Anyone else entering the start of the TWW?

I have of course tested at 8dpo! My first one came up with a weird evap - couldnt really decipher it. Then I did another one and it came up with.. something?

However, now that it's dried I can't see it whatsoever so I think it was just a fluke honestly. I've literally gone to every room, light and window in my house - even the garden 😂 losing my mind

I think because I don't really have any symptoms - both of my pregnancies I've had sore boobs from about 6po and this time, absolutely nothing!

Will test until 11/12dpo before I call it a day!

@Springcloud26 been testing since 6dpo 😂 I got some first response ones too but regret getting those, not sure I rate them. They gave me a false negative my first pregnancy! although, that ended in a loss so they might have been onto something 🤣

Made my partner get me a few digitals because I must have spent so much money when we TTC'd before. I remember taking one when we went away somewhere because I could just pretend it didn't happen if it was negative because we wern't at home hahaha

yes, love the e@h ones! the clearblue digital with the red light is also very good! I just checked the leaflet thing and it said it's 10miu whereas the digital weeks one are 25miu (although surpringly got my digital positive on that at 9dpo last time!)

Same! It looked like Maya looked that way near the end too! I think James Acaster would make a decent traitor and I think they can throw Richard under the bus later on 😂

I tested today! Don't know why I did it to myself as I knew it was too early! 😂

I tested today at 4dp5dt, got a BFN. it’s equivalent of 9dpo but they usually take a day or two longer with ivf I think. It’s possible to get a squinter at day 4 but I wouldn’t expect it til day 6. Nervous for Sunday (if I can avoid testing tomorrow).

@Springcloud26 i also looked at that leaflet and that's 25miu! so a bit higher than the others! but it's nice to just read it. the amount of times i would just sit and stare at it before 😂

@badtester here's hoping! i might do a test tonight but not sure if i can be bothered to keep looking at it. although first pregnancy, my 8dpo was an obvious faint line!

this might be a naive question (so forgive me if it is!) but because you had two embryos, could that be a possibility of twins?

Yes it's definitely possible that both embryos could implant and get twins, but it's not a huge chance really - I've had lots of failures, so I'd be delighted with any embryo that was able to stick, one or two!

the test from yesterday, i could see the line when it dried down.
a test this morning, not sure if i could see anything but not it's dried there is a line but not sure if it's just an indent as the line is thin. not sure if you'll be able to see as MN really squashes the quality! so i still think it's neg!

BFN again here, 5dp5dt. Feeling ok, I think I’m ready to come to terms with it all being over. Few more days to go.

Thanks @Springcloud26, really hope we’ve both got faint lines to take photos of tomorrow! We have a super busy day so not sure if we’ll get to testing, maybe in the evening. Honestly my mind is just moving on so quickly - I said something casual to my wife about only having to do two more progesterone injections (every three days, have to carry on for two more over the week before my official test day from the clinic). And she was like “well only if it hasn’t worked, there’s every chance I’m jabbing you for another 2 months!” (If it works i have to keep them up until 12 weeks). My brain has just moved on from the idea it could have - I’m mentally clearing the old baby clothes out of the attic and putting them on Vinted already!

Negative on ultra early digital at 10dpo - I know it’s early but I feel like I would tell by now if I was preg! Looks like the easy @ home just gave horrible false positives / evaps!

my period is due Thursday or Friday so will be stocking up again! Will probably fly under the radar until I O again - around 3 weeks time!

This was first month for number 2 for me and I feel way more gutted than I thought I would! Got all my ovulation stuff in my Amazon basket - just waiting for prime day 😂

I find it a bit mad sometimes that “normal” people can just carry on trying again the next month for free!! IVF does weird things to your sense of how babies are made. If this one doesn’t work out for you, hopefully next month is the one x

@badtester you make a good point and that puts a lot into perspective. Have you / will you test today or holding out? Hope this cycle works for you, can’t imagine the financial burden! But I also know it will 100% be worth it!

@Springcloud26 Not long to wait for next cycle if that’s what it comes to then (but I hope not)!

im roughly the same although mine are now a bit more equally split between 28-32 days (has changed since having a little one!) I think this cycle will be 31 or 32 so I’m due either Thursday or Friday! I normally get spotting before so, if that doesn’t happen, I may test on Wednesday. My O day is guessed to be 25th.

i will be taking time away, probably until about 3 or 4dpo! Which will be end of Oct!

I’ll probably just wait now rather than test (unless I start spotting). I go into every cycle thinking my period will come by the end so it’s more of a surprised if I do get a BFP!

probably more upset at myself that I’m upset when it’s my first cycle for number 2! Will be buying some coq10 though!
