Early positive test after previous losses and feeling unable to tell my partner

I don’t know what to do.
i have been pregnant 3 times ad twice it went wrong .
the first time was horrific as my cervix gave up and I went into labour at 24 weeks and our son died after a few months .
i then had a missed miscarriage at 8 weeks , although they said at the 6 weeks scan it didn’t look too promising .
then I had my daughter and had to take some aspirin and injections …so unfortunately I do actually need to test early because I need to get the ball rolling and stuff .
so this right now was not planned as such but anyway yesterday and this morning a have a faint bfp. Might be 10 dpo , I am not sure . I am sooo totally set for a chemical that I don’t even want to tell him and just wait for my period and carry on as if nothing happened , but then I am afraid it will undoubtedly hit me at some point . I just can’t have even a slither of positivity.
I think my first really traumatised me because basically I can’t ever feel safe . I’d keep it a secret till the end if it was possible tbh .

I'm sorry for your losses. I think you should absolutely tell your partner, don't go through this alone or even if you told a friend or on here, he needs to know. Obviously it's just my opinion, I just think your partner needs to know... I wish you all the best. ♥️

This must be unbelievably hard. Tell your partner so youre not alone feeling scared ❤️ You don’t have to feel positive or excited, but you shouldn’t be alone
