well i admit it is very faint!!.... and i could be seeing things!!

lardybump · 09/08/2008 13:17

Hello everyone.

NJ dd slept all night last night. I put her down at 7 and she woke up at 6 this morning so I think she was just shaken the night before.... thank you so much for asking.

Glask sorry I can not see anything but the picture is at a funny angle for me... so sorry for bfn monkeynuts but it isn't over FR is not god. Kay only got a bfp with it the day after she was due on..

Hi to everyone else hope you are having a good day.

glaskham · 09/08/2008 13:07

well i have DH off work so he should keep me busy!!!

I know he wont let me splash out on expensive tests till he can see a line on a cheapie!!!

SesQal · 09/08/2008 13:06

Patience is what's needed for both of you then! How frustrating! Hope you've got a busy couple of days to keep you occupied?

m0nkeynuts · 09/08/2008 13:04

Glask - see it now! Definitely a faint line there!

glaskham · 09/08/2008 13:04

once my other tests get delivered- so monday at the earliest now.....

have put it online and got one yes vote so far!!

my pg test

m0nkeynuts · 09/08/2008 13:03

Glaskham - can't see your pic on CYSAL site? Just a red x. Men are RUBBISH at seeing lines though - my DH certainly is!

Well, did my FR and ..... nada. Stark white BFN. I did a One Step cassette one at the same time (the one you put drops of wee into) and it has a faint line, but not sure if it's just a combination of the indent line and my imagination!

Anyway, I could be anything from 9dpo to AF turning up today, so I guess I'll just have to wait it out!

SesQal · 09/08/2008 13:00

I'm no expert but I can see something. When were you going to test again?

glaskham · 09/08/2008 12:59

in about 90secs, but has got darker as the times gone on!!

SesQal · 09/08/2008 12:58

Ooohh! There's definitely something there but it is v faint.... How quickly did it appear?

glaskham · 09/08/2008 12:47

And Hi monkeynuts- that def looks like a BFP to me!!!

glaskham · 09/08/2008 12:45

hey all- still puzzled... I can still see the line i could see within the time frame... DH still cant see anything???

am i seeing lines???

SesQal · 09/08/2008 11:43

Yay!! I'll set my alarm for just gone 1pm!

NJ - I knew you'd come to the rescue!

m0nkeynuts · 09/08/2008 11:41

Ooh OK, you've talked me into it ;)

Expect my FR result posted here in approx 1.5 hours...

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 09/08/2008 11:19

Monkeynuts, you could easily do the FR today, just make sure you hold your wee for as long as possible.

LB, how was DD last night?

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 09/08/2008 11:18

Ears must be burning!!

Monkeynuts, if that line appeared in the time limit I think you have yourself a very BFP!!!! I know people don't trust the cheapies, but I got the first nine () BFP's on them, and I am pretty sure I am pregnant! I think a CONGRATULATIONS is in order I'd do the FR in 4 hours just to back it up in your mind, but I'm certain that is a BFP!! I can see the edges of a very fat line.

2BG, a week before expected period is a bit early - even for me (says she that tested on what I thought was 5DPO!! LOL)

(Ses I built that reputation over many long drawn out test test test test test test test test test test coverstaions!!)

m0nkeynuts · 09/08/2008 11:11

Thanks Lardy! I've always used ICs and they gave me BFPs for my two kids as well, but I've also had lots and lots of faint lines that have turned out to be absolutely nothing

Will maybe do the FR with FMU tomorrow!

SesQal · 09/08/2008 11:10

M0nkeynuts - I can see a line although it is faint. Why did no one tell us that this ttc stuff would be such a rollercoaster???! I'd say wait at least 4 hours and do the FR but I can understand why you might want to hold off. Where's NJ? She's good at persauding people to test??!!

2BG - v impressed with your baking skills! Re testing, I think even NJ would say it's too early so keep on with the baking!

(NJ - sorry, am I giving you a reputation here?!

lardybump · 09/08/2008 11:07

dont use the clearblue digital as you need more hormone with those so they are not good for early testing. FR is the best bet but I can see a line and I got my BFP with one of these cheapies

m0nkeynuts · 09/08/2008 10:58

It was visible within the time limit, but became clearer as time went on. I've got a FR and a CB digi in the cupboard, but I'm determined not to waste them ... so I'll be holding off on re-testing for now!

2beautifulgirls · 09/08/2008 10:53

Monkeynuts- i can see a line, was it within time limit? Like you i just don't trust IC, can you go get a FR or CB

2beautifulgirls · 09/08/2008 10:51

Morning everyone.

Ses- we love the harvester, especially the salad cart

Glask- sorry for BFN, but tis too early yet

Tink- Good luck with the blitzing sounds like you will be busy today. Know the feeling though we are trying to be very organised and starting to get rid of/sell stuff that we don't need ready for our move next year.

i didn't test yesterday, i was gaving a moment of weakness, kept myself busy baking! i made banana bread and homemade turkey meatloaf. Both very yummy think i'm getting the hang of this baking/cooking lark. Chickpea enchiladas tonight.
we were going to do another car boot tomorrow but weather looks like it might not be such a good idea.
getting organised for a wet week of camping next week!

m0nkeynuts · 09/08/2008 10:49

Morning everyone!

I've been a bit quiet lately as we'd decided to take a month off from TTC. So, I've no clue how many dpo I am but I'm CD27 and feeling very crampy! AF usually comes CD26 - CD 28 for me. Anyway, I can't resist doing cheapie tests, so this is what I had this morning:
www.canyouseealine.com/view_home_pregnancy_test.cfm?testID=427

If it was any brand OTHER than an IC, I'd be feeling positive ;)

Hope everyone's doing ok - have to read up and see everyone's news!

SesQal · 09/08/2008 09:36

Morning Glask, Tink and any lurkers!

Glask - sorry for BFN but it's not over until TEW arrives - and she's not even due til Monday...

Tink - good luck with the house blitz! Good luck too with a sale. From current experience, I know it's not easy at the moment but hey, we want to move so there's no harm in trying!

glaskham · 09/08/2008 09:32

sounds busy tink!!

I'm not too upset- it was kinda inevitable really. Just have to get GOFing again soon!!
