7DPO with cramping and pink discharge, could this be pregnancy?

7dpo and have cramping and had pink discharge when I wiped this morning, is this a good sign or bad one? Anyone else had this and been pregnant? I've been extra hungry lately and having a wee alot more often and just tired in general.

We don’t know. It could be or might not be. Try not to drive yourself crazy. Pregnancy is a long slog.

Most of the time the earliest an embryo can start implanting is 6dpo. So when you say you’ve had symptoms like needing to wee more and being extra hungry “lately” anything other than the past few hours can’t really be attributed to pregnancy even if you are pregnant. HCG doesn’t start to rise until after the embryo has implanted at 6-10dpo (ish) so that’s when pregnancy related symptoms can start. Obviously things like implantation bleeding can happen now so it’s very possible that part is what you are experiencing. Or it could be general pre period spotting. The only way to know if wait a week or so and see!
