovulation but will guess that. Am almost thinking that im ttc just to lose another baby and i know thats wrong but cant help it. With 2 mc already its hard to believe it will ever happen for me and DH and im almost convinced i will never see a healthy happy 12 week bean. Ok enough doom and gloom.

HERES TO ALL OF US WHO ARE NERVOUSLY TTC AND MAY LUCK AND FAIRY DUST SHOWER OVER US IN THESE COMING MONTHS!

Hope all you ladies are well

munnzieb · 09/03/2005 09:07

bella- as a point of to note, this happened with hester - she spotted (well thought it was AF) about 4 days b4 she was due, for 2 days then stopped, tested when AF was due more to get it out the way either way I think, and it was a BFP so until the witch is flowing in full steam as it were there's still hope, so fingers crossed for you.

george32 · 09/03/2005 08:54

Oh Bella, I'm sorry. Is it definitely AF? Could it be implantation spotting instead?

Hi Yingers, thanks for the babydust glad eveything is going ok for you. Keep us updated as I love to know how our first sucess story is progressing. xx

Rom, did you manage to catch Mr Rom? I hope he manages to find some energy for you.
FF has thrown a spanner in the works for me today as it now says I ovulated on saturday. Hmmm, is this the 2ww for me now? V Confused.

Hi, I'm new to MN & just getting the hang of all the threads! I have been TTC for over a year now in which time I have had 2 mc's, just looking for moral support.

romilly · 08/03/2005 20:13

awww bella - sorry to hear that....well there is a kind of silver lining - you can start using your gadget tomorrow if it is. dont forget to set it at the time most convenient for you.

hope you are feeling ok, tho

Bella23 · 08/03/2005 20:03

Looks like this month is not to be my month!
Better luck to the rest of you

romilly · 08/03/2005 19:52

A big welcome to Cadmum - everyone is great on this thread and we are very happy to have you join us. as someone else has said - i dont think having three kiddies already is any reason to stop ttc'ing if that is what you want. so sorry to hear you've had 3 m/c's, and the last being twins as well i think its time your luck changed - barrels of babydust to you..

mizz - thanku for the dust. d/h is working late tonight and has already been telling me on the phone he is knackered - i am getting horribly worried its all going to go wrong again

nemo - CD34 for u 2morrow!! i am so impressed with how cool calm and collected you are managing to be. sore boobs too, hmmmmm - you better have some of this too

Welcome Cadmum, this is definitely the right place to be as we are all going through the madness! Fortunately we seem to go barmy in a kind of relay!!

Dizzi, I think it is BDing wkend for you!! Sending babydust & keeping my fingers crossed for you. Think it could be mine too (well it has to be sometime - I'm feeling left out with all this BDing going on ) so I'll need some of your stamina DQ!!

Still keeping my fingers crossed for hiding little ones for you Mishi.
Bella, are you still playing with your gadgets? Thought you had bought the Persona to replace them?? I've been driven mad with these OPKS!!

Managed to cheer myself up today by having half of a back tooth fall off (yes, the shock & surprise actually stopped me sobbing this morning!!). Finally got an emergency appointment this afternoon (really hard when you're not registered) went to go, & had a flat battery on the car - arghhh! Managed to grab a friend to help me start it and then raced across town in order to have my teeth drilled. Haven't been to a dentist for about 15 years so terrified esp when the words "root canal" were mentioned!! I sat there shaking but I now love my new dentist as he didn't hurt me once (although I'm sure it wasn't necessary to use 3 different types of drill) and he offered to jump start my car if it wouldn't start. Look a bit wonky from the injection though!!

Nemo1977 · 08/03/2005 17:50

oo bella im still resisting the good old gadgets barely mind..pmsl

Bella23 · 08/03/2005 17:42

HA HA .....POPPING IN !!!!!!!!!!

Bella23 · 08/03/2005 17:41

Just pooping in to say hi to Cadmum. I see that you are not using opks / ferning / persona etc - I guarantee that once you've been on this thread for a few days you will be hankering after some kind of device to spend some money on. We love nothing better than a test of some sort.
DQ - will think of how we can test the 2 week wait.
Nemo - still keeping all crossed that you still get a BFP. this waiting is sooooo unfair on you!
Dyzz - sounds like you should be coming up to ov - go grab your DH
Well ladies, feeling very upbeat coming up to this weekend when I will be testing. Just preparing you for the madness as I think I am going to find it a bit of a nightmare - don't say i haven't warned you!!

Cadmum · 08/03/2005 17:01

Hello Dramaqueen (LOVE the name! Often refer to dd as Dramaqueen.) I do believe that the general perception among my family and friends is that I already had the perfect family after two (both genders represented and all). From that point on it would appear that I deserve all of this heart-ache because I just don't know when to call it quits. (Even my mother (bless her) and my BF feel that I should know when enough is enough and that was long before the first mm/c.)
Hope I always see every child as a blessing and never subscribe to their thinking but I am waffling here. Thanks for the encouragement. I do agree that MN is more supportive in general and that this thread is amazing. Hereshoping also has three children the same age as mine so we are obviously not the only longing-for-a-fourth-souls on this thread!

dramaqueen72 · 08/03/2005 16:33

no, actually i am NOT in bed!!! i'm lurking, supposedly getting things done today -ha! well finally got some 'correct timing' bd-ing in, tho dhs heart really isnt in it, with business worries filling his head! eek! how am i going to tell him we should do it again a few more times? ah well.so is life. i bd-ed before and bang on O. if i cant get anymore in, i cant!
NOw what do i do? no opks to play with, too ealry for pg tests...sigh, i need a 2ww test i think!
many thanks for my babydust ladies, and the same back at you all,
hey cadmum.........i also have three children and also found alittle 'well youve already got three......' feeling after my last missed m/c. its not like that is it? its not fair to be judged by the children you do or dont have. luckily i havent felt like that here, this thread, and the ones that started it, have all been very nice to me. last month i wasnt trying 'trying'. this month i have been TRYING trying -LOL
