Solidarity with you here! I’m 7DPO and trying hard not to symptom spot but can’t help it. I woke up this morning with the most insane overnight acne out of nowhere.

I’m due on my period this week and I can’t help but symptom spot, obsess and overthink.

Really struggling not going to lie.

Guys, would you input a withdrawal bleed in your apps as spotting or a period? Just curious on anyone's thoughts

I don't know if it helps to hear or not but a close family member got pregnant at 40. She was tracking ovulation but I don't know any more details that that. She had a healthy pregnancy.
A family friend got pregnant at 50 from a one night stand! A shock for her but she went through with the pregnancy and again it resulted in a healthy baby. I didn't know that was possible and I don't think she did either as she thought she was menopausal. Don't give up hope it can still happen.
I'm ttc #1 cycle 9 and it all seems so random. I can't believe that someone can get pregnant from a one night stand at 50 and here I am nearly coming up to a year of regular DTD and no sombrero but I guess that's how it goes.

Yep yep lol my cycles are a bit irregular - I have ovulated the same day the last 3 cycles but don’t trust that it’ll be the same again as it’s not always so feel like I’m just testing for so long, go through so many opk tests but hardly any pregnancy tests haha

Hi everyone!

I’ve hopped over from the May/June thread as AF came on Wednesday. We’re 3rd cycle properly trying after the loss of our twin boys at 22 weeks in December 2025.

I had a very faint positive 9dpo a few days ago but sadly, I think it may have been a chemical pregnancy.

I’ve contacted my GP about progesterone so he’s going to get some advice from gynae specialists about dosage etc so hoping that may help.

Hi, hoping this is the right thread for me timing wise as currently in my TWW so will be testing end of this month/early July.

I’m guessing my tests show I’m either 4 or maybe 5 DPO? I don’t do BBT as it doesn’t work on me due to regular wakings from my 3.5 year old 😂 so desperately want baby no 2 after an early MC in April!

@Hermioninny Yes that's quite similar actually! I was on the pill for 15 years before, came off for 2 cycles then got pregnant immediately so no wonder it's all over the place!

I took my patch off on 23rd. Yesterdays and today's opk lh level is 0 😱 not sure why I expected anything other than that so quickly!

Horrible symptoms slowly coming in though now I'm not on the patch and I've halved my medication. Slow and steady wins the race. Remembering to breathe 😂

Actually @Posypear it must have been after my second that I went back to regular cycles!

These were all my cycles between DC1 & conceiving DS2, seems similar to your pattern?

I conceived my second while BF my first, he was only 16 months and still fed a few times a day. Currently BFing my second too. So what’s right for you but it might not necessarily be the reason.

Ovulation occurring during this heatwave is not ideal 🥵

@toomanystrawberries same almost 2. Only in the mornings currently. I wanted to keep going until they are 2 but my cycles are all over the place it seems! Strange as they were consistently 30 days after I got my period back 11m pp but now they have gone from 30, 27, 30 and now 23.

@Posypearhow old is your little one? I’m still breastfeeding nearly two year old about twice maybe three times a day. I may consider weaning too as this is our first month trying.

Definitely on period. I'm out. TWW was only 9 days in the end ! Deep down I thought it would work first time like my last pregnancy so now I'm considering weaning. All the best to those still waiting!

We did SMEP the month we conceived dd but also used clear blue monitor peak day and solid smiley day for back up! Couldn’t do that now as have two co-sleeping toddlers. Too much shagging, I’m older and very tired so only want to do the days we need to do!!

I really like the Wondfo strips. They’re about a tenner for 50 on amazon.

@Posypear I’ve had a few 24 day cycles before. I used to be anywhere from 24-33 but strangely after BF my first I’ve been regular 28 day cycles. If it’s not your usual amount of bleed though I’d hold out.

I actually wonder if I've got my full period at CD23?! Its normally around 30 days but has been 27 once. I'm still breastfeeding and I imagine that might impact things. But 23 days is very short! Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Hi, think out this cycle as got static smiley 2 weeks ago and still a negative test. What strips do people get to use in the premom app, I think it sounds better than the clear blue one x

It's just a plan some people use of when to have sex to maximise your chances. So every other day from CD8. Then 3 days in a row once you get a positive ovulation test, then skip a day, then have sex once more (seems a bit late to me by that point but I'm not a doctor)

Just had some spotting. I'm about 10 days post ovulation and d23 of my cycle. Wondering if it's implantation bleeding. I didn't get this with my first pregnancy though I don't think.
