Hi....cycle 2 just started so back to the begining....just wandered if anyone esle was back at the start of their cycle who wants to join me?

SimpleTwistofFate - here's hoping that is an implantation bleed Where day are you in your cycle - we need to add you to our list ?

I noticed brown watery CM first thing this morning - not something I normally see before AF Have felt borderline nauseous for the last hour or so aswell ...

Checked Fertility Friend and it is definitely telling me that Sept 19th is test day, but predicting AF on 19th or 20th now.

Getting excited / nervous !

Anyone testing tomorrow ?

hi all,

still here, had a little spotting yesterday evening and this morning. Hoping that it may be implantation bleed?

but in my heart of hearts know af is prob on the way. Trying to see it as positive in that at least its hopefully start of new cycle.

will see how today goes, and maybe try a test in the morning anyway if nothing much happens between now and then!

on the good side, i wasn't tempted to test this morning!

Hey all.... Nelix - I think that conception test is dangerous! It's sooo pleasing to see the numbers increase...and am now having to stop myself getting another one just to check!

Heeby So pleased that you're not in pain! And am v jealous of wine, cheese and holidays (we went away in July and it seems like a hundred years ago!). Not quite so jealous of the GFJ!

Wanabe - I completely agree with Nelix. Use that monitor! They're not cheap are they so you want to get your money's worth !!

As for me...feel knackered but other than that no real symptoms which is freaking me out. Have my GP appt this morning to let them know I'm up the duff and am worried that in some way that will jinx it...ridiculous I know. At the moment, nobody in RL knows.....

Wanabe use that monitor girl! lolsod what the packet says! I dont even know what it is to be honest lol! will go google it for a nosey! mind you OPKs did not help me conceive first or second time! I used my free clearblue test today and was delighted to see it said pregnant 1-2 weeks! I kept dreaming AF would arrive......

June babies will be fab!!I worked out mine is due 28th of may, the same month as most of my family loL!!

Hi Girls, I haven't been around for a few days and am so chuffed for you Nelix. I so need to get some Grape Fruit Juice for next month.

The witch arrived on Friday and boy was she a witch!! Really suffered and got caught out not great when you're travelling and visiting in-laws!!

Glad you're pain free and happy Heeby, we will all be doing our 2ww together again very soon, seems to fly around but the 2ww always drags!

Nelix i know i'd rather be in your situation than eating soft cheese and drinking wine (sure you would too) but it must be a nightmare to have to give up the things you love so much.

Well im CD7 today so will be back on the BD wagon very soon. My Clearblue fertility monitor arrived today but apparently the latest i can start using it is CD5!!! May just pretend it's my CD5 tomorrow and see what happens and advice? Can't wait until my next cycle, that's defeating the object!

Oh well, hello to all the new ladies if i haven't said this before. This is my 2nd cycle on this thread and if last month was anything to go by, it will be another fab one. The girls on here are a fantastic resource and a huge support so WELCOME!! and share your neurotic-ness with us all (i will become more neurotic as the weeks go on, trust me!) tee hee

Jools don't give up hope just yet, it could be more positive than you think! No AF so far, so still aiming for a test on Thursday. Keep positive!

After going through elation to being scared and back again today, I've had one brownish spot today and have convinced myself that my boobs are deflating and stomach sensations were all in the mind AF always starts with one brownish spot, then more arriving 24 - 36 hours later and this would be bang on time

Will see what tomorrow brings, but at the moment I am just really negative and at my body for apparently deceiving me so thoroughly

Then again maybe I am imagining my lack of symtomps

AF came this afternoon. I have consoled myself with shopping but have been down and irritable tbh.

simple sorry you are having a bad day, it could be nothing. are you having any pains? how do you feel in general? when i had my spotting i just knew it was AF on her way.

