We have been TTC for 17months have had 4 miscarriages very eaely on last one in April.

3 weeks ago we started Pregnacare as last ditch effort. We tale other supplements over age 35 so the CoQ10, Vit D, Vit C, Omega 3s and DHA and Methafolate.

We twke the his and hwrs pregnacare and since Ovulqtion the day after I jave had spotting bright red with EWCM and then Creamy CM it has been 8 fays and I am still cramping still O day and Spotting. Every time I go to the bathroom there is blood.

I read a few old posts on here about other users having the same issue. I hwve a GP apt on Thurs next week so will raise it then but I am upset if this supplement has caused issues.

Oh this is interesting to me because I’ve had spotting after ovulation for as long as I can remember and I did always wonder if it was the vitamins I was taking (used to take pregnacare generally as a multivitamin). After many tests I was just told it was hormonal and offered mirena which I rejected because I wanted a baby. Stopped taking vitamins and have managed to reduce spotting then recently re started and experienced the spotting earlier on in my cycle again. I’m wondering now if there is a link given your experience and you saying others have it. Anyway what I will say is that I was spotting/bleeding lots when I did actually get pregnant. From all my research I put the hormonal issue down to a progesterone deficiency so maybe something in the vitamins compounds that. Anyway best of luck on your TTC journey and I hope you manage to get answers from the doc
