I was ridiculously hungry the entire pregnancy. I had a full sized baguette for breakfast every day 🤣

I had this in my first trimester! The hunger was off the scale, sooo unlike my first pregnancy. I could NOT stop eating and was having two dinners every night! 🤣

I’m 20 weeks now and thankfully my appetite has gone back to normal.

Supposedly the best thing to do for hunger cravings is to eat protein - but I was also so nauseous and went off lots of foods. If you can stomach eating high-protein meals that might help you.

But hopefully it will subside by 12 weeks or so for you. It did for me!

My hunger lasted until week 7 when the nausea hit. Eat everything you can now!! I spent a solid month eating feck all til the meds worked fully!!

For me, the constant nausea from 5-18 weeks meant the initial surge of hunger was very short lived.

I'd take hungry over sick any day, and enjoy ALL if the food. Eating for 2! Congratulations!
