Thought I'd start another thread as the last one was SO successful but is starting to take a while to load and I keep losing my place in it!

A quick update on my stats - on CD39 of third cycle since getting AF back after DS was born in April 2004 (10.5 months old).

Have endometriosis and PCOS so have decided to let nature take its course over the next few months and if I fall pg naturally, then so be it. If I don't, then we'll try clomid again (worked first time for us with DS).

Am still breastfeeding, so have erratic cycles - they were always long (so far have had AF visit twice and had 50 and 42-day cycles).

No idea when I ov - may try OPK's next month if no success this month (and don't think I am pg atm).

Think that's it!

Lots and lots of babydust to all the ttcers and lots and lots of babyglue to those who've just had BFPs (and more congrats!). xxx

Dunno how accupuncture works, in fact was VERY skeptical when I went for it, but it did the trick for us w/DD, so it's worth a try this time.

munnzieb · 03/03/2005 09:14

nikki - well moving worked for JM! lol.

ES - I keep hearing about this accupuncture/reflexology, what's the idea behind it then?

Nikkichik · 03/03/2005 09:11

May not go all out for ttc this month but if it happens, it happens. We are in the process of buying a new house after beging in rented for 7 months (hell - with a complainy neighbour downstairs!) and hope to move around Easter, so it's not actually the highest thing on my agenda at the moment! Alsop having just been ill I still feel like I'm catching up on my sleep and don't feel very 'friendly' at the moment. Poor old dh - he'll live!
Good luck everyone! - anyone testing this w/e?

expatinscotland · 03/03/2005 09:09

No, munzi. Gonna try accupuncture again next cycle. Worked the first time w/dd

munnzieb · 03/03/2005 09:08

oh right, so ur hormones need a kick up the backside as well! lol. have u seen ur Dr yet?

expatinscotland · 03/03/2005 09:05

No O for me this cycle, muzi . Just a matter of time here. Will be glad to get rid of all these side effects, however!

munnzieb · 03/03/2005 09:02

sorry hon, whats annovulatory cycle? (brains not in gear yet)!

Does anyonw know if persona would pick up and O if u weren't ovulating?, might have to check out the sight!

cp3 · 03/03/2005 09:00

Well my af is def on the wya. Pigged out on chocolate yesterday, am so tired i could sleep walk and had a major tantrum at dp cos he was getting on my nerves.

Wish it would just hurry up and get on with it. Not even due for a whole week yet i think.

Pop right boob sore, was that the side you were lying on when you were drooling and dribbling. My boobs are always sore cos the kids think i have climbing frame tattoed on my head.

expatinscotland · 03/03/2005 08:58

am waiting for AF, which is due 6/3. not possible i'm pg as annovulatory cycle. i always have this awful pmt the week before AF, though. w/o fail. in a way, it's a good thing, as then im relieve to see AF and not disappointed b/c it means an end to the bloating, nausea and cramps.

munnzieb · 03/03/2005 08:53

nikki - good to see you back hon, are you carrying on straight away with your TTC?

Fresco - hope the passport goes well for u.

ES - where r u in ur cycle? i'm not up with ur stats, is it poss PG?

Anchovies (((((hugs))))) sorry about BFN hon, (u can have my share of baby dust next cycle! lol)

Rantus - how are things with u hon?

Pop -well we all feel like throwning DH's out of the window at some point! lol, mines 3000 miles away and still he says it's like living with hitler the week before AF comes! lol, we always argue that week when we talk on the phone, still not long now! and we all get excited about the slightest little ache and pain! lol, little twinge, makes me think when I am actually PG I won't believe it cos i'll prob have no signs! lol.

Anyhow girls, I've started on the pills and potions today, might well leave the angus for a while as i'm feeling rather sicky now, so I think that one can go. Any ideas on leghtening the LP phase? - Hula was that what the mag was for? so how's on the hit list for this month? (I think we should start it again! lol)

expatinscotland · 03/03/2005 08:11

This has to be the worst PMT I've had in a long, long time. Nausea and one sore boob, okay, par for the course. But uterine cramps? This just SUX!

fresco · 03/03/2005 07:05

popado, whats your job?sorry anchovies about bfn.it will be your turn next month!!

well ,thats it, passports in the process ofbeing done.just have to pay for it and i am fine for 10 years, and dd for 5 years. What a pain!!

