morning. Thanks to you all for being supportive. I'm still scared and not enjoying 100% just in case. In my last 2 pregnancies never had this awful metal taste like all day long and really makes me sick (tmi). I'll repeat test tomor and chech the very pink line that will come up (positive thinking). I'm not having much period cramps and little spotting yesterday when wiped (sorry again, tmi). My boobs are no sore at all. I guess you can't have all the symptoms.I did the test on my CD28 and my periods are between 28 to 31 apart.
Thanks alfiemama. Did happended the same to you with test?

sfxmum · 24/08/2008 23:53

twoplease have a great time and do go running it is fab and clear the head

alfiesmama will keep strong no I will I will

guess better start thinking of another name if the positive shows up, don't want anyone finding out before I am ready to share with the rest of my MN mates
last time I didn't got outed then had MC and felt awful wasn't really ready to share with everyone who found out

alfiemama · 24/08/2008 23:10

Hi twoplease good idea on the running, have a fab holiday

sfxmum, move away from the pregnancy test fingers crossed if you do though

twoplease · 24/08/2008 23:07

Hi sfxmum, used to run a lot, on treadmills etc but on and off since dd was born. decided that focusing on something like running might stop me getting too excited (and then very negative!)each month. Am off to centre parcs tomorrow so thought that would be a fab place to ge back into it.

good luck if you do test in the morning - fingers crossed - we need some more postive vibes on the thread!

sfxmum · 24/08/2008 22:58

twoplease do you run too? I think it is the only thing keeping me sane now.
when I was expecting dd I used to go to the gym very regularly and did so until about 12 wks then left it because I moved jobs too far from gym.

I am hoping if all goes well I can continue with some sort of exercise just to keep me sane

am starting to feel a bit weak and like testing in the morning but I will not

leaky · 24/08/2008 22:39

Oh well, I guess I do need to try & be a bit more positive then!!

alfiemama · 24/08/2008 22:14

Sorry leaky its hard isnt it, my friend had no symptons what so ever and I have heard that the more babies you have the less you have symptons

leaky · 24/08/2008 21:59

I want to be positive but trying to be realistic at the same time....don't want to set myself up for a fall

Anyone been pregnant before without any cramps before hand? I don't remember any 1st time round but definitely do last time.Don't have a single 'pregnancy' symptom at the moment & AF is due on Friday.Aagh!!

twoplease · 24/08/2008 20:52

Evening all,

congrats inni - keeping fingers crossed that the lines get darker and darker.

;( for all those who are out this month like me. It's a rubbish feeling isn't it? its so easy build it up soooo much so that it seems so wrong when AF arrives!

So, i have gone out and bought some running shoes and some OPKS! the first purchase to cheer me up - i used to run a lot when I was young so I thought i would get back into it and really enjoyed goingout this morning.

Bought some OPKs just so that i can get an idea if and when i might be ovulating - just bought cheapies on ebay but if anyone has any advice for novices, let me know!

am on holiday for a week now, so good luck to anyone still in for a may baby, the rest of us lets gear up for the next offensive

alfiemama · 24/08/2008 14:56

Come on Leaky positive thinking, pma is what is needed.

I dont know when to expect mine, first day of p was 3 aug, last month (which was first time of pill) I was on a 35 cd so god knows, when I was on pill I was 28 days and before I went on it I was 32 days, what would you go off anyone.

leaky · 24/08/2008 13:54

Sorry to hear about your BFN Littlemiss.A June baby would be wonderful though!

I have 5 days to wait til AF is due....the waiting is getting harder.really trying to tell myself not to expect a BFP

sfxmum · 24/08/2008 11:48

hi inni congratulations, was it early testing?

am now 4 days away from AF so expect I could test but am really not feeling it no unusual symptoms just plan old sore boobs where as I recall it was extremely painful nips etc but I guess you never know

good luck all have a nice BH

alfiemama · 24/08/2008 11:44

Hi Inni, big congrats honey, keep positive

waitingtoexhale any time you need a chat hun or just a little alfiemama pickme up Ive been there with Alf so know what its like.
Im quite scared this time as Alf=5years and clomid Arch=first month natural, so god knows how long third will be but trying to keep it fun and light hearted.

Littlemiss isnt that typical just after you do a test always happens to me, sorry hun, again try and keep positive and heres to a June baby

Come on girlies here goes for next month (look at me counting myself already and Im not even due yet, shows how hopeful I am

littlemissmischief · 24/08/2008 10:46

Hi Ladies. Firstly big congrats to inni hope it all goes well for you x

Well did a test this morning and got a BFN then two hours later got my AF good and proper so slighty but i suppose there is always nxt month - will be joining you on the June thread!

Waiting2Exhale · 24/08/2008 10:06

Hi inni,

Just wanted to be the first to say...congrats...thats fantastic news!!!!! Will pray that it sticks this time for you

alfiemama - thanks for you kind words and support. Really needed to hear something nice at the time from someone. However, have waited and although AF hasn't arrived, my temp has dropped significantly today so looking forward now to starting my new cycle again and going at it like rabbits with hubby Gin.

All the best to the rest of you especially you alfie...x

inni · 24/08/2008 09:33

Guess what I did a test just now and BFP. I'm a bit concern cos the you are pregnant line is not as strong as the control line but is not faint either. It happens to me once before that got faint line (although fainter than today's) and after two weeks of delay I got my AF. Anyone has have the same experience. I'm scared that will not go on. I'm feeling really sick for the past three days. And AF not due for another three days at least. Could be the reason of the color of the line? I feel very happy anyway It was my first try in TTC#3

littlemissmischief · 23/08/2008 18:40

Evening all!

Am really reallt confused now, last night would have bet a millinos pound my AF was coming but today I have had no period pain and no brown stuff (sorry tmi) so not sure what is going on I have never had this before.

DP wants me to test tom morning now cos we didnt bother this morning cos i was so sure about my period - anyone had this and got a BFP?

alfiemama · 23/08/2008 15:05

Hi everyone

I am so excited, weve had babies, well the fish has had babies, but its our first ones, we have only got 3 but havent got a clue what to do, has anyone else had fish babies

I found this but really dont understand it

Egg yolk is a wonderful fish food for small baby fish. To feed it do the following:

Hardboil an egg. Take a little piece of the yolk(maybe 1/20), and do whatever you want with the rest( I suggest eating it) Take the yold and pit it into a piece of cloth about 4in by 4in(for all normal metric people it is 10cm by 10cm). Put the yolk in the middle and fold it into a "bag". Then screw the end of the bag so a bit of the yolk goes through the fabric and dip it in the tank with the fry. Then put the rest into the fridge for the next time, but be sure to replace the yolk in a few days so it does not spoil

any ideas does it basically mean I must some egg yolk and put in some tight light material

inni · 23/08/2008 13:08

sorry for TMI

inni · 23/08/2008 13:07

I'm so excited right now. Even though until this morning I hadn't got any brown discharge I have got some. Could be it? maybe it's just the AF coming but usually shows a few days before and is more red than today's. I hope this is a sign. If I get it again I might be doing a test tomorrow.

tink08 · 23/08/2008 09:04
