This is a difficult one to post. DH (34) and I (34) have been married for 10 years, TTC on and off for 6 years. During the 'off' phases we paused for house/job moves. More recently I had a chemical early this year and we haven't tried since.
DH's sperm morphology is 2%. My tests are normal. He knows he can improve with lifestyle changes, however he just doesn't/won't. When I suggest an activity, movement or healthy eating he may respond, but left to his own devices he isn't making any real change. I think he's in denial, and honestly I'm finding it a huge red flag. He's a wonderful man with so much to offer and will no doubt make a fantastic father. But he can't make these simple changes, and the need for IVF or egg freezing or other invasive procedures on me is rapidly approaching as our last option. I can't help but feel if he wanted a child enough, he'd make changes. I don't know what to do, I feel like I'm forcing him to be someone he isn't. I've recently become very active and love my new lifestyle. I love him and wish he could be a part of it but he prefers to sit at home. Is this a bigger crisis?
