@Saffie920 I’m so sorry you went through that, that must have been absolutely heartbreaking for you.
I hope you don’t mind me sharing but my sister had an ectopic pregnancy while trying to conceive, she went on to have a healthy pregnancy not too long after and I have a little nephew now. I hope this gives you some hope.

We TTC for our first cycle (baby 2) in May. Very sadly it was an ectopic pregnancy and I needed surgery to remove the baby and my left tube 💔 I’m doing much better now but it has obviously been so sad. We can start trying again in a couple of months - I’m so keen to TTC again so I’m hoping maybe in late September/early October, depending on how long it takes for my periods to re-stabilise.

I know no one is really checking this thread anymore but I just needed to come and vent. I’ve had some crappy luck health wise, caught a sick bug after our holiday in may which caused colitis to flare up which was the entire reason we stopped trying for a baby a few years ago. After being really unwell I’ve been put on steroids and I’m feeling so much better. We haven’t given up trying this time through any of it but this month dtd so much has caused cystitis 😩 I’m so fed up! I’m around 8 dpo and have all the signs AF is coming this month, I’m bloated, pissed off and starving 🤣. Really fed up at the moment and needed somewhere to write it. I hope all of you are having better luck than me. Baby dust to everyone.

I am CD17 and still waiting for my LH surge - I’m feeling hopeful it will happen today but it’s normally on CD16 or even a day earlier so getting a bit impatient! Hopefully soon…

how is everyone else getting on?

Had a weird experience this month and need some help ladies. I had sore boobs and strong nausea this week. Never usually have this.

no positive test but I was three days late so me and the OH were staring to get hopeful. Then today my period has come with a vengeance. Heavier bleed than usual.

Im disappointed obv but this is only month three.

what do you reckon happened. I was so sure something was happening

I feel you on not having the energy to DTD every day with a small child too, I’m absolutely focusing my efforts on this week/weekend too and hoping for the best. Too tired for anything more 😂 such bad luck you having your in laws staying this week too, what a passion killer 🥴
I’m currently CD9, still showing as ‘low’ on my fertility monitor, hoping it’ll start reading high in the next few days and possibly ovulation at the weekend 🤞🏼

I feel like I’m clutching at straws, probably out this cycle - does anyone actually see something on these? Not FMU.

We are trying for our second for the first time this month! Currently CD11 - I usually ovulate roughly CD16 or 17 (long-ish cycles) but not sure if it will be that way this month as my body might still be adjusting to coming off the pill. Don’t think we will have energy for DTD every day what with having a toddler as well 😅 but going to focus our efforts to this week! Also have the in laws staying for three nights over my fertile window which is less than ideal haha

Good luck everyone for June. We are taking a month off TTC. My AF came dead on at 14dpo which was such positive signs for my cycle, but at 12dpo I was unfortunately in hospital with severe dehydration and stomach bug, which has massively set my body back. So taking it as a sign to have a month or two off, and trying to rebuild energy.

we will have sex every other day the whole month and then the 3 days before ovulation, day of and day after. We had sex every day for a month and conceived first time with my first and had sex every day last month and had a chemical

We were so lucky and managed to conceive first time, but I am a fair bit older now and also showing some peri-menopausal signs so I’m highly doubting that will happen again this time. Feel like I’m potentially in it for the long haul. That must be so hard for you knowing you’re out well in advance, it’s hard to keep any hope for that cycle alive when it’s like that 😩 really wishing you lots of luck for this cycle 🙏🏻

Good luck, fingers crossed for both of us. I'm still optimistic each month, but at the same time, I don't know if it'll actually happen, or if I'll even believe it when it does.
I get such strong PMS symptoms that I always know exactly when my period is about to arrive, so it's usually an early disappointment. I know I'm out before my period even starts, which makes it even harder 😭

I am starting my first cycle of TTC No.2 this month, have started using the Clearblue monitor and it’s still showing low at the moment (CD8). I plan to wait until it reads high then have sex every other day until peak 🤞🏼 you sound like you have a good plan in place for this month, wishing you lots of luck! ✨

Morning everyone! My period arrived right on time again this month, so I'm officially starting cycle 8.
I'm currently on cycle day 5 and will start ovulation testing on cycle day 10 when my fertile window opens. I seem to consistently get my peak around days 12–13, so the plan is to have sex every other day until day 16, assuming my partner can keep up! 😅

Who else is trying this June, and what cycle are you on? Is anyone else feeling hopeful that this could be their month?

Also, how often are you having sex during your fertile window?