Yes good to be pain free, in fact am determined to lose weight now before i go away so i can actually fit in my swimsuit!

not having a good day today I'm afraid. I've had a little bit of (tmi) dark spotting, so not sure if that's a good sign, esp with af due thursday.

anyways, trying to be positive. all not lost yet! nothing like this happened me the last time.

ah you have your wine heeby i am not jealous at all...much...ok a big heap of jelousy! and I had to have my duck cooked well done!!!! BUT no more stinky GFJ for me!!! lol oh soft cheese....oh lord!.....I forgot about ALL the stuff I can't eat! i need to go and check now!

ps i don't have any pains anymore in my right side - first time in months - which is lovely! i have also been enjoying wine and soft cheese this month! (sorry nelix and sparky) but shall be dusting off my GFJ tumbler once again soon enough.

Welcome to the new girls, nice to have you on board and tons of baby dust and luck for thursday! And wasabi with my DD i had a BFN on my due date then BFP 2 days later! so don't give up hope yet but def wait to thurs!

I am having a normal Af this month (a bit late but i think it might just be back on track now) so i will be anything between 26 days to 32 days so will just keep busy all month and maybe test on CD32? we are away for most of this time (and only home on CD31) so won't be able to test at all early!

Hey everyone!....no symptoms to post really wannabe well this is DC2 wow that sounds weird!!! apart from being quite thirsty, so simple I had/have that, moreso yesterday. The pulling in my uterus has stopped tho!..how is it the minute you find out your pregnant all the sypmtoms stop? You spend a week trying to spot them , you get the result you want, then ALL signs of it go away leaving you feeling like you made it up!!!

My biggest fear with my DS was when I went for my booking scan and there would be no baby...I have that fear again! its irrational! lol!

becky have a fab holiday! and you are right to think of it as you are back in the game now! no more waiting, just a fresh start!

And wasabi well done! I tested 3 times yesterday!!! I did it first with a crappy internet test strip that gave me a BFN then used the other ones that both said BFP!....i had to test twice to be sure, but the second test line was weaker in the second test. Was done at 4pm so thats expected. Wow I waffle..must go study now before DS wakes up!...

I am now obsessing about the symptoms I don't have

Still like the taste of tea and coffee
Still fancy a nice glass of red wine
No metallic taste
No excess saliva - but imagined some earlier this week !
Not feeling overly tired at the mo
No nausea or dizziness today

Still hopeful though !

Oooh Jools it is sounding very very promising for you! keeping everything crossed. Wont be long ladies, just 2 more days of willpower then you can all pee happily

Nelix im sssoooo pleased for you, and that you wont be leaving us all just yet! I imagine me and my DH will be in awe when it finally happens for us too. Fab, fab, fab keep us posted on symptoms so we all know what to expect when we are in the same boat (especially for first timers like me!)

wasabipeanut, you deffo shouldnt give up hope yet - with dd, my mind was telling me that i wasn't pregnant as i got a bfn the day af due, but in my heart i really felt different. waited 2 days and got my bfp.

they say the hcg that the hpt's measure doubles every 48 hours, so in two days that could make a very big difference.

anyone else thirsty? i'm drinking so much water the past couple of days, normally drink about 2l a day, and has been 4 the past couple.

Aw Jools its sounding really positive for you. I might test again on Friday if AF doesn't arrive but tbh I think its over for me this month. A test would be showing something by now I'd have thought.

I was naughty and tested this morning - just couldn't wait, I am such an idiot.

BFN. I would usually have been spotting by now but my cycle has just gone haywire since we started trying.

beckymcg - sorry to hear af arrived, but hope you have a good holiday.

woke up this morning feeling fine, too fine actually, but now that I've arrived in work, I'm feeling quite sick now. happier with that!

really wanted to give it another go at testing this morning, but know that its much better to wait. then, thought of the "test fest" on thursday and it was easier to wait, so thanks to all those subconciously making me wait! just two days left!

I don't blame you Nelix - especially as you only had 'one shot' as it were. I'm so pleased for you both!!

Well - AF came last night for me, no surprise really. Actually apart from a BFP it was the best think that could happen as it means I am back in cycle. I will be enjoying Spain and plenty of vino with the girls and will be back on good behavious when I'm back. Have good weekend everyone. Hope there's some good news when I log back on next Monday!