CD6

popadopalis · 02/03/2005 23:43

I'm back again! Finsihed another shift at the hell hole and it wasn't too bad actually!! My right breast aches and I'm excited about it, is that sad? Don't hold out much hope though cos I hate getting my hopes dashed. Dh tells me to be more positive, have to refrain from throwing him out the nearest window!

Munzie - Thanks for the tip I think I may just have to get broadband or not tell people that I just got a landline. They can phone on my mobile if they want me!! Dh has a mobile so he'll live!!

Anchovies - It's so depressing I know. Hope you get better news next month.

Twiga - Thanks a lot that's the last time your being my bridesmaid!! Hope your meeting wasn't too boring.

Laylasmum · 02/03/2005 21:01

anchovies know how that feels. keep everything crossed for next month.( except your legs at the crucial time that is !!)

anchovies · 02/03/2005 20:14

Congrats laylasmum, that is fantastic news!

Got a BFN today after finally working up the guts to test. Was much more disappointed than I thought I'd be. Feeling better now though after a glass of wine and a full big bag of Tescos Finest crisps!

Laylasmum · 02/03/2005 16:43

Thanks sooo much everyone!! I'm dead excited but trying to keep a bit detached in case it all goes tits up!!!fresco, have been ttc since dec 2003, m/c last July.

Nikkichik · 02/03/2005 16:42

Hi there - I've been away for a while - been sick with the flu and a throat infection and TBO didn't really feel like chatting after my early mc last month!. However, am now feeling better and I see some congratulations are in order for the newly pregnant - hurrah!! .
I'm on day 22 and decided to give the ttc a break this month. Have just started using Persona and was very surprised to see the O in the box in the first month. That's a good sign then. Have been to the Doc for some blood tests (cos I'm an old duffer at nearly 39!) to check hormone levels etc - results next week.
Baby dust to all!!

munnzieb · 02/03/2005 16:31

pop- yeah yeah we believe u! lol they do a patch for MN, it's called broad band, which means u can chat on the phone and talk on here at the same time and DH will never know! lol , failing that, er....... no, sorry! lol. it's v v addictive on here... is it 5 yet? I want to go home!

Twiga · 02/03/2005 16:23

Ok then as instructed....what am I vouching for again ?!

fresco · 02/03/2005 15:53

laylasmum, massive congrats to you hen! howlong did you ttc?
welcome CW.i give you one week and you'll start being as mad and depressed as we are.ttc can be so depressing and yet so exciting (but more depressing bits than exciting).xx

popadopalis · 02/03/2005 15:12

Couldn't resist popping back for a sec before I go to work. Do they do a patch for this? I'm completely addicted!

Munzie - I have a whip somewhere I think!! A male friend gave it to me years ago and thought for some reason it was fitting and that I'd understand why he bought it for me for Christmas. To this day I am none the wiser why!!! Perhaps he was hoping I would use it on him!!!

Or perhaps I come across a bit dominatrix, Mistress of Pain!!

I'm really very sweet and meek and mild!! Twiga can vouch for that! Twiga? Twiga?!!!

munnzieb · 02/03/2005 13:26

lol@pop!, ah well I think my DH would like a whip if I got it out! lol,

Cwmtydu - hiya and welcome, er, will have to think up a shortened name (CW) being the obvious one don't want to do the CM thing as that'srude! lol anyhow, welcome and hope you have fun as well.

I do have a few girls/ my mum to talk to in RL about TTC but u can't get as 'personal' as u can on here! lol.

popadopalis · 02/03/2005 12:15

Sorry that was gross! I apologise in embarrasment!

popadopalis · 02/03/2005 12:14

I'm sticking to my story and my pillow by all accounts!!

Right another day at the hell hole coming up. Hope everyone has good day!!

HunkerMunker · 02/03/2005 12:08
