Letrozole stories

Hi everyone ,
just wanted everyone’s stories of being on letrozole and how long it took to get pregnant?
I start it next month
all fertility tests were fine

I think it was 7 cycles total for me including getting up to a higher dose as the lower doses didn’t work. Maybe 4 cycles on the 7.5mg dose? I have PCOS and I also had a hycosy between cycles 6 and 7 which I think helped. I’m now 27 weeks pregnant.

oh Bless congratulations! I had a hycosy last cycle and got pregnant on my own but ended in a chemical x

I have PCOS and it took 3 cycles. First cycle was 2.5mg - no ovulation. Second cycle was 5mg - ovulation but no pregnancy. Third cycle we stuck at 5mg and did an unmonitored cycle and resulted in DD1. (DD2 was a natural conception 2ys later).
