I have a short luteal phase of 9/10 days
I have started vitamin b50 this cycle but unsure if to stick with 50mg or 100mg?
did it work for anyone first cycle?

Are you currently breastfeeding @Anonymousmama2?

My LP is 10 days & I’ve been pregnant 5 times so it is very much possible & hopefully won’t impact your chances, how long have you been TTC?

thank you, only around 3 months but I got pregnant very quickly with my other 2 and had a normal 28 day then but reassuring to know you got pregnant with a 10 day LP

@Anonymousmama2short LP isn’t always the end of the world. Vitamin b6 should fix it. Your cycles could naturally lengthen as 4 months is still quite early.

I’ve always had an 8-9 day luteal phase and was concerned I would struggle to conceive.
Started taking 1000mg CoQ10 early 2025, alongside standard supermarket multivitamins, LP increased to 10-11 days, occasionally a bit longer/shorter.
Recently had success on first ever cycle TTC (early days but a huge relief that it happened at all!).
good luck!
