Positive tests but ongoing red bleeding in early pregnancy, is this normal?

I have had positive tests for the last 3 mornings that seem to be getting slightly darker but I’m constantly bleeding whenever I wipe and it’s quite red not pink/brown and sometimes pretty heavy. Feeling so anxious. Any chance this could just be normal early pregnancy bleeding even though it’s not just spotting!?

With my second I felt pregnant and then had about 4 days worth of heavy spotting around the time my period was due. I usually had spotting a few days to a week before period so thought period was late but it didnt get heavy enough for a period. Took a test when it stopped and found out I was pregnant. Haven't had any spotting since and am nearly 30 weeks. With my first I had irregular spotting throughout, usually after sex.

I would give it a few days, try to rest and see if the bleeding stops. If it does, take another test. Try not to test daily as it'll stress you out.
