Morning all. Tink, have fun at your scan, I know you want a boy but I'm afraid I'm voting girl..... look forward to hearing your news.

Very wobbly this morning...in fact, I didn't think I was capable of howling but apparently I am, hope the neighbours couldn't hear me.

I've got no internet connection, I'm not hiding (at the moment I've poached my neighbours but quite frankly, desperate times call for desperate measures).

I expect to be off line all weekend. Not sure how I'm going to cope, beginning to wonder if agreeing to go away is the right thing. DH phoned home and spoke to MIL, mentioned SIL and BIL who don't know, but they guessed I might be after last time I was home and MIL is concerned that if I drink this weekend, SIL will crack a joke about thinking I was pregnant so DH and MIL agreed MIL will tell SIL.

Not sure how I feel about this at all. I haven't been around anyone that knows in person and I think that's going to be tough.

Sorry, sorry, sorry everyone...I just don't know where else to go . Don't anyone mention about being on my own because I don't have anyone to be with and that makes me sad too.

Diege sorry your timing was a bit off - happened to us last month I was away from CD16 and we really gave it our all in the run up to my leaving, but I didn't actually ov until CD22! Good thing for you, you're both still in the same country, albeit probably tired! So get GOF'ing!

I was really bad for going to the loo loads when I was pressgers but more so a bit later on, iirc a few weeks after i got the BFP so thats not the only thing to look out for. I'm temping but I don't know what 'triphasic' means , looks like to me your temp is still in the higher range iykwim.

I have to admit that I just shed a tear whilst watching the gmtv wedding, what is that about?!

Morning SES and everyone else! How are things? Agree, our cycles may take 2 or 3 months to settle.
I've just recovered from cleaning the fridge - found some mould at the back of it so of course have had to take the whole thing apart and ATTACK! Now I'm worried that I've inhaled bleach fumes that will do a potential bean harm and I've not even ovulated yet! Have to lauugh at myself for making dh and dds go away for their trip later (Sat) to catch the egg, when would probably have been better sticking to original plan!
Hope you're OK Glask? I remember (sort of) how awful the sickness is, but maybe yours will settle back into the pattern you had? Not unusal to have one horrendous day or night in amidst more regular sickness I think.
I'd better dash as it's chaotic here and dh is giving me daggers...Catch up tonight after Gulliver's World of hell fun!

Well I've not really had any more wee symptoms, or any other symptoms for that matter. Also (for those of you that know about temping) my temp dropped from 36.86 yesterday to 36.66 today. Still above coverline but definitely not triphasic. here

As for Gok, I think he's fantastic and would make a fantastic friend (and of course advisor) but LBOT, you can have him as long as I can borrow him to go shopping!

Hope everyone else is doing ok this morning.
Cal - hope you managed to get some sleep (wine maybe helped?) Hope too that your weekend away goes well - could be just what you need. Thinking of you.

NJ - sounds like you had a busy weekend. My mum only lves a 3 minute drive away which I often think is way too close but I guess it does mean that she only ever pops by and we never have her to stay! We have a funny relationship where she thinks I'm her best friend but the whole family (for various reasons) find her v frustrating and annoying.

Diege - how are you doing? It may be that our cycles are taking a while to settle back into some sort of regular pattern. Some good GOFing can only increase chances of catching that egg though!

Aw, did anyone else just watch How to look Good Naked? it was a rerun but at the end Gok revisited the woman. Since being on the show, she met a man and was pregnant. She was so adorable and Gok kept referring to her bump as 'our baby' I love him - and she looked amazing!

Oh Cals . First chance to get back on after hectic day and I am so sorry. I have some idea of how you're feeling, and yes as others have said the ups and downs are totally normal. At least you can look to the future with some certainty now, rather than that horribole not knowing (little consolation I know). Relax, get pampered, and while it doesn't feel like it now, it does get easier. You have been so strong, and remember we are always here for you xxx

DH is dropping the mutt off at a friends house tonight as we're going away tomorrow, he's just rung to ask if I've startd dinner I'd completely forgotten about food and it hadn't crossed my mind - friend is offering us some chilli for DH to bring home!

Good job I mentioned the drugs, I'd forgotten I had paracetamol at about 6...I was thinking more of the huge dose of morphine I got at hospital.

Perhaps I'll have a small glass when the chilli arrives!

I thought I was being a bit of a wimp but DH said the last time he saw me in that much pain was when I was just before they gave me pethidine when I was in labour with DS...

I think DH is OK, I have asked him a couple of times - he is very strong emotionally, always has been. He just said that he was sad that we wouldn't be having a baby in March, but looked forward to when we would.
