Earliest possible bfp?

And does a very early bfp indicate any problems?

Currently ttc. I had a chemical pregnancy recently when I was tracking ovulation, and we DTD only once on ovulation day. I was feeling strong symptoms and got a light but very visible bfp on a first response 4 days later, followed by positives on normal tests, but then turned out to be a CP at 5 weeks, confirmed at EPU.

It didn't occur to me at the time, but it seems that a positive so early should not be possible, and am wondering if it indicates an issue with the pregnancy, or some fertility issue?

Agree w PP. I had repeat early losses (11+) and two successful pregnancies. Distract yourself any way you can and hold off testing as long as you can. It’s torture I know.

I’m sorry for your loss.Flowers
It is impossible to detect hgc that early, so it’s likely the Frer was a false positive, but then later tests were actually positive, rather than it being an indication of fertility issues. Adhesion and implantation only occurs from around 6dpo.
The internet is full of pics of Frer evap lines and I see test pics on here all the time that are clearly evaps or false positives from dye bleed. There will always been some posters saying ‘my test looked like that, and now DD is 6’ or something, giving the poor op false hope.
To save the heartache, and for accuracy, just hold off testing for as long as possible.
wishing you luck 🍀
