Thanks Lovelymonster - I never knew that was the case with Ovulation, but with the sticks it should help me know when im due AF then, well thats the plan anyway!
Fingers crossed the old red witch stays away for and how am I about your trip! I look at it 2 ways if you want to drink then test everyday cos its a great excuse if you are a serial tester like me, or if you want to be more sane (not like me) then you could tell them you are on tablets so you cant drink. You are right LitteMiss, ovulation is always two weeks before AF arrives so makes it difficult if cycles irregular. Same for me, is anywhere from 22-28 days (but never ever longer). Im sure we did it at the right time this month thou (fingers crossed)

AF due anytime now until thurs. Going away to Italy for the week on Saturday. Dont want to drink much just in case but wondering what I can say to my friends who are coming with us and will be wanting so see me...er.. 'enjoy' myself with them. Any suggestions? Or should I just go on like normal?

I will prob test every day from sun just incase due to the drinking situation. (I certainly would not normaly do this!)x

Anyway still doing my Ov tests everyday, still nothing and im on CD12 but my shortest cycle tis year was 31 days so would make ov about day 17
I read a thing that said that almost every woman in the world ovulates 14 days before her period is due not 14 days from her last period (which is what i thought) so that is why i probably keep missing it because my cycles are all different lengths, so im hoping the sticks will help and then I should know when im next due too, does this sound right to everybody cos im still a bit clueless about all this! x

My DS is 7 months old but DH and I are keen to have a couple more so we thought we'd better get on with it. Have to say, when I planned to BF, I didn't think about how long it may take for AF to come back afterwards I guess I was lucky that DH self weaned off me 3 weeks ago, we'll just have to see what happens now!

I just got AF aug 30th!! first time in awhile! so finally i feel like i have a idea of where i am at, but do know many people who got preggo before AF ever returned! not really great at tracking when it would be best TC since with the first it happened so fast i never had to figure it out , but would love to have 2 close together!

Hi I'm TTC number 2 my DD is 9 and a half months. I would love a june baby. I haven't used contraception at all since DD was born well actually since TTC DD.
I conceived DD after 3 months of TTC and one early miscarriage at 5 and a half weeks.
I only got AF back after the birth 2 months ago and am still breastfeeding so that could be the reason we haven't had any luck yet.
Sex has been fairly scarce up until recently and I've only just got my libido back so am hopeful now.

Getting v faint lines on OPK today but hubby still poorly so think it is highly unlikely I will get any action at the right time this month

Well still not ovulating but testing everyday now so hopefully will be soon and really hoping we can catch it this time, working with pg people is hard when trying ttc andeven tho I have a lo it is still hard although i know im lucky to have him, hope is coping better!

Jools-I got my free test in the post on sat-it looks so good-i really don't want to waste it-think i might try and save it til (hopefully) i know i'm pregnant and can use the CI to full effect!
