Spotting, cramping and one sided pain at 4 weeks pregnant…

we we’re super happy to find a postive pregnancy test yesterday at 12 DPO… but I’ve had this dull ache in my lower right side for a few days and this morning cramping and brown spotting…… feeling so unhopeful now.

anyone got any positive success stories after experiencing something similar, or should I prepare for the worst?? :(

Is there any hope for this???

im 5w tomorrow (i know its crazy early and a crazy amount of tests :/)

my spotting and cramping improved. I still have this fullness and some times pain in my lower right abdomen.

my tests are gradually getting darker but sooo slowly and the test line is still so faint at 20 DPO.

my lab hcg was just 27.9 at 13 DPO and then 49 72h later….

I know my dates are right as I always have 28 day cycles and OPKs matched with when I expected to ovulate….

anyone had similar low and slow hcg with a successful outcome? 🙏🏻

Hopefully it's implantation bleeding. It normally occurs between 10-14 days after conception.
Mine was very uncomfortable, like awful period cramps with heavy spotting. I honestly thought the worst was happening but thankfully it wasn't.
I really hope it's the same for you. Such a worrying time Flowers
